Spent $55 there tonight . The night shift took my order with an attitude they racial profiled me. I order chicken strips and still had to pay for bbq that I thought was suppose to come with the meal. Never going back to a place that goes of the color of your skin is what type of service you get. I didn’t mind paying for the sauce but the staff were very horrible towards me!!! I’ll go spend my hard earned money elsewhere!!!

NOTHING COMES WITH ANY SAUCE ANYMORE. Placed 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, and zero marinara sauce is in the bag. Let them know and they told me it doesn't come with ANY anymore and charge per each sauce. WHAT RESTAURANT CHARGES EXTRA FOR ANY SAUCE FOR MOZZARELLA STICKS?! RIDICULOUS. Been to Sonic many many times and ordered these and NEVER have I come across ANY place that charges for something that comes with it. I won't be back if I can avoid it.

Awful service from two people in the same day. Asked for my normal order of a blue ras slush with ocean water which is just sprite and blue coconut. I get this half slush and half the drink in one singular cup and today when I asked each person over the microphone ignored my request and said do you want ocean water or the slush? Each time I asked politely to mix the two they repeated themselves in circles with a growing condescending tone. Mind you if you go on door dash and select a blue ras slush you are able to add blue coconut and Powerade, maybe for some reason they can’t do the sprite (which better servers have done) then just tell me and stop being aggressive over the speaker. Even though this seems specific I’ve had family deal with condescending and incompetent servers who struggle to communicate normally

Spent 50 minutes waiting on one meal and a couple of sides. There was only 1 or 2 other cars there the whole time there so it was not busy. The girl who took our order came out 20 mins later and told us it would be another 20 minutes before we get our meal so we should just cancel then. We said no it's fine, since we already paid. 30 minutes go by and we see her walking away from sonic, like she was leaving.. and we pressed the button again and the guy said he didn't even know we were still waiting and we had our food 5 minutes later.

Every time I try to order a smash burger it is never smashed. Never looks like the advertisements, no crusty smashed edges, just a slightly thin regular burger. I've tried every way I can think of to order it so that it comes out how it's supposed to but it never does. Incredibly disappointing every time. The people are nice though.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae,,no hot fudge. Just ice cream with cherry on top. Also they do not have peanuts for the topping. Also again the speaker phone mike doesn't work properly.

Looks like I have to drop the review now. It's not like you go here for high quality food, but you do expect to get the amount that you pay for. After I was given these underfilled blasts, I pointed out to the staff these were lacking. She refuted and said this was normal and that I must be thinking of something else. Having gone here for years basically ordering the same items, I know what is normally delivered and I wasn't getting anywhere in my discussion with her. I guess I will now be no longer going to this sonic.
