Honestly the best Thai food we've ever had. Their Green Chicken Curry, Panang Chicken Curry, Pad Thai, Pork Egg rolls, and Sizzling Beef are amazing, as is everything we've ever ordered from Kour Thai. The service is great too; the owners are really nice and always check in to say hello. We've been going to Kour Thai at least once a week for more than five years, and have never had a bad meal. My brother and his family feel the way, and go there every time they are in Clearlake. It blows every other Thai restaurant we've ever been to away. It's on another level. Their food is amazing, and we are extremely lucky to have a place like this in Lake County. Highly recommend.

Best restaurant in Clearlake, California hands down! Superb customer service and high quality cuisine. I highly recommend if you are hungry and looking for something out of this world to dine upon, visit this place 💕 💖 I made sure to leave a generous tip, as this place is every bit worth it. I'll visit here again, maybe with a loved one after Christmas 🎄. Also, the atmosphere was beautiful, they had a lovely tree, Christmas music in the background and my favorite Christmas song came on as soon as my meal was served, "Last Christmas" by Wham! This is a magical place! 🎆❄️☀️💃🕌🎵

Authentic Thai food at it's finest. Fresh ingredients, big flavor. Best Thai in Lake County. Honestly I've never had better curries in my life. One of my absolute favorite places to eat. Highly recommend.

Authentic Thai food! We ventured down the road from our resort in Nice to eat here. We immediately had very prompt and personal service. The owner waited on us and when we ordered the spring rolls she went back into the kitchen and rolled them up fresh! They were so good! The entrees were fabulous! Fresh and full of flavor. We had some great conversations with the other patrons, who were locals of the area. We had a wonderful time! They have a good selection of local wines and Thai beer too, all priced very well!

Love this place it has the cleanest restaurant and freshest food In this whole county. Keep up the amazing work I will always support this place they have always been the same as well not getting lazy with time like other places here.

Great food. The cost ends up being about the same as fast food for a family of 4, but it is better. They offer takeout if you feel like eating at home.

Amazing food and hands down nicest people around. Service could not be better. Just ordered some to go food with my two year old and they brought him a lemonade, steamed broccoli and prawns for free while we waited and made us feel right at home. Been here dozens of times and it keeps getting better

Wow everything was so good. We had shrimp tempura sushi roll, drunken noodles(#53) and #33, I forgot the name. It was vegetables and meat in coconut milk with spices, peanut sauce, and Thai iced tea with coconut milk. When we arrived here we could feel the smells, the restaurant smelled great, the lake no so much... I wish we lived closer to come back and try more sushi. The drunken noodles here now taken 1st place for all the Thai restaurants I have been too. And the peanut sauce.... They don't give you a 1oz cup. You get a huge portion !!! It was thick and creamy, not watered down. Thai tea was strong and sweet and the coconut milk was 👌 The service was great, very nice and happy people here. Everything 10/10.

Was open the following Thursday. Excellent service good Thai food and sushi all round. Glad we gave it a second chance. A great place to eat in Lake County. You need to open during your posted business hours please!

So happy to have stumbled on this Thai spot in Clear lake! Beautiful waterfront views and a fun ambiance inside with plants and their giant leaves. They have a good mix of traditional Thai dishes and a whole sushi menu, plus some lunch specials during the week. Overall the menu is little pricey but seems justified for a small family owned business. I got my favorite pad kee mao (drunken noodles) with chicken and my husband got the pad Thai, both noodle dishes hit the spot! We went back for lunch the next day and I tried their tom yum soup and chicken pot stickers. The soup had good flavor and the pot stickers had a good consistency with handmade dumpling skins. My husband got Thai tea and a poke bowl which was very saucy - ask for the sauce on the side if you're not prepared for your tuna and salmon to be swimming in aioli.

We ordered the mixed appetizer plate, pawn rolls, tempura shrimp sushi rolls and - an incredible daily special - vegetarian pumpkin red curry. Everything was perfect. The mixed appetizers came with potstickers spring rolls and pawn rolls. We had ordered another order of prawn rolls, but they were so good that it was lucky we had extra. The mixed appetizers also came with both a sweet & sour/mai ploy-style sauce and a really good spicy peanut sauce. The sushi was made to order, per our exact specifications ❤️ Finally, the pumpkin curry was amazing - just the right spiciness - spicy, but not overpowering the flavor of the food. The pumpkin is kabocha squash - my absolute favorite. It was cooked perfectly - not overcooked, rich and delicious, served with beautiful, decoratively cut zucchini, long bean, carrot, cabbage and Thai basil. The food service was friendly and efficient. The proprietor's family were hanging out at another table. We really felt at home . During the whole meal, we enjoyed lounging around inside this beautiful restaurant, with ceiling-height banana trees, colorful decor and a whole wall of windows looking out at the lake. I can't wait to go back!

How do I not have a review here 0.0 Easily top 3 restaurant in Lake County, and you'll often hear me say #1. Deng is amazing at everything she does. Always super nice. Yes, they can be a little inconsistent with their sushi sometimes, but every dish I've ever had here was perfect. I'm definitely biased towards this restaurant, but ask around. I've brought at least a dozen people to this place, and I always get the same reaction. People are blown away at how good the food is. Atmosphere is great, service is great, food is great. Prices have gone up everywhere so won't hold that against them.

I like their menu it has a good unique variety though I'm no thai expert. I had to ask twice for a paper menu to take home. Service was adequate but felt a little uneasy being the only patron and the waitress and staff sitting at the table behind me casually. Food was excellent but their most spicy red curry was not spicy at all to me!

I used the drive through, the service was good but gave me the food and needed my signature on the receipt witch was also handed to me at the same time. it's just a little difficult to deal with everything at once. They could have me sign the receipt, let me get it put away then hand me the food. That was my only complaint, they do a great job!

The food here is excellent. They probably have the best sushi within 40 miles. I usually get take-out because the atmosphere is not good. The place needs some modernization and at least clean, and upgrade the fish tank. I would give the atmosphere only one star if it were not for the lake view.

good green curry and sizzle beef plate. watch out for the 2 small white doggies when parking close to the gate. not a fan of the sushi here, though I only tried one roll. Most of my experiences were good. kinda smells funky in the entrance.

Poorest quality of food and service I have received. Anyone writing them a good review must be a Lake County native and has extraordinarily low standards. Servers hawking loogies in the kitchen while I was eating. Noodles were colors I’ve never seen before, no peanuts and no spring onion. Chicken was grotesque! Owner is rude and inconsiderate of their community to serve such muck. Kitchen Nightmares to say the least.

This place has bad food. The dish below that looks like leftover stew surprise, is sweet and sour pork with tomatoes, caned green beans and a soup broth. Yuck! . It taste like can soup and water. It's inedible. I never had sweet and sour that tasted like can tomato soup with water. Sweet and sour with canned green beans and tomatoes? The next dish being beef broccoli is equally as horrible. Taste like yesterday's cook broccoli and some stinky meat. Gross! . At a price close to $70.00 and a $10.00 tip to have food that smells old and taste just as bad is unnecessary. If you don't want to cook authentic Chinese food don't call it Chinese food. Thank you

That would be fine if they told you that before you sat down and were ready to order. The food was just ok. Not worth $20, even as a buffet. Then, the card machine wasn't working. As a millennial, I don't carry cash. And instead of warning people before they sat down and had eaten, they told me when I was getting ready to pay. After telling them that I had to leave to go get cash, I was interrogated about how they knew I would actually come back. Very poor customer service!
