There's no other place like this one. From the moment we arrived, Peter's service was exceptional and unforgettable. Their menu is very good and even has vegetarian options. If you're a fan of charcuterie, they also have salamis there, and it's definitely hard to choose between their proteins because the sausages, burgers, and wings offer options for every palate, whether you're a fan of pork, chicken, or beef. We were fortunate enough to finally try two of their sausages, and seriously, they're out of this world, from the flavor to the sauerkraut. The homemade mustard is the best I've had in Mexico City, and their tartar sauce is delicious. I must say that EVERYTHING is homemade and artisanal. True Czech food in the heart of Mexico, and I highly recommend it if you're a fan of good food. P.S. This October is a special month because the chef told us he got paprika from Hungary. Update: We've been back more than four times because we love this place so much.

My respect goes out to the young woman who works there. She's always busy and working nonstop, so if you go, I recommend keeping in mind that it might take a while for your food to arrive. When I arrived, there were several people ahead of me, and it took about 40 minutes for my order. Since I was going to the theater in the back, I had to hurry, haha. But aside from that, the food is good, and the price isn't expensive. I would definitely go back, but with more time and a longer wait.

This small, outdoor food cart is fully equipped to serve your food and drinks. The prices are quite reasonable considering the portion sizes and delicious flavor. While the menu isn't extensive, the options include hamburgers, wings, hot dogs with homemade sausages, a mixed grill, baked potatoes, salad—there's definitely something for everyone. The food has a European flair, as it's Czech cuisine. They offer Czech and domestic beers, as well as soft drinks and flavored water. They also have a few dessert options and coffee.

We were so surprised by this place. We ordered the mixed grill and it was delicious, with a very generous portion. We paired it with a nice cold Czech beer—fantastic! The service was top-notch, and we even ended up buying salami because we loved it so much.

We loved the stuffed potato. I ordered cauliflower, and the portion wasn't big enough, but the salad was delicious. My boyfriend ordered shank, and it says it was marinated in beer for I don't know how many hours, and it was frozen. It looked like it was deep-fried. It was super greasy. He didn't like it. The lady was always very attentive.

My experience at Pitiwis was a bit uneven. The first time I went, recommended by a friend, the service was slow and my burger was burnt. I was served by a guy with glasses, and although I expected more, I didn't think I'd return. However, I returned a few days ago and was surprised by the change. I was served by a very kind and attentive girl who handled everything perfectly. I'm grateful for the change in staff; I hope they continue to improve!

I almost left because the girl preparing the food was smoking at the counter, but I decided to give it a chance. I'm not even sure if she disinfected the lettuce on my baguette. The Pitiwis baguette with sausage was good, even though I only got less than half a sausage, but the apple strudel was a total disappointment. It was burnt on the bottom, tasted awful, and was more dough than apple. She served me a smaller piece than the one she showed me when I asked about the size, and it was expensive for what it was ($40). I don't think I'll be back or recommend it.

The girl who prepares and serves is very warm and friendly! But, for the price, it seemed like a rip-off. I ordered a baguette, and she sliced half a sausage, maybe three-quarters, and that's all she put on the bread; she gave me two pesos for chips, literally a joke. Since it was a takeout meal, they charge you $ extra for the container (I don't think that should happen anywhere), and she asked for a tip (even though there was no table service).

Terrible experience. I met them at Euro Jazz. I went because they were nearly empty, and I ONLY ordered some fries. Forty minutes passed, and they didn't tell me anything. Even people who arrived after me already had their orders, while I only went for fries. I asked the woman preparing my order about it, and she rudely replied that there were two orders ahead of me. Other orders kept coming out, and my fries still hadn't arrived. I had to ask for a refund because it turned out they were out of fries. They wouldn't say anything, and to top it off, they were telling people who were arriving to wait another 30-40 minutes! Awful organization. If they don't have enough supplies for that kind of event, they shouldn't even go or should let their customers know they're out of stock and not waste our time!
