Es la Isla del segundo piso, tomamos Frapuccino de yogurt piña-coco y un maple nuez , la dona doble chocolate un poco dura… La atención fue rápida pero siempre un poco mal encarados

Algo pequeño el lugar por lo que es común esperar algo de tiempo para ordenar. La gente cuando se levanta de la mesa no recoge su basura 😕 Pero como en todo Starbucks se disfruta mucho el momento.

Excelente servicio, misma calidad que cualquier otro. Recién remodelado.

Their pizzas are delicious. But specifically at this branch in Neza, they modernize the consumption of sauces, they give them to you in sachets and only two sachets per pizza, they wrap them in the napkin and when you see, they only gave you ketchup, I think they shouldn't limit it since if the sauce is very good and many of us are embarrassed to ask for more sachets, so on many occasions we don't ask for them.

It was very empty when I arrived. Some tables looked dirty, although the floor was clean. I think they could improve their cleaning. The social distancing guidelines are marked on the floor. The service was good, but I wish they would tell you more about the promotions and options available. They could also improve their delivery time because, even though they told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes, they gave me the pizza 30 minutes later.

The cheese pop doesn't taste the same as before for the exaggerated price they have. This time I didn't like it and it was one of my favorite pizzas 😔

Para reportar una queja por mal servicio de parte de Erick en el ticket tiene numero 1006 ya que le pedí específicamente que mi café lo quería con leche deslactosada fría lo cual no fue así ya que me hizo daño y estaba super caliente el café, el mismo me cobro y me dio el café, al parecer eso causo la falta de atención o le valió ya que no había gente en espera lo pueden ver en sus cámaras envío el ticket (11:14 am), pase con malestar el resto del día. Pido su atención a este tipo de situaciones ya que parece que no es grave pero crea un daño físico y afecta las actividades personales y laborales.

Muy desafortunada mi visita el día de hoy, no cuentan con el personal suficiente, simplemente no se dan abasto provocando que el tiempo de espera sea eterno, de igual forma provoca que el lugar este súper sucio, ha sido terrible ni visita, no volveremos a venir 😡😡😡😡

Más de 40 minutos en preparar tres bebidas y todo mal, lo que era un frappe lo entregaron hecho agua y según lo volvieron a hacer y no, era el mismo. Todo horrible 😡

Con la novedad de que se roban las bebidas, sé que uno debe estar atento de su pedido pero bueno, esperé más de 35 minutos por unas bebidas y según ya las habían despachado, ya deberían de pedir ticket para entregarlas o algo. Otra cosa es que la puerta de afuera dice “fuera de servicio “ y la atrancan con un mueble, pero cuando los empleados quieren pasar “mágicamente” funciona. Mejor hay que consumir local.

Este Starbucks en especial es muy lento, son super tardados en la preparación de los pedidos y para colmo, lo hicieron mal, si bien lo repitieron, no está bien que pase más de 40 minutos esperando una bebida. No entiendo por qué hay tanto personal y no se apoyan entre si. Pero eso sí, para estar platicando o atendiendo primero a sus conocidos ahí si hay velocidad. Pésima experiencia.

Ya se cren los dueños del lugar si nadie quiere que se siente en las sillas de afuera entonces que metan sus sillas y mesas para evitar ese tipo de conflictos aparte de que son los unicos que estan ocupando afuera de la plaza y que por que les autoriza su patron ya no se puede sentar uno afuera voy a levantar mi queja con la administracion de la plaza por que si no dejan sentarse entonces que metan todo su equipo adentro ya que afuera no les compete ninguna autoridad

PESIMO SERVICIO, Pedi una bebida de CHOCOLATE BLANCO, primero dijeron que no tenian hielo, me dieron una bebida caliente Y lo peor es que era pura leche caliente sin sabor, deberian tener mas cuidado con quien contratan

Se tardaron más de una hora en entregarme sólo un café. Mientras despacharon como 7 pedidos de personas que llegaron después que yo. Mala ejecución del tiempo y organización

Pésimo servicio el dia de hoy 23 de diciembre 2025 me hicieron esperar horas media y me entregaron mal mi pedido las personas que atienden por la tarde noche no tienen trato y mucho menos son claros al anunciar los nombres PESIMO !!!!!

Café de mala calidad, los postres son empaquetados tipo Bimbo pero con precio mayor, y los bocadillos que uno pide se tardan como si fueran a hacer los embutidos frescos, no lo recomiendo

Ten or fifteen years ago, they had some of the best chain pizzas. Now, only the name remains. The sad appearance and terrible service. The food tastes awful, and they prioritize food delivery orders. I don't want their "Thanks for your feedback, it will help us improve" response, because they've been saying the same thing for over a year. Next time, I'm crossing the street and eating at Domino's.

Misleading advertising. And terrible service. They make you order a pizza as shown in their picture, but it doesn't meet your expectations. You complain about the service, and they give you all their products (something they don't do when you order; they don't help you by giving you all the information).

It took them over half an hour to give me my pizza. They served the Rappi delivery people first... When I ordered at 4:49 and they delivered it at 5:35, because I insisted. It had arrived earlier, even to a lady who started demanding her pizza even though she had arrived after me... I placed the order... If you can buy another brand at another pizzeria, all the better... I don't want them to burn it down just because they treat me badly... But listen... Everyone is complaining about the same thing... It's not a good branch, it's small... They can't keep up with the demand... And besides, the prices change in the catalog, the flyer, and the app...

I wish I could rate them based on the quality of the food, but they never delivered anything. They kept me waiting for an hour and a half, only to finally realize they weren't going to deliver anything and ask for a refund. I'll never return to this chain.

I ordered a pizza through Didi Food and the pizza that arrived was awful. It looked great in the picture, with lots of toppings and a good thickness, but it was thinner than a tortilla and hard. I ordered the crispy crust and it was really hard, and there was barely any cheese or toppings. I would have been better off ordering from Domino's or Little Caesars, or even getting a tlayuda instead of this excuse for a pizza. Plus, it took over an hour to arrive. Don't order from or go to this restaurant. Pizza Hut used to be the best, and now, even with competition, they don't even try.
