The fastest service I've ever seen in a restaurant. I always order just fries and one fried egg at every restaurant I go to, and this is definitely number one—excellent, better than my grandma's. I'm saving it as my top pick. As for the rest, my dad and brother tried the ribeye steak and breadcrumbs and loved it. They said everything was delicious and that I was right when I said the fries were incredibly good and the best (they also come with the ribeye steak).
Incredible! I went on a colleague's recommendation, and I think it was the best recommendation I've ever received. We made a reservation, the food was delicious and excellent. The price was in line with the quality of the food. It's a must-try; it's well worth it.
Nice place , good food ,salads ,grilled snails , delicious and cheap.
I went to dinner with some friends and it was a 10/10. The quality of the food is evident. The huevos rotos are the best I've ever tasted. The meat melted in your mouth, and the fries that came with it were homemade and delicious. The service was very attentive and friendly. I'll be back as soon as I can.
The chef’s creativity shows in every dish.
I went with my family on Mother's Day Sunday and we all had a wonderful meal. The huevos rotos (broken eggs) were delicious with the sauce, the torrezno (fried pork belly) was absolutely amazing, and the grilled leeks were the best leeks I've ever had—so delicious! For meat, we ordered a ribeye steak from Piriwayu and a ribeye steak from the Pyrenees, and both were incredible. You can finish cooking them to your liking at the table, and they had a tremendous flavor. Some of the best meat I've had in a long time. For dessert, the cheesecake was outstanding. Besides being a generous slice, it had the perfect texture, a not-too-strong cheese flavor, and just the right amount of sweetness. The dining room is very spacious, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly at all times. My family and I all agreed that it had been a long time since we'd eaten so well. 100% recommended.
We went with our work colleagues because it was conveniently located on our way, and it was SPECTACULAR. Between the service and the food, which was a feast (we all ordered a shared menu with a starter of salad, sausage, peppers, and crumbs, and a main course of ribs and potatoes), we were more than satisfied. I would recommend it again and again.
A perfect place for grilled meats. Always served with homemade fries and snails. The salads are very filling, and the homemade desserts are top-notch. Importantly, the bread is from the bakery. In recent years, there has been a noticeable improvement. The staff is very professional and friendly. Whatever you order, it's perfect.
Super
Coffee and drink with friend, perfect attendance
Yummy !!!
Encouraged by a friend, who told me they'd changed owners a while back, I decided to try this legendary restaurant. First, I checked out their website, and that's where I realized it had a revamped feel. They had very good group menus, a bright dining room, white cloth tablecloths... I liked it. I also saw that they had an ultra-low daily menu price: €12. Super convinced, I went for lunch. Well, that was the expectation, now let's get down to business. The bright dining room with white cloth tablecloths, only available for a la carte or special menus. The daily menu in the same old, rustic and somewhat gloomy setting. Wonderful for those who like it. Not for me. The dishes on the menu... well, the daily menu is nothing to write home about (don't look at the photos on the website because those are à la carte dishes, and you'll have false expectations). I'm throwing a tantrum in their favor: what I tried (rattato and fish) was delicious. Another plus: you can swap the coffee for dessert. Now for the epic finale. Pay. The price of the daily menu is €14... In the middle of February, really, they haven't been able to update the prices on the website? That says a lot about a company... Even so, thank you so much for having me. A hug.
We ordered from the set menu. The food was cold and not very generous. I had to ask them to heat it up because it looked like it had been sitting there for ages. It wasn't particularly good either. I suppose (or hope) that the à la carte options are better. They have a grill at the entrance where they roast food, but of course, not everything is roasted. Everything seemed rushed, and the chocolate mousse was practically nonexistent. Half of it was water. The place itself was very nice, and the bathroom was spotless, but that's about it.
We went for lunch and it was a complete disappointment. We ordered eggs with lamb sweetbreads and pig's snout (we asked for crispy snout, and the waiter told us it would come with a green garlic sauce). When the dishes arrived, everything was swimming in oil. The snout was chewy, with no sauce, the lamb sweetbreads were refried and very dry, the fries were soggy, and the eggs were brown, presumably due to the oil's age and the number of fried foods it had been used for. We politely asked if they could replace them for these reasons, and unfortunately, they brought them out the same way (without the sauce, the snout and fries were soggy, the lamb sweetbreads were extremely dry, the eggs were brown, and the plate was full of oil). We paid the bill out of politeness and respect, but we won't be back.
We went for lunch, and although the food was good, the prices are too high for the quality and quantity of certain items. The potatoes are frozen, when at least they should be natural in a plate of scrambled eggs for 14 euros. Too much time passes between the first and second courses, we were almost lost, but it's true there were a lot of us. Even so, ordering dessert was a bit chaotic; the waiter spoke softly, and we couldn't understand what they had. The cheesecake was delicious, but the French toast was very hard on the sides. Another flaw is that they don't have a children's menu, or it's a bit limited.
