The food is good. On Wednesdays, when you buy a whole chicken, you get a free half chicken. If you eat in, you can order tortilla chips and tortillas as many times as you want. If you order to-go, you only get a portion in a bag.

The best option in town, the chicken is delicious, and they have an excellent Wednesday special. The only downside is the watery, tasteless sauce. I wish there were snack options so I could skip the horrible sauce.

Charcoal-grilled chicken with good flavor but inflated prices. The chicken is tasty, especially the enchilada-style, however, the combo meals aren't worth it. The sides they include are just filler to justify the high price of the chicken. It's better to order it alone and buy the sides separately.

The tortilla chips were hard, but in terms of quantity, Pollo Fiel is the one that gives the most salsa and tortilla chips, but be careful with that part because you can't bite them... the chicken tastes good, no problem.

The chicken clerk hates working on Sundays and has a terrible attitude. We bought two chickens, and he put both portions of salsa, tortillas, tortilla chips, and chili peppers in one plastic bag. We politely asked him to put them in separate bags (one chicken with its kit was for someone else), and his angry response was, "I can't give you any more bags!" So I bought one of the red bags for $20.00. I bought it because sometimes arguing with people like that just makes them more arrogant, but I think common sense dictates that one bag should be enough for the other chicken or for each chicken. He gave me the red bag, didn't even bother to rearrange it, just left it on the counter and walked away. Awful attitude!

The chicken was okay (although it was tiny), but I also bought rice and it already tasted sour; it was garbage. It seems like they fry the tortilla chips in old oil because they taste bad. For the price, it's not worth it. Disgusting 🤮

The chicken is very good, it's a shame the service is so bad. The staff is incredibly rude and bossy. They're bothered by everything. I wish they'd hire a manager to oversee operations and keep an eye on customer service.

How unfortunate that as customers we easily consume more than $200 worth of products, they are rude and can't provide a small bag for the customer to carry all their products, because they only have a few... With all the stuff they sell, can't they provide that kind of customer service? And they are still rude?

They're really stingy. They gave me a bruised chicken, chili with just seeds, I don't know if the sauce or the chicken was old, it already smelled rotten. I had to give it to the dog instead.

They don't accept card payments. It's unbelievable that with so many people and huge queues to buy from them, they can't accept card payments. Even the people selling souvenirs and decorations on the ground next to the Cathedral have card terminals, and Pollo Fiel has numerous branches... THEY DON'T ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS.
