I order one of the specials on line ,LG pizza, 10.99 any topping gor carry out. I have not lived in this area very long and i have ordered from a few other pizza places but this was the best by far the customer service was excellent, the pizza was made right and perfectly cooked . I recommend to any one wanting great food this is the place. Rock on domino's! I ordered again from this store and they made the first pizza wrong . But the amazing customer service by Lisa made the experience here even better . They pay attention to what you want and have no problem re doing it for you. Thank you Lisa for pay attention . 10 stars !

I ordered a 16 piece Buffalo wings/plain with four hot buffalo dipping sauces. The chicken by itself was delicious. When I dipped it in the hot buffalo sauce it was another type of delicious. I was surprised at how excellent the domino's hot buffalo wings taste. There were also fast at delivery. I definitely recommend domino's hot buffalo wings.

This store exemplifies what a business is and when operated properly becomes and maintains success. They have been responsive to my inquiries as well as delivered Hot Fresh Pies consistently. I'm out of money today and with a phone call the considerate person responsible for operations delivered me some much needed nourishment. At no cost. Huge shout out to Sophia, who I found out managed to do this for us all on her own. I cannot recommend Domino’s enough for catering to save yourself from the headache of playing the waiting game at Costco.

It’s been a over a year now that I have been coming here EVERY WEEK, and this is what I can tell you: My pizzas are ALWAYS cooked perfectly and hot. My order has been correct 98% of the time. The one or two times it wasn’t, they corrected it for me. I am regularly greeted when arriving. Everyone is polite and friendly. My pizza is great. The subs are good, the brownies are excellent. I don’t like the tater tots. This is a consistent and affordable pizza option, especially for take out. I use the app to order online and I pickup in person. I specifically go late afternoon before the restaurant district’s crowd picks up and parking becomes more scarce. The store is clean and runs well- I have even visited the restroom and can confirm that was clean too. Lol. Nice and friendly, hardworking people who are making consistently good and tasty, affordable pizza. 5 star experience! Thanks!!! 💕🍕

When you are able to customize your own pizza, it is a thrill. No surprises, no picking off the extra's you don't want. It's usually very tasty and prepared with exactly what you ordered. In addition the order is very warm, like just out of the oven, and the driver very professional and caring. Domino's has reached a level perfection.

The service was good. The staff was pretty nice, but didn’t really talk much so I didn’t have the chance to really get an impression. It took them 20 minutes to make five pizzas, which I think is good. I took the chicken buffalo and it tasted really good. Would definitely recommend it. However, it was a little bit burned on the edges but it wasn’t too bad so luckily it didn’t affect the taste. Overall I’m pleased and happy!

Excellent price for a pizza. Online ordering is easy. Their tracking system, which has a timeline showing the evolution of the pizza from dough to a finish baked pizza is very accurate. There is never a wait time when ordering online and picking the pizza at the store.

pizza was amazing as usual but this location has terrible parking/pickup. basically had to wait illegally in the middle of the road as my sister ran in to grab our food. wish they could have a designated loading zone or something like that!

The last 2 times the pizza took 45- 60 minutes after came out of the oven, based on the tracking app. The pizzas arrived dried out and luke warm at best. We have been satisfied with the service previously,during COVID it was our weekly go to for our family. It's not gourmet but my son loves the pizza & cinnamon twists. Plus it's easy!

The store at 4th Ave in San Mateo always forgets something when i order .The last time i ordered the forgot my Salad .... The driver had to go back and get it . I was not offered anything to make up for the mistake . I also live like 4 blocks from the location and it takes them an hour to deliver . we will see what the outcome is for my order for tonight.

I’m sad that I waited two weeks for my mother to buy pizza to find out when it came it was burned.

Pretty good standard dominos. Ordered here a few times and order has always been complete and correct. Sometimes they don’t put much of the garlic butter on the crust so it can be a little bland. Came here again and they totally forgot our wings, had only 3 people working on a busy Saturday night? Feel bad for the workers. That’s just really bad management.

Carry out order, didn't ask/suggest for condiments, plates, etc... No notice/sign for Credit card machine out of order but luckily they can swipe it on another machine behind the counter. Topping amount on the pizza is very little. Ordered online, in and out of the place in less than 5 minutes so that's good. Plenty of other pizza places around in the area but might not have good deals.

Ordered 2 small side items and it took over an hour to deliver. Mentioned this to the driver and he just chuckled. Food was cold. It's too bad because the online order system is cool, but it over-promises and under-delivers at this location.

I have always liked Domino's Pizza but I do not think I will be ordering from them again. I bit into my piece of pizza and there was something tough. I thought it was just a crispy edge to a slice of pepperoni and after about 30 seconds of chewing I spit it out to see what it was and it was a fingernail and I know it was not mine because I have a French Manicure and this fingernail had a dark color polish on it...

They don’t like to work they are so lazy even tho they are free they don’t give you curbside order and tell you a long wait time. The employees are so mean and even the manager is mean. I love the pizza and the food is always amazing but the people are the worse and the employees give the worse service ever. Those Latino employees in the specific store are so mean and rude.

I placed an order at 1:20pm and they had not sent it out for delivery even at 3.00pm. When I called to cancel my order, there was not even a token apology!! It is best to shell out a few extra bucks and get pizza hut!

I will never ever order from here again! My kids begged me to try Dominos pizza and now they know why we have never ordered from here and will never order from here again! They all hated it! I called to ask for a refund , and the manager was rude and has no customer service skills. I would have given this place no stars but you have to mark something. Keep your money and stay far away from this place.

Would rate this zero stars if I could. My ordering experience was horrible. First of all, it took forever to receive our order almost 2 hours. We wanted to call just to find out what was going on - whether our pizza was arriving or not. We called AT LEAST 10 times and every single time, someone would pick up the phone only to hang it up on the table. I decided to drive over there to check on our order since we couldn't get anyone on the phone -- we live only a few blocks from Dominos which also added to why we were annoyed it was taking forever to get our pizza. I stood outside the store and called the phone again - only to literally see the guy in the counter pick up the phone and place it on the table as he was chatting it up with two friends!! WTF? I walked in, extremely pissed off and asked him what kind of customer service they offer when they can't even pick up the phone and answer calls properly! Obviously caught red handed, he kept making excuses saying they have a long queue of calls, that he wasn't the only one picking up calls in the store, and they have a phone system that just puts people on hold automatically. Too bad I saw him actually pick up the phone and lay it on the table and if Dominos really did have a phone system that doesn't even acknowledge callers that their call is being received and just automatically puts them on hold, then that is a crappy system. I understand orders get backed up and that was precisely why I was calling - just to make sure my order was coming at all and to find out why there was a delay. But to not even be able to get through to anyone was extremely frustrating. Worst of all, the fact that your employer was deliberately not picking up and hanging the phone on the table was downright rude!!!

This place is a joke just like the employees and management. I called this location to order food because I'm on lunch break .this automated phone service comes on first ok.second I had to talk to a employee and after I finished my order they tell me to talk to a manager so I have to play the waiting game with them. These people don't understand when a person is hungry they want their food but I guess it's a game to this domino's store because they are playing games with people. This store should be shut down for lack of doing nothing for the customers. I give this store a negative 5 stars. They need better employees and new management with better training..

Ordered a pizza at around 7:00 and scheduled delivery for 8:30 specifically because we wanted a predictable delivery time on a busy Saturday night. Website tracker confirmed that the driver left with the pizza at 8:19. It is now past 9:00 PM and no sign of the pizza. Called the store and got a very unhelpful "the pizza isn't here - I guess the driver has it" response. This fact was, of course, already known to me. The manager offered a free medium pizza next time we place an order. There will not be another order.

Very bad experience! I know it’s not a 5 star restaurant but they need to train their delivery driver. I didn’t get his name but my advice is that they can be more respectful and do their job professionally. I had the delivery driver called me at my cell telling me that how come I had called the store complaining about him. He had the nerves to call me! Honestly I don’t think that’s right! If I can give this location zero star I would.

Staff is so rude. We were waiting at the cash counter to place the order, and no one was attending us. When I asked the server to get our order, he said that we already have so many orders and wait time is over half an hour. I said it's ok, but at least get our order. He repeated the same and was not taking our order. It was around one hour before closing, and they actually didn't want to take more orders and wanted us to leave. When I asked for the third time then he came and took our order.

Ordered pizza at 10:30pm and was notified it went through a quality check at 10:50pm. Now past midnight and it still hasn’t been delivered and I doubt it will be. We also called the store three separate times to see what the issue was, but spent over 30 minutes on hold before giving up.

Terrible service. 3 of the last 5 times, pizza has been over 1.5 hours late, though i live about 10 min away. Usually closer to two hours late. Calling the store is no help, as theyll say that the tracker has been "off" (doesnt excuse being super late). Ive learned to only select cash payment, so incase ive been waiting 1.33 hours, ill get something else and turn the pizza away when it finally shows!

Absolutely the worst pizza, customer service, phone courtesy service I’ve experienced with any fast food/pizza joint. I understand it’s 1 1/2 hours til closing. I understand it’s a national chain which probably won’t have great service. Put me on hold without asking, the cashier was VERY rude and short over the phone. The online ordering system said they didn’t deliver to my hotel. So I called to verify. Me: Can you tell me if you deliver to my hotel? Her: We do Me: Ok cuz your system says you don’t deliver there. Her: We do Me: .... (thinking are you seriously this rude) yes I heard you the first time... Her: hangs up on me. she totally ignored my concern and didn’t bother to say sorry sometimes the system is glitchy or anything. I called back 5 minutes later and asked to order Cali chicken since there was a local coupon for a medium specialty at 10.99 Well when she read the price at $21 I knew it was wrong even with a $3-4 service charge. I said I wanted a medium to verify and she didn’t say the corrected price, only that it would be 45-60 mins. I assumed she understood and fixed the price. I was wrong. After the driver came 75 mins later I asked for a receipt. There wasn’t one, only the sticker on the box with total price. I showed him on my phone why that was wrong. He wasn’t concerned and said he only delivers and that knew the price when I called. He didn’t try to fix the problem or call the store. The coupon on the website didn’t say carry out only. So I didn’t pay and gave it back to him. Awful, awful, awful experience. Poorly managed and operated

Has to be one of the poorer run stores around. Went in when to pick up when the app said it was ready. Counter staff was clueless and asked me to wait. 10 mins later and still nothing, and not even bothering you check on the status. Went back to ask again and turns out it was just sitting there waiting while the counter staff was just milling around. Unapologetically handed me my food with a blank look. I'd fire this guy in a heartbeat if I were the franchise owner.

Ordered a thin crust pizza last night and THIS is how my pizza arrived which I'm nearly positive the driver did. They also do not use a tamper tape or anything on their deliveries to make sure they are not tampered with. To their credit they gave me a refund, but obviously NEVER ordering from here.

The order was messed up. They gave a meat pizza for veggie pizza order. Please check your order before you pick it up or you end up spending hours at the pizza shop! Also these guys don’t put their gloves. So be careful if you are vegetarian.

If I were the manager and I had enough staff to run the place while I was gone for 20 minutes I would have made the run myself THAT is what customer service in this situation SHOULD have looked like tonight.
