Son unas excelentes nieves la verdad pero la vieja que te cobra tiene una pésima atención. De igual forma te recomiendo mucho la de mamey, guanabana, limón con tequila, y queso con zarzamora.

The awnings are broken and worn, the signs are makeshift, and there's no proper seating area. The competition is fierce, as it's a tradition to go to the park and stroll through the gardens for an ice cream.

We really liked the ice creams. There's a wide variety of flavors to choose from, and flavors they add seasonally. Overall, the location and price are good. Where they're lacking a bit is in customer service. They could be friendlier and try to serve as politely as possible.

El chico que me atendió hoy tiene una pésima actitud, me atendió como si me estuviera haciendo un favor, sirvió la nieve de mi hijo y la dejo ahí tal cual , ni siquiera un “aquí está” , tan caro que es y tan pésimo servicio.

La atención en TAN MALA en esa sucursal, que no pienso volver, ni recomendarla. La señora que atiende debe ser la dueña o pariente de los dueños, porque no entiendo cómo continúa actuando igual cuando aquí hay muchas quejas con respecto a su servicio. Los helados son muy buenos, pero el servicio hace que se te amargue la experiencia.

The woman argues like a common, low-class woman over trivial matters, when her obligation is to provide good service. I recommend NOT going there and looking for other options. They refused to sell me a product because they didn't have change, which might be understandable, but what I can't tolerate is the way the employee treated me. She was arrogant and rude.
