Great service and pretty good food.
Good place for Lunch in town
Best place to eat in Ciudad Valles! Went to the region in March 2019 and stayed in Ciudad Valles while doing ecotourism. I am not a "foodie" who enjoys eating, but La Fundación restaurant was outstanding! This is a must go if in the area.
Very tasty food. Big portions and our server Ramiro was very helpful giving us great tip for places to visit. I do recommend!

The plates are big so when you order first see the size so don’t waste the food if your order entréis and main dish , price is good , service is fast , has WiFi, parking space is just 10 m from the restaurant and you have in front of the streets the Palme nieves (ice cream ). Almost all plates come with hot sauce like usual in mexico , so if you don’t like ask when you order that you don’t want it spicy
The best place to eat in #CiudadValles my friend. If you're visiting the #HuastecaPotosina and you want a great place with the traditional food like enchiladas huastecas or Potosina (beware cuz they are different) this is your best choice, they have AC, pay with CC and debit. There's a parking lot on their side, and they are very easy to arrive because is in the center of the city in front of Banamex bank. Don't hesitate in visit this site.

We went for breakfast, the food varied from my tiny portion of two eggs and beans to a monster of a plate of fruit. The food tasted good though at reasonable prices, would recommend.
Good spaghetti bolognaise and soup, but we waited very long. I understand this can happen but please inform us beforehand if you’re short staffed. Staff was very friendly
Good place if you're on a budget. Service is on the slow side, so be patient.
When asking for a glass of water they will give you "tap faucet water" ..becareful...ask for bottled water instead.
