Hello my eaters, today we stopped by this place for a tortilla on the way home. I'll tell you the good and the bad (this is my personal opinion, to be clear). The food is good. I like that it comes with plenty of ingredients. It's a little pricey for the size of the tortilla, but it tastes good. The chiles they offer claim to be homemade vinegar, but the truth is, they're not. They have roasted chiles, but personally, they need more cooking and could be better fried with oil, salt, lemon, and Worcestershire sauce. The service is neither good nor bad. They're not expensive, but it's not homey either. Overall, they're good if you're passing through and want something fairly decent. That's all I've reported to you, my eaters. Enjoy your meal.

The sandwiches can be good, the only thing, and very bad, is that you order the spicy food to go and it turns out that the bag contains a chili and about 5 carrots. Very bad, it's not the first time that this has happened.

They're acceptable, but the quality of the ingredients isn't great. They have a logo that looks like a crazy hippocampus cake, but it has nothing to do with the ingredients the chain uses. I wouldn't go back.

I've been eating their cakes for over 20 years. I've tried the French, Neapolitan, and lately the Argentinian; always at their shop. Today I ordered delivery and wanted to try the Peruvian and rajas. Honestly, it was awful. It tasted like nothing. Rajas? What rajas? They sent me a head of garlic. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. What a shame. Photo: The head of garlic.

The wait is either crazy or insane. It took almost 45 minutes, even though there weren't that many people. They have a system where you pay first and they'll make them later, but it turns out the person who makes the tortas accepts orders without payment, so they don't have to wait their turn like everyone else. The food is very cheap, and the size is average. For $88.00, it's not worth it. I definitely won't be back.

Soy cliente frecuente, pero hoy la gordita que cobra ni el saludo contesta esos malos modos no ayudan para un negocio...NO NOS ESTAN REGALANDO LA COMIDA!!!

They're not the best, and they leave you with the crumbs. They're no longer famous, and what has really gone up is the price. I ordered a Coca-Cola and they gave me a 400ml one for the same price as a 600ml flavored soda.

Yo era cliente.. hasta que fui en el horario de la noche y un tipo que les estaba ayudando el cual dijo que era el dueño del lugar y en estado de ebriedad.. abrió mi carro aprovechando la confianza que les tengo de bajar y comer rápido y percatándose que no cerré el coche... Solo les recomiendo que cuando estén allí no confíen en los ayudantes que están en ese establecimiento porque solo aprovechan cualquier descuido para robarte tus pertenencias...Pd.. pareciera que los trabajadores son halcones, ya Qué es el tipo empezó a decirme cosas personales cuando lo increpte,,,,, cosas que por ser cliente los cocineros los cocineros y la de la caja sabían solamente... Cuidado

The tortas are delicious, with a pittance of ingredients, but passable. The service is terrible, the lady always has a big face, and the blond guy who makes them is such a jerk who even throws everything when he's making your torta. They're not what they used to be. I would go back when the staff was fine.

They are no longer even 1% of what they used to be. The tortas no longer have that good flavor that set them apart. The gentlemen who served them before understood perfectly well that the quality and flavor of their food was the key. Now they no longer care. They even deliver the tortas with hair on them, a shame because they used to be the best tortas in the area.

Terrible service! They sent the wrong order, told us they'd prepare it again, but we have to go pick it up! 🤦🏻‍♀️ They make a mistake, and on top of that, we have to go out to help them fix it… Plus, the taste was awful: the cheese was salty, the meat was mushy, and the chipotles were tasteless 🤢😵‍💫🤮… terrible. Because of their incredibly poor way of fixing a mistake, we will never order those tortas again. As others have mentioned, the flavor has gone downhill… the ones at La Choza (right next door) are much better!
