Terrible service. We arrived at 8:30 PM, and they said they were no longer serving ice cream. We later went in and saw that they were serving ice cream to other customers. I confronted them, and they denied it, but I stayed there to check it out. Unfortunately, there are always people who don't want to work or don't care about the service when it's not their own business.

Today we ordered 9 ice creams through DiDi and only 7 arrived. The packages were sealed and I opened them with the delivery driver, so he's not responsible. I later called the store and they said they sent the full order, but that wasn't the case and it was impossible for the driver to notice since each bag was sealed.

Terrible service. The girl left me talking to myself while I asked her about the promotion. She didn't give me my ticket and started serving another customer, leaving me standing there. Apparently, she did it intentionally. They should be trained in customer service.

Horrible! They don't have the toppings that other locations offer, but the worst part is they don't honor the extra fruit promotion. They charged us 20 pesos for 3 grapes. And the ice cream doesn't even last 10 minutes. The worst Nutrisa in Mexico City so far.

They don't honor the promotion for extra fruit topping. They claim you can only put one piece of fruit on one level of ice cream. And the consistency of the ice cream leaves MUCH to be desired compared to other branches.

Terrible service. I just stopped by for a double soft serve and couldn't get it because they didn't have any change. I told the waiter there had to be a solution, and he just said he was opening it! They should have a change box for the first customers. He simply said he didn't have any change, so he couldn't serve me, and that there was no way to exchange the bill when there's a bank right next door. 😡

The two-for-one promotion is gone; now it's three for two. The double portion costs 85.00 pesos, it should be 170.00 pesos, but they charged me 215.00 (they added the cost of the fruit without asking me!). And the worst part is, they didn't even offer me the fruit! Pay attention! Also, the ice cream was watery and the toppings were tiny compared to other locations! I definitely don't recommend this place!

The worst Nutrisa in Mexico City. Terrible service, awful customer service, and unhygienic: the woman who was mopping started serving ice cream, yelling at you to keep you outside the store because the floor was wet (without any prior warning or sign). This unhappy and angry employee shouted at you not to come in and order ice cream because she was mopping. Poor, underpaid, and unhappy employees...
