Mr. Barbón – Tepeapulco We went at night to try this place, and our first impression was good: the space is clean, well-lit, and pleasantly decorated, making it attractive for taking photos. However, there were a few details that needed improvement. We ordered a strawberry and a vanilla milkshake, but they gave us two strawberry milkshakes. It may seem minor, but it's these oversights that cost us points. For food, we tried nachos and two hot dogs; the classic nachos came in a generous portion, with two types of protein and a welcome touch of spice. The only minor issue was that the tortilla chips seemed overly greasy, something they should address. The classic hot dog came with golden brown and tasty fries, but the hot dog itself felt too plain: sausage with melted cheese, no vegetables, and a fairly basic plating. We washed it down with a Coke served in a glass with ice. The service was friendly, although a little distracted: the tip we asked to add wasn't charged, and the terminal failed on two attempts. In total, we spent $350. Bottom line: it's a nice place to socialize and take photos, but when it comes to flavor and service, there are still better options in Tepeapulco.

The flavors we ordered were nothing like what we were served; the mango flavor tasted more like peanuts; the buffalo flavor tasted like orange. Tranquilo muy hogareño buenos precios y solo acepta efectivo

Muy buena la comida solamente les falta igiene ya que la mesa en la que nos sentamos no estaba muy limpia, yo soy de las personas que primero revisan la comida para ver qué agregar o quitar y al destaparla me encontré con un cacho de fierro de estropajo no dice nada pero si les recomiendo que tengan más higiene y revisen los alimentos antes de entregar

Pedí una rica ensalada de En-salmón y mi amiga una pechuga empanizada, para,si gusto estaba un poco dura, pero sabrosa. Tienen un menú variado para todos los gustos, lo que hemos probado en familia ha estado rico. No tiene estacionamiento, ni acceso para silla de ruedas, cuenta con diferentes áreas para comer.

La peor experiencia!! El lugar parece ser muy bueno y tienen una gran variedad de platillos. Mi pareja y yo hicimos una orden de 2 hamburguesas, tardaron más de 30 minutos en llevarnos la orden además de que la carne estaba fría. La mesera era grosera y no parecía importarle la atención al cliente.

First time a few days ago we came in during breakfast and ordered. I ordered a fresa y filadelfia crepa, it took them over 45 minutes to bring our food. Server wasnt rude but very cold and not friendly. Today we came in and ordered the same thing, I even asked the waiter about the difference in the menu, he assured me it was exactly the same thing. Waiter was a young kid looking guy, very arrogant. When food came out I asked him why it wasnt the same and he brought his manager over Graciela ,(very arrogant and rude) she basically said if we wanted the morning crepa it would be extra. I was okay paying extra I just questioned why the kid told us different. She kept repeating it is 2 different cooks and they prepare the food different. Our friends, family and us will never be back here. We will tell anyone about the horrible service as they were not even a bit apologetic but treated us like we should have known the cooks make food different. Just bad service. Will upload pics soon.
