El lugar es muy tranquilo, cómodo para ir a comer con amigos o pareja, la música es muy variada y aunque el volumen es alto, permite hablar tranquilamente sin gritos, la comida es deliciosa y las promociones de los rollos son manejables en cuanto a precio, el servicio a veces tarda un poco pero vale la pena

Hace mucho que mi familia y yo teníamos ganas de entrar al establecimiento, finalmente tuvimos la oportunidad de comer en kabuki, de verdad que no nos arrepentimos extraordinario servicio y atención por parte de todos los que nos atendieron sobretodo del mesero que nos atendió con maravilloso detalle, lo que si pudimos notar es la tardanza en el servicio parece que les falta gente en la cocina pero fuera de eso la comida estaba deliciosa, nos fuimos muy contentos y agradecidos con todos los que nos atendieron, si ustedes tienen la oportunidad de pasar por aquí, lo recomendaría al 100, maravilloso ambien, excelente servicio, mucho éxito y trinfo!

Cuando llegamos la señorita que atendía se demoró bastante en acercarse a darnos la carta, creo que su atención no fue mala pero tampoco fue amable ni nos dió recomendaciones (aunque se la pedimos). Todos los días hay promociones de 2 x 1 en distintas cosas de la carta, así que eso estuvo muy bien, además el sushi tenía muy sabor y los rollos son grandes. Relación calidad precio buena.

The food was very good. I had a problem; I was charged twice. My card was charged even though their terminal had no signal, but the payment went through. I paid in cash, and they gave me a number to call for support if my card payment went through. The payment went through, and when I called for a solution, they were very rude, telling me to check with my bank. Terrible service.

It took 40mins to get a curry and it was not good. (And i was the only customer.) I understand I should not expect an amazing Japanese food in Mexico city, but it was way below. I believe this restaurant is specialized in Maki, i would suggest to remove the entire curry menus for better reputation.

Nunca ponen palillos, cubierto ni tampoco servilletas, van 4 veces que pido y literal nunca los ponen. Asi que sí esta muy rico pero tienen que tomar en cuenta que comerán con sus dedos.

I always enjoyed going there and eating, but this is the second time I've been ripped off when ordering delivery. They sent me the wrong roll, and it was cheaper than what I ordered. I always order masago rolls because I specifically like salmon and Philadelphia cream cheese, and now they send me one without Philadelphia cream cheese and instead of salmon they put surimi. 👎🏻

I went to the Coyoacan branch yesterday with my partner. Everything that could have gone wrong did. We were warned from the start that the rolls would take 20 to 35 minutes maximum to come out due to staffing issues. Okay. An hour and a bit, and nothing. Worse, a table arrived after us, and their food arrived first. The drinks took about half an hour, no exaggeration: an Americano that we ordered iced, and a mixed fruit tea that was delivered to me in a cup, not a teapot as indicated on the menu. When I told the manager that we'd already been waiting for an hour and that the other table already had their rolls and we didn't, he told me they'd made a mistake and brought those out first. The manager told us he'd bring us some kushiage (which never arrived). They did, however, give me another tea, this one in a teapot. So, when the two sushi specials finally arrived, they looked really, really, really bad. One of them looked so bad that we had to tell the waitress that it was missing a roll. We hesitated for a long time about whether to pay for this and take the plunge, because overall it was a terrible experience. And so. The truth is, despite everything, I can't blame any of the employees who worked yesterday. What I can't understand is what the manager told me. That there was no sushi chef and that none of the people there knew how to make sushi. In a sushi restaurant, there isn't a sushi chef. Are you serious? Anyway. I don't know what management is thinking, but I hope one, they don't leave their employees stranded like that, and two, that they have a little more empathy for the diners. Yesterday we did pay the full amount, but knowing that everything would turn out the way it did, for what it cost, we would have been spared the experience, which in every way was a total pain. P.S. The waitress and the manager were very kind. But gosh, what a bad day to have sushi.

Terrible food. Terrible service. We waited to order as staff were too busy chit chatting or checking their phones. They also tried to get us to take the 2 for 1 sushi and were very insistent (we didn’t). Food when it came was not good. A rice dish was cold. The replacement, was not much better and the rice was congealed - a giveaway that it wasn’t fresh. This is a huge red flag for food safety as rice shouldn’t be left lying around and I note other reviews have described getting food poisoning. We had to fight to get this removed from the bill. Tempura was at least edible, if if not great standard. Udon noodles were also poor.

Go eat a taco or an empanada instead. Edamame for starters was easily 3 times microwaved, mushy and ugly. The soy sauce in the kikkoman bottle was NOT kikkoman but some soy sauce diluted with water and lime juice. I asked for some "real" soy sauce and after that they brought some. Wasabi they served was probably expired wasabi paste. The sashimi was thin sliced pieces of fish served on a flower shape on the plate. Anything with cream cheese was with excessive amount of cream cheese. I dont know what else to add, just stay away.
