Pleasant place. I had a great smoothie. I wanted 3 fruits, none of which was banana and they used banana but it was very cold and freshing.

Expensive and very little. A sign that says minimum consumption per stay and maximum consumption for 2 hours. It's fine, but it seems a little aggressive to me. But the ice cream is delicious.

It's clean and comfortable, but I didn't like that I ordered strawberries and cream and they gave me very few whole strawberries, and the cream seemed like it had been blended with water or milk. I've bought from them many times before and they weren't like that.

It's a central location, but it doesn't offer the same service as in years past. The facilities are a bit dated. It needs renovations and a better look. If I want to get some shaved ice or something to eat, I think there are better places.

Good place, the bad thing is that you can't sit down and chat and have a nice time because of the owner's personality and his rudeness, not to mention the people who come to ask for money and won't leave until you give them.

The lady who served was very rude, she looked at me sideways and insisted that I order something else or she would make me leave because of my appearance, and the drinks tasted bad and the atmosphere was horrible.

Things are already bad when my mom and I go every two weeks, but today she went alone and no one would help her 🤬🤬🤬. It's awful that they're like that. I'll never go back because of how rude they were to my mom.

It used to be a good place, but now I absolutely do not recommend it. I ordered a cappuccino latte and a Busquets coffee, and the girl brought me the order separately. First the Busquets, and then, after a long wait, the cappuccino, and it was still cold. I told her the cappuccino is supposed to be hot, and this tasted like chocolate milk. Besides, it took forever. I told Mercedes I wasn't going to pay her anything for the terrible service, and she got even more rude, telling me the cappuccino was cold. I told her I wasn't going to talk to her anymore and that I should call the manager, and she said no. In short, awful service.

I don't know why the reviews are praising this place... 😢. I'm here right now and the smells are absolutely awful. I went over to order a refreshing drink and they only had horchata and hibiscus (Jamaica), and the hibiscus was very strong. There are flies everywhere 😷. I wouldn't recommend it at all, and the price of 22 pesos for this glass of hibiscus water seems excessive.
