Very slow staff. Very good Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte, iced, is excellent. Those items below I did not get. I can't figure out how to delete them.

I'm sure the employees, the food and the drinks are all wonderful. I just don't have 35 to 40 min to wait in line. This particular store has one cash register and does not accept mobile orders. Other than those two things, it is very nice.

UPDATE: they fixed the issue. The mango dragonfruit lemonade has a weird flavor to it. I was told almost 3 months ago it was because of the increased caffeine. I’ve been to two other Starbucks locations in Lake County and a few others out of state. Every single other location tastes normal. Some type of cross contamination happened at this store and months later it hasn’t been addressed since the drink still tastes funky. Please consider changing the containers or something :(

There may be two or three people in line but at least one of them is ordering about 6 of these drinks to go. So if you want to get a coffee or latte or espresso you'll be waiting a long time for your simple order. Also if you get good service and put your tip in the box, they have a strange system in which your tip will not go directly to the one servicing you before it's divided between various employees that had nothing to do with your specific interaction. This whole situation has been going on for years and it is really too bad as there aren't any 'coffee' places or other Starbucks to go to in Lakeport. Your best bet is a gas station or McD's.

Talk about unprofessional, an off duty employee walked up and got her drink before everyone else in line and was distracting the already busy employees by having a conversation about getting in trouble for her behavior on shift the day before. The baristas couldn’t keep the customers orders straight and weren’t friendly at all.

I ordered 5 drinks. All of the drinks are supposed to be the same, yet 1 looks different from the other 4 and the one was sitting next to a 6th drink that looked similar to the 1 that clearly did not look like the other four when I asked them where the fifth drink was they said that was it I said but I didn't order 6 drinks I ordered 5 of the same drinks they took one of the 2 that looked different back when I tried to tell them the 5th drink doesn't look like the other 4 they said that the caramel (in the one that doesn't have any caramel) melted?? When I told them I wanted one that looked like the other 4 they gave me a paper cup with caramel in the bottom of it!! I'm sorry, but if I spend $25 on 5 drinks I think I should get what I asked for because when I take these and hand them out someone's gonna wonder if we all got the same drinks why does there's looks different and I don't expect them to believe me when I look at them and say the caramel melted on that one?!!?? and caramel is not going to melt on a blended ice drink like a frappachino and caramel doesn't disappear when it melts.

Sad to be writing this review but it's about time I leave one. The barista in here is rude. She always looks annoyed and always having a bad day! I say ALWAYS because I've been going here almost every day. This lady (old with gap in her teeth) always serves, in the cashier or if not, making the orders. Been so nice to her all the time even my kids are so polite towards her. Saying Hello, Please, Thank you, have a great day, BUT NOPE, she will stare at you with an annoyed expression like she wants you out of her sight in an instant. So much for great customer service. That needs to change because this is a small town, we get to see familiar faces all the time. Lady, if you get to read this, your attitude needs to change or you need to quit customer service. Lucky I am not your manager.

Update. They finally have it to where a bar code in the app can be scanned to get your stars here at the Safeway Starbucks. I bought 3 large Frapsin 2 different visits, they scanned my bar code BUT no stars were added to my account. THIS IS A FRAUD where they say you get stars but actually they lied just to get more business !!! So STARBUCKS DO NOT GIVE STARS HERE. I moved here last March. In the past I've enjoyed a double chocolaty chip frap often. I was very disappointed when I went in to get one here but they don't give or redeem stars. I lost all my stars I'd saved up. It's back to not going to Starbucks again. If they start giving & redeeming stars I'll very happily stop by when I'm in Safeway shopping to have my favorite yummy frap.

I was at Safeway, didn't have anything to do with Starbucks that they have in there. Starbucks does nothing for me, I don't understand the attraction. Other than brilliant marketing that created a status symbol to be a customer there. That's not me. I don't like there politics or their coffee either.

Several times I have tried their beverage and they either mess up on the size or the milk as I am dairy intolerant and today they did not put the caramel syrup in my order I had plain coffee and they refused to fix it I had also told two employees merry Christmas and no one responded. I'm done I can't go back there and if someone has a intolerance don't trust them I'm extremely disappointed

Plus you're always stuck waiting for ever, there's a couple of them that make you wait for their conversation to be over before you get your drink made, on top of that they take no coupons or none of the promotions that Starbucks offers Including happy hour or buy 1 get 1 free , so if you want the drink you paid for to be made correctly, or if your in a hurry, or if you get off work early & want To take advantage of happy hour(50% off drinks), or you ever get enough points an they email you a free drink offer, go somewhere else, now If you Like to pay for things you don't receive, like experimental drinks, or even just need to catch up on latest drama, by all means visit this Starbucks
