The food is good, but unfortunately the service was terrible. When I arrived, they didn't have the items on the menu available, so with the poor service and the lack of things like sugar for the coffee and other things, it wasn't a good experience.

The worst service of my life. They make you wait an hour for your food and then tell you the dish you ordered isn't available, so you have to wait another hour ordering something different. The worst experience I've had in Finland. I don't recommend this place and I would never go back. The lemonade is just water and they charge a fortune for a pitcher, these shameless people!

The beans were delicious. The chicharrón was excellent. The ajiaco was just as good as the one they make in Bogotá. The service was good, and the atmosphere and restrooms were nice. The truly unforgivable thing is that the owners throw the plastic wrapper from the toilet paper roll in the bathroom trash can. Is it so difficult for them to do a simple waste separation in the 21st century? Laziness or ignorance?

We were with some friends from another city, and their impression was that the service was terrible. Out of four dishes, they only brought us three. Drinks were delayed, and we had long wait times. The staff forgot our order several times. We wouldn't return.

Terrible service from both the kitchen and the store staff. We waited over an hour and a half for an order. The delay is understandable due to the high volume of customers, but it's unacceptable that they serve other tables first. After the long wait, we had to remind the waiters to please bring the food and even "remind" them of our order. The atmosphere is poorly ventilated, making it even more stuffy and unpleasant.

The service is inadequate, the food takes a long time to arrive, and they aren't honest about delivery times. They didn't take the correct order, and when we ordered a drink, it took twice as long.

Terrible service. The gratin trout wasn't what I expected; it was just trout with cheese on top. I ordered an extra portion of rice, which never arrived. The waitress had a very bad attitude, and to top it all off, they gave me an overcharge and charged me for "suggested service." I paid the correct amount and left.
