I’ve been here about three times in the last month. I used to really enjoy the chow mein. But one day I took a bite and it felt like I was chewing on a shredded toothpick or something. I spit out the wood and took it to the front counter and they told me it was just a dry noodle. It was definitely wood. But speaking of dry noodles. The chow mein has been very dry, and the noodles seem undercooked. And there is no flavor. I can’t even eat them they are so bad. Very disappointed in the quality. And the soda dispenser has been broken for the last two or to three weeks. So I have to eat these dry noodles with nothing to drink. Do better Panda.

Doordashed an order. My "super greens" were almost entirely cabbage. Then I found a bunch of cabbage under everything else. Ultimately ended up with about half a head of raw cabbage hidden under all my food. It was absolutely deliberate. Completely ripped me off.

Went through the drive through this morning, all of my cream cheese rangoons had NO cream cheese and were stale, orange chicken was old and the rice and chow mein were both dry like they’d been sitting for a while. I’ve tried to call twice and had no answer and there’s no voicemail. I would NOT recommend this place

Went through drive through and got a plate with white rice and double broccoli beef. I should’ve checked my food in the drive thru as this Ukiah location has poor food quality. Well, when I got home I opened the plate to just white rice and broccoli (maybe 1 or 2 very small pieces of beef). I was so annoyed but I am not surprised. I have attached images of the plate I got and had to move the broccoli to show the little piece of beef I got. Never go this location. I hope they shut this store down

I gave this place 1 star because seriously, I expected better because I've had it in other cities and I never felt jipped like here in ukiah. What a let down. Normally I give better ratings for less but, DANG!! I had make a sandwich after. Here is a picture, judge for yourself. Anyway, I hope it's an isolated incident. I'll try it again to see if the time of day has anything to do with it. No noodles, no fried rice oh my!!!

Ordered teriyaki chicken and they forgot the sauce. Asked for hot mustard none in the bag. Smallest portions I have ever seen from Panda Express tons of rice almost no entree. I know they just opened but this is bad, wait 40 minutes for an incomplete order. Probably won't go back.

Price are expensive for rice and chow mein and chicken. They now cheat and add lots of veggies to everything. My meal had 3 to 4 pieces of chicken and chow mein and the rest was onions.

They need to close the drive through for safety reasons. I and a dozen other cars were stuck in the drive through for approximately 45 minutes before I reached the window. The lady had the wrong order for me I refused as my lunch was already over. I couldn't get out of the drive through if I wanted I was trapped. Absolutely needs to be investigated as a safety hazard at very least. Will not be returning, what a joke this place has become.

Card machine went down they made me wait in the drive through for 15 min and I couldn’t even get food. Worse customer service I have ever received. Should have been compensated for having to wait that long. Maybe a sign would have been nice. Anything would have been better than nothing.

Been stuck in the drive thru for an awfully long time. You already don’t have a person actually taking orders, what is the hold up? Super irritating that once you’re in the drive thru you can’t get out either. Edit: At the window learned there is only one woman working. Do better, Panda. I was stressed FOR her.
