Buen lugar para comer una rica torta cuando no tienes mucho tiempo, el lugar está muy pequeño para comer ahí, recomiendo pedir y recoger.

I ordered two Princesa cakes from Rappi. They tasted good and were filling, but I found the price very high for what they were. 3 stars because the quality-price ratio leaves much to be desired. I know Querétaro is expensive, but don't take advantage of it.

I didn't stay at the hotel, I only used the restaurant, but the service was poor, lacking hospitality and attention. I asked for a coffee refill and the girl told me, if you want more coffee it's 50 pesos extra for your cup refill and it was half off.

I couldn't take pictures, but the sandwiches lacked flavor. We ordered a sausage sandwich and a Caprichosa. The Caprichosa, despite having some ingredients, didn't have the flavor it should have. The size wasn't bad, but it's not just the size that needs improvement. The service was acceptable, I think. The location was good, but the place is a bit neglected and could use some TLC and cleaning.

I've ordered from the torta stand 5 times out of 7 times. The two times I couldn't get one were because my torta took over 40 minutes. This last time, apparently, they forgot. They have a lot of orders through apps, and one torta generates less profit than an order of 10. The menu is very affordable, and they offer two sizes. Don't expect high-quality ingredients, but it's value for money. The place to eat there isn't the best because it's extremely hot inside with no airflow, and outside, there's a street with poorly maintained drainage systems that keep leaking water. I suggest that if you want to order from this establishment, you do so through the app. Based on my personal experience, if you order just one torta, they won't pay much attention to your order. But I repeat, they are not just sandwiches to satisfy your hunger, they are not the kind that you bring with you so you plan to eat them one day or wait to try a different one at the first opportunity, they are far from that... whoever knows the concept of "filos" sandwiches, which are basically all the same, oh well, will understand what I mean, they are "tortotas" to eat more than once, never to order 12 for your guests or family to eat, like other very traditional ones in Querétaro, that could change but it will depend on the owner, I don't think he plans to transcend more than what he is today, if one day he gets bored or runs out of customers, he simply takes them out and puts some tacos... The perfect definition would be "some of the most x-rated sandwiches"

They have good prices, but they're incredibly demanding because they forget you ordered and don't prioritize you. I've even had quesadillas with hairs in them, and the bread is really bad quality. You'll just end up getting angry because of their lack of attention and interest in their customers. Only go if you absolutely have to, and if you have the time to eat.

Everything was terrible. It's one of the worst places I've ever eaten. They took 29 minutes for a German-style sandwich when it should have been ready in 5 minutes at most. Awful service and the taste was even worse.

Horrible. I ordered a cake through Rappi and the breaded cutlet arrived raw. The breading they use is equally awful and incredibly cheap. If you have the chance to go, don't miss it. 🤢

Good sandwiches, but never eat there. Terrible to NO customer service. Besides, they're rude. The "solution" and recommendation is to call, order, and pick up. That way, you avoid the unpleasantness of all their employees.
