Everything was fine, the food was just okay, as expected; the only downside was the service. The waiter was all smiles and attention until it came time to pay. He wanted the tip in cash, and when I added it to my card payment because I didn't have cash, he got annoyed. Enough to ruin our meal (and we won't be back).

The place is nice but it looks “dirty” the cleanliness of the place is bad, the capsu and mustard toppings are very dirty it is unpleasant to have to grab them to serve yourself, the hamburger meat was overcooked, the skirt steak was dry, the house one was average, the potatoes need frying and seasoning (the basic salt), the chilies and hibiscus water tasted good, average waiter service, we found a cockroach on the bathroom floor, the vocalist who sang music from the 90s was pleasant to me. The food was meh and the service was worst. The staff were too worried about talking to the girl at the front to worry about us. Hard pass, there's a reason why this place is always empty

The food was average, although given the high prices, I expected better. But nothing out of the ordinary. The service was so-so until it came time to pay. When the waiter noticed I was going to leave the tip included with the card payment (10%), he got annoyed and told me to pay in cash instead. Since I didn't have enough cash, I told him I didn't have any, and he replied in an agitated tone, "Hmmmm." The final straw was when he saw I was going to pay with American Express, to which he reacted with, "And then you pay me with American Express," before storming off. This made me think that tips might be limited and restricted when you pay by card. Shame on the owner.

I didn't like the drinks. I ordered sangria and they brought me what was literally wine with lemonade. The cuts of meat were tasteless and the beans seemed like they came from a package.

I know that a review only reflects a pleasant or unpleasant moment in a place's service, and that doesn't mean things are always like that. Maybe I just went at a bad time, but my experience was horrible. I ordered a hamburger; the meat was dry and flavorless, the bun was stale, and the ingredients were low-quality. I don't usually complain, but after paying, the waiter approached me angrily, berated me for not leaving a 10% tip and demanded it. I gave it to him, because I suppose if it's not enough to have a bathroom with minimal hygiene or buy ingredients that aren't substandard, it's even less enough to pay its employees' wages. Anyway, the place already pays for its poor quality with its lack of customers. I won't go back.
