Buena selección de puros y algunos habanos. El lugar está muy cómodo y decorado con buen gusto. Se ofrece café y una selección limitada de tragos. Cuentan con terraza exterior con vista a Presidente Masaryk.

Una muy agradable experiencia, la atención fue muy buena, sin duda un buen lugar para venir a fumar y relajarte.

Casa Turrent una tradición en cuanto a hechura de puros mexicanos. Con tabacos de primera producidos en San Andrés Tuxtla, Veracruz y las variedades originarias de Cuba, Honduras y Nicaragua, entre otras. Los puros Turrent alcanzan la esfera mundial. Sin duda es el lugar en Polanco para degustar en sitio o adquirir para llevar.

En este lugar no esperes recibir la mejor atención del mundo a menos que seas o parezcas extranjero, como en cualquier local de Polanco. Sin embargo dicho aspecto es descartable, ya que los precios son competitivos comparados con los de otros Cigar Bar. Es un buen lugar para fumar un puro (cigarro)de la casa, sin que nadie te moleste o te vea raro. La variedad de bebidas me atrevería a decir que es amplia y para todos los gustos. Si visitas este lugar, asegúrate de no irte sin probar un Casa Turrent 1901.

Excelente lugar para pasar un rato agradable. Van 3 veces que vengo y la atención que nos brinda Paco es sumamente buena. Es atento, contesta preguntas que tengo acerca de los puros y siempre nos recibe increíblemente. La otra señorita es muy grosera y contesta de mala gana, deberían de hacer algo ante eso porque el lugar es muy agradable y la atención debería ser igual de buena que la que nos brinda Paco. Recomiendo el lugar al 100 %

The most satisfying cigar bar in Mexico City. The humidor room was also top-notch, and the temperature and humidity seemed well-controlled. There are indoor and outdoor spaces, and the outdoor area was particularly pleasant. The Mexican cigar lineup is excellent, including house blends. Highly recommended.

Great place to enjoy an afternoon. I was a little taken aback by the last review, and wasn’t going to stop by. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The selection was super economical in comparison to lounges in Colombia and Canada (average 100-300 pesos per cigar). Great experience with Flor. She’s a delight!

Medium sized lounge w/ outdoor seating. Great location to enjoy a stick. Their selection was pretty small, but no bad options. Staff was kind and helpful. Very fair prices, but there are other lounges with a much larger selection.

I used to get my favorite Casa Turrent 1973 cigars in my home city for a few years and now they have become harder to come by. I was excited to be able to come here and get them at a cheaper price to bring home. I was taken care of well by the staff and enjoyed the outdoor seating in a great people watching location.

This is a great cigar bar in Polanco. There are not many places you can smoke cigars left in Mexico City. This place has a great patio to enjoy your cigar, drinks, and friends. It is placed on a bustling street, which makes it great for people watching as well. The cigar house is owned by the makers of Te-Amo cigars. Te-Amo is the most prestigious cigar brand in the history of Mexico and they have a great selection of sizes and price. Most of the tobacco is grown in Veracruz, Mexico but they do have blends of other tobaccos. The cigars are well kept in a nice humidor and they have table service to bring you drinks ect at your table outside or seat inside. If you want a true Mexican cigar, this is your only option. I will return soon!

La mejor terraza/lugar para ir a echarte un puro y un café. No le pongo 5 estrellas por su reciente cambio de modalidad a "club" en la que sólo puedes pedir alcohol si eres socio. Si no eres socio puedes entrar y pedir café, agua mineral, etc. Buen servicio y puros mexicanos de excelente calidad en su mayoría.

¡No hay mejor lugar para disfrutar de puros mexicanos de calidad premium! La atención del personal ¡Excelente!. La razón por la que doy cuatro estrellas es que, al querer comprar una caja de puros, me comunicaron que por el momento solo ofertaban por mazos.

Ich habe sie gerne geraucht. Aber eine 35%ige Preiserhöhung bei meinem lokalen Händler von 5.60€ auf 7.60€ muss man auch am Markt durchsetzen können. Ich rauche selten nur noch ein richtig gute, aber aus diesem Segment verabschiede ich mich.

Gran lugar para ir a fumar un puro ya que estos lugares ya escasean mucho en la cdmx, buena selección de puros que manejan, mi única queja es el personal, el 90% super amable y cálido a excepción de la hostess Priscila que prácticamente se siente la dueña del lugar, pero en general se disfruta un momento tranquilo para pasar el rato.

Disfrute mi puro Turrent serie 1942 torpedo, al igual que mi cafe; la atención fue buena considerando que estamos en semaforo naranja y solo puedes acceder a la terraza y no al humidor ni al interior del establecimiento, solo me incomodo sentirme vigilado en todo momento me pareció hasta con guardia personal 😂 Tal vez estaba el señor Turren ahí, no se, pero igual si fue incomodo y molesto!

Es una lastima que bajó la calidad de la forja y sabor de los puros origenes, incluso el papel e impresión de las anillas se ven de menor calidad y lo peor que han subido su precio. Ojalá que sea solo un re ajuste de sus finanzas y vuelvan a ese buen tabaco que vendían por años

Mis espectativas creo que estaban muy altas asi que tomen con ligerezalo que Este y por escribir... Aunque el lugar es comodo y los puros no estan mal, slme sorprendio que para ser el negocio de Turrent y cargar su nombre dio mucho que esperar. Me sorprendio la poca atencion que da el staff de chicas. La mayor parte del tiempo estaban en celular. Normalmente visito lounges como este en todas partes del mundo y las marco para regresar pero creo que por primera vez no regresaria ni recomendaria este lugar.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this was way below my expectations if I had any. Wanted to try a local place with local cigars. And I have rarely tried such poor cigars. The first one I had didn’t show any taste and on top of that started cracking from everywhere. The woman was absolutely kind and offered to change it, so I went with a different type. The rosado one. Still have the bad hay taste in my mouth as I wrote this. Trying to be as objective as possible as I really enjoyed being able to sit down and be served what I chose. However, if you like cigars they only have the name for it. Was definitely hoping a nice out of the box experience but didn’t turn out that great…

Fui recientemente y la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. El humidor tenía muy poco inventario y, sorprendentemente, solo contaban con una vitola de Casa Turrent, a pesar de que el nombre está en la puerta. Además, la atención fue deficiente y poco profesional. En general, no lo recomendaría.

Ya no es lo que solía ser, ahora parece un bar cualquiera y no uno especializado en puros, muchos muebles en la terraza.

Unfortunately, even though I purchased a cigar they are selling inside which are not the best quality, they charged me extra because i prefer to smoke my own cigar. And the issue is I mentioned that before. I do not recommend at all.

Ya me habían comentado cosas buenas de este lugar, pero mi experiencia aquí no fue buena. Empecemos por la cantidad de bebidas y de puros que tenían para elegir, fue muy pobre, antes tenían más. También antes en la compra de una bebida te regalaban un puro, ya no hacen eso. Otro problema que tuvimos es que no tenían pago con tarjeta. Y lo peor de todo fue la plaga de cucarachas que tenían en el lugar, en general se nota deterioro y descuido en todo el establecimiento así como falta de higiene.

Me quitaron totalmente la intención de fumarme un puro en paz, y comprar de su humidor, lo cual era a lo que realmente iba. super prepotente la encargada o quien sea la persona que está ahí debería fijarse a quien le hace caras. En definitiva existen mejores Cigar bar que te atienden como lo que eres, un invitado. Lastima por los puros turrent

ERA buen lugar: servicio amable, buena selección de bebidas, uno podía tener su botella en reserva, servían sándwiches, buena selección, hasta programa de lealtad! Adiós a todo eso. Las meseras atendiendo más a sus celulares que a los clientes. Precios ridículos. Hoy fue el colmo …. jajajajajajaja …. onza y media (45ml) de Jack Daniel’s a $250? Ya no regreso.

Pésima experiencia para solicitar una factura, hablé con la Srita. Carolina para solicitar una factura desde la semana pasada, me dijo que le enviara el ticket escaneado al correo electrónico y la contancia de situación fiscal, se la envié. A principios de ésta semana le vuelvo a llamar para pedirle de favor que me mande mi factura y me dice que tiene muchísima gente pero que en 2 minutos me manda mi factura. Nunca me la mando. El día de hoy le vuelvo a llamar para decirle que me urge mi factura que porque no me la han mandado y me dice "espereme un momento" y le dice a su compaero "atiende tu es lo de una factura" y me contesta Juan, quién me pide que le mande un whatsapp con mi ticket y mis datos fiscales, le dije que ya lo tenían en el correo y me dijo "lo siento una disculpa es la única manera que le podría ayudar" HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA.

The place is nice but it seems the girl that works there pays more attention to her cell phone then the customers that want to spend money on a nice mexican cigar. Casi todas la veces que voy a ese lugar la atencion al cilente es pesima. La muchacha en su celular 99% del tiempo sin poner atencion a las nesecides del cliente. Si el dueño solo pudiera ver las malas reseñas de los clientes se daria cuenta que lo que mas le pega a este local es la mala atencion del personal. Apoyo la economia local y nacional pero ya cada vez me dan menos ganas de ir :( Please replace lazy workers with people that like cigars and are not on their phones all the time!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with my experience today, October 18, 2025. They no longer offer Turrent cigars. The cigar recommendations I received were downright poor. The spaces, both in the lounge and on the terrace, are filled with chairs and feel overcrowded. Right now, I don't recommend it. I've been going there for several years, but today I found a place that seems improvised and, even worse, with the name Turrent, without offering any of the house's products. I suggest much more preparation for the staff. Too bad, it was an excellent meeting place for cigar aficionados.

Went into this place to pick up some gifts. The first thing I was told quite rudely was that it was expensive and cigars. Alright mate, calm down. I know what cigars are and Cubans you are not! I had literally walked in from La Casa del Habano not too far away which had ten times better service and ofcourse offering. Anyway walked into the humidor picked up a mix. Go to pay and these cigars are packed without humidity control packets! I ask and this same rude person wants to charge me for it! The look on my face must have said it all because he eventually provided some without charge. I have never bought a variety of single cigars in person or online without them having some humidity control packets. Overall poor experience. Don't judge customers based on looks or whatever assumptions and don't try to rinse off your customers. Anyway like I said, they are gifts and needed Mexican cigars so I persisted.

It's a shame... They used to open 10-11am. Now they open after 1pm. You can't go there early to smoke and work. Plus the wifi is only 2-3mbps, several months ago they actually had decent Internet speeds. they've cut cost immensely reducing the option to stay and smoke all day and work from there. Plus they say they open early on the weekends but the hours is not accurate. It just shows how much care the owner has for the business. Every other cigar lounge in Mexico City opens at 11am. They are the only ones who doesn't want to

I went there hoping to enjoy a nice cigar, in a nice bar, in a nice part of a fantastic city. They told me only Mexicans could smoke there. Whether that it is a national or local law, or a policy of the bar, it is an absolute disgrace. Never heard anything of the kind.

Buy brands that actually provide amazing taste compared to this overpriced cigars Most of the tobacco are from Veracruz same as most cigar shops in Mexico. And they all taste the same.. you can taste the overpowering raisin flavor, with hay and dirt. Basically the quality of other cigar shops that make their own but more expensive You used to get 10% off when you bought a box. Now you have to spend 10,000 mxn pesos to get 10%. Probably the most ridiculous discount offer that ever existed. The owner needs to go to the U.S and experience a cigar shop and learn how to run a proper one. There are plenty of cigar shops in Mexico that provides better service, better cigars than this. Previous review: I used to buy 2-3 boxes here every month while living here... A good lounge but now they won't let you go in the humidor to see what cigar I want to smoke. You just lost a customer. For those who have bad eye sight trying to pick a cigar... It doesn't work... I don't speak Spanish well so they can't even help me find the right cigar... The point of a cigar lounge is to find a cigar you want to smoke and relax... Bring a mangifying glass or binocular if you want to go here to pick your cigars
