I think that was the first time I've gotten a fully cooked Quarter Pounder with cheese at a McDonald's restaurant. I only stopped because I had thousands of points set to expire tonight and since traffic to Seattle was horrific, I just went through the drive through repeatedly, redeeming a different reward each time. I think that was the most Taurus behaviored thing I have done in years

Both women's restroom and dining room were clean. No one bothered me or followed me into the restroom. There was only one self ordering board working but customers could also place orders at the register. The pace of service was acceptable, the final greeting was not. Therefore, I did not respond to it. My coffee was a tad too strong. Overall, this McDonald's was better than most.

The interior is really nice and is kept really clean. The girl at the register was quite friendly and personable and the food was alright but not the best Micky D's I've ever had. Overall pretty decent place I would recommend.

Service here is fast, consistent and they value their customers. Unlike the east gate location, their soda fountain is open so you can get refills. Their dining room is open.

I ordered a 20 piece, and they give only 3 sauces at the kiosk. When you order a 4 piece you get 1 sauce. Stop being cheap, Mcdonalds corporate. Make it make sense.

It seems dirty. Here are photos of the drink cup and napkin area. I used a napkin to open the drink cup holder bc it looked like the sticker labels had permanent soiling. It should be replaced or rethink the design.

This location has poor quality control (incorrect modifications, missing items). That itself wouldn't be a big deal, but good luck getting the attention of any staff members when your order is wrong & you go inside to have it corrected. Staff members see you waiting at the counter, break eye contact, turn around, and intentionally avoid engaging instead of just greeting & asking how they can help. Just genuinely rude behavior. This location provided me with the nudge I needed to uninstall the app - that's probably for the best.

I ordered curbside pick up and waited over 20 minutes before finally going inside to just get my food. I wouldn’t have minded so much if the staff and the manager didn’t look at me like I was crazy for just picking up my food and leaving. I didn’t even say anything. The manager was also on his cellphone up at the register and barely acknowledged me when I first approached about my order.

I placed my order on the app, marked I was there so they would start making the food, then waited 15 minutes before leaving so I wouldn’t need to wait and be late for work. I arrived to the McDonalds 8 minutes ago. I am still waiting for my food.

Put an online order in at 10:50 PM. They close at 11 PM. Waited at the speaker box for five minutes. Pulled up. Waited at the window for five minutes did a lap. When I came back around there was somebody at the window. They said we are closed.

I usually do not leave reviews, but this was by far the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. The service was extremely slow despite the restaurant being fully staffed. Several customers were waiting at the cashier with no one coming to help, while employees in the back were standing around talking instead of working. When I finally received my food, the fries were cold. I asked for barbecue sauce and was told it would cost $0.28. I did not have cash on me, and the employee responded in a rude tone and walked away. I was honestly shocked by how strict and unfriendly the policy was, especially considering the poor quality of the food. On top of that, the service took far too long overall, and the bathroom was very dirty. If you have the option to go to another McDonald’s or a different fast food place, I strongly recommend doing so. I would not recommend this McDonald’s location in Issaquah.

Decided to use the restroom before ordering. While I was wash my hands a McDonald's employee walked out of the toilet stall and walked out of the restroom. I walked out of the restroom and he hadn't reached the kitchen yet. I asked him if he was going to wash his hands. He ignored me and walked into the kitchen. Without washing his hands he started handling food. At that moment I decided not to order food and walked out of the restaurant.

At first I walked in and politely smiled and displayed my customers number when I was asked ("E" can be mistaken for sounding like "A" En Español and i didn't want to make that mistake again) so I was ignored and then I was treated horribly fire no reason. the employee was upset with me and treated me with hostility by shouting Christmas hoilday cheers at me as i walked out the door: look, I'm Jewish, and so is my lawyer. It's almost somewhat comical how bad this place is given the area which it's located. There's so many better restaurants at almost the same price or even less expensive in the area. Been going only a couple times a year, over the last 3 years, but the food/experience has never improved. Had to repeat and start my order over 3 times in the drive through because the person taking the order could not figure it out - it wasn't a complicated order. $13 for a value meal + another value burger. I live 5 minutes away and when I got home the food was cold and of course they forgot one of the burgers. Don't be lazy like me and subject yourself to this place, even if you're already in the Value Village parking lot. Drive a couple streets over (FM parking lot) and get Paseo, Panda Express etc. for pretty much the same price. If you want fast food burgers, go to the Jack in the Box near downtown it's really not much more of a hassle.

Please pay attention! They automatically upgrade and charge you more on meals without asking you. Totally against the law! If anyone else notices we might have a class action lawsuit against multiple McDonald’s !

Today in the morning, I visited your restaurant, bought breakfast, and used my own cup from Burger King to pour some cola. The staff member told me this wasn’t allowed and asked me to pay for the drink, but I didn’t have any money with me. When I offered to return the drink and just get my cup back, the response was quite rude. I hope in the future, your staff can handle such situations more politely and explain the rules in a friendlier manner. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter
