I still love the pizza here even though it took 45 min for my pizza to be ready for pickup. I will def recommend if someone is willing to wait that long to eat. The pizza is very fresh and accurate every time I order here. I miss being able to go inside the restaurant. So many other places in town have gone back to normal after the pandemic. I wish Pizza Hut would. Also, they are short staffed which is prob why it took to long before my order was ready.

Pizza was ordered on the app, was given an appropxiate pickup time. We drove about 10 miles, the pizza was just out of the oven, friendly employee thanked us and we drove home. The pizza was still hot and fresh! The crust was perfect, the toppings were fresh and plentiful and the sauce was delicious. Good experience!

I have been ordering here for years and I thought I left a review before but I guess not anyway the food was so good I've never had a bad experience here so and his staff is always really friendly so I do recommend Pizza Hut

Sit in pizza huts are few and far between and it's a shame. Breadsticks and garlic knots were hot and crisp. We havent even gotten the pizza yet and I'm full from all of the delicious sides! WAY better than delivery.

Only drive thru was open. My pizza was ready for pick-up but vehicle at window was waiting on their order....they should have been sent to waiting area or told to drive back around. I waited at least 10 minutes directly behind them.

It's always clean, even the bathrooms. Thy have 4/5 t.v. set on different channels to watch. Service is great and timely. I am not a chocolate chip cookie person but with Pizza hut , I make an exception , they are great tasting.

Hire more people. The wait in the drive thru because all doors were locked was excruciating to my husband who has a hip replacement. Or expand delivery area. Will deliver to the cross street (I live on corner) but not to the street my driveway exits to. Neighbor less than 500 ft can get delivery while we have to pickup!

Their big box deal is hard to beat. They do need to open up their doors for pickup. The drive through wait as the only option other than delivery, is not the greatest business decision.

Love this place. My favorite pizza joint by far. Prices are pretty fair and deals are amazing. Pizza is better than any of the other pizza places here in town in my opinion. The reason it gets only 4 stars isn't a problem with the place as a whole, but more of a local situation. The one here in town has disappointed me extremely here lately. They must have hired a new cook because the problem hasn't existed very long. But the past 3 times I have ordered from there, the pizza has showed up at my door so badly burnt. The cheese is so burnt it is almost stiff. I haven't even finished the leftovers and have almost wanted to order at dominos because of it. Still might. The pizza there isn't near what Pizza Hut usually makes, but at least it would be alot more edible. They need to find another cook if that is what the problem is. Either that or I upset someone up there for some reason and maybe they just see my name pop up on their delivery screen and know to cook it to the MAX. I don't know what it is but regardless, the place as a franchise is pretty amazing.

Took only 20 minutes, but we were behind a "big" order (15-20 pizzas).

The people are sweet and the food was good. The website wasn't working, so I called in my order. It was written down wrong, so when I picked it up and got home, 2 of my 3 pizzas were incorrect. I called and they gave me the option for a refund or re-fire. I appreciated how everyone worked to make it right for me, and they even called me to let me know it was ready for pick up! I'll definitely go back again.

The food was great but the service sucked. We couldn't get the waiters attn 2 refill our drinks. My roommate waited at the counter for over 5 minutes trying 2 get a to-go box. It would have been ok if they were packed, but we were the only ones there!

I've ordered from here over a dozen times in the last 2 years...never had an issue with delivery but today...since we live on a county road, they all the sudden don't deliver to county roads. Never had an issue delivering it before. Guess I'll be switching up to papa John's or Marcos.

Pizza was good but fountain drink machine hasn't been used since covid. I would guess they figured it was cheaper for guests to buy bottled drinks and no refills. No plates, silverware, or any condiments are offered. Just pizza in a box. Dining in is definitely a disappointment.

I went there for lunch and the price for a medium pizza was high. I decided to order online to get a discounted price. After I received my pizza I quickly headed back to work. When I got there I realized they forgot a topping on my pizza. I didn't call because I didn't have time to go back. The main reason for my rating is the price.

Pizza Hut is one of my faves but wasn't impressed with the pizza, loved cinnamon bread sticks and did not like the icing.

Food was good, I got a personal sized pizza with green bell peppers and chicken, a kids meal which was a personal sized cheese pizza, personal pepperoni, 8 bonless bbq wings, and an order of chicken alfredo that came with bread sticks. Only down side was how long it took for our food to get to our table. But, the woman who served us was nice and got our drinks to us fast. Probably wouldn't dine in again tho.

Young guy who works there, Lylon, was very nice and helpful. I just wanted two slices on my large veggie pizza to only have cheese on it for my baby but was denied because of store "policy". If you want happy customers that keep coming back and give great reviews maybe you should try working with them. I had to pay full price to get the pizza half veggie and half cheese.

The ladies at the window were not friendly at all. They had trouble finding my order, and when they did they thought it was paid for. I told them no. And I said good thing I’m honest. They didn’t say yes thank you or anything. Also, the breadsticks were dry and hard. We never order pizza except Pizza Hut. Well, we will be rethinking that in the future. Dominos cheezie bread is 10 times better. Sad customer.

The employees were nice, but everything tasted water down. Even the pizza, believe it or not... Not only that, but all of the tabels were dirty and so were our cups. I love Pizza Hut, but the Cleburne one could use a little help.

Depending on the day or time you come in you may have to wait a while to place or recieve an order. Some of the employees will see you're out front and either ignore you or ask if you've been helped before retreating into the kitchen before you can respond to them. I will be reconsidering picking up deliveries if they're from here, especially if there's such poor employee-to-customer/driver communication

Tried to order online and it wasn't working. Called and they wouldn't honor the same price. Like I get it but your app and website aren't working so have some flexibility. Got to the store when told it would be ready and had to wait another 25 minutes circling the drive thru. Not again. I'll go somewhere else. My pizza/pasta was otherwise fine.

I would drive all the way to Alvarado to get Pizza Hut!! This one off of Henderson is crap.. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. I could stand there for almost 20 min and the only old lady their will keep making eye contact with me knowing I’m standing there waiting for assistance and she still won’t ask me what she can help me with. She’s never friendly always looks like she’s in a bad mood. The older men are nice but when I asked them if they could help me they told me no that I have to wait for the lady.. I just don’t understand why they have all these people there just for one person to do everything. I RECOMMEND EVERY OTHER PIZZA PLACE OVER THEM. The only reason I gave them a 2 star was bc there’s pregnant lady that is so sweet but is only there sometimes when I come. But she’s the only person there that is friendly and will actually help you out.

Usually our experience is much better however the last order I placed was for 3 of the specialty pizzas so it was quite expensive and I had company to feed. We picked up the pizza, got it home and opened the boxes. Let me tell you at first I thought I had the wrong order. The lack of toppings was unbelievable for having ordered Meat Lovers, Veggie Lovers and Super Supreme. I counted the number of ham pieces on the Super Supreme and there were 7 tiny slivers of ham. The other ingredients were equally as scant! It was very disappointing and I felt like I had been robbed. Had i not had a house full of people to feed i would have loaded it up and returned it. Not sure we will be back... Papa Johns here we come!

Pizza Hut is overpriced and falls short of their slogan that Noone out pizzas the Hut. It's hard for me to think of 1 Pizza Place that doesn't Out Pizza them. They offer several crust but that's the only thing they should brag about. Personally I prefer the original thin crust and still prefer to drive to Midlothian to Pizza Inn for that, and as far as Cleburne we jump around to Domino's, Papa John's, CiCi's, Little Cesar's and other places.

My husband ordered the big dinner box and usually with the deal it comes with breadsticks he ordered the bacon cheddar cheese sticks just to be delivered regular breadsticks so we wasted an extra three dollars for nothing! We’re not usually complainers because we get customer service job but after time and time again from ordering here we always get something wrong idk if you guys have some bad apples working here but for the sake on y’all staying in business at least double check if the order is right

Horrible staff, drivers refuse to give change, and after showing up in store an hour after my pizza was supposed to be delivered I attempted to cancel it because they couldn't even tell me if they had started on it. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

The place looks and smells like it's ready to close down. The drink dispenser counter is taken out, the furniture is torn and dingy, there was a strong musty odor inside and food debris scattered in various places on the floor. With online orders and Door dash pick up, we did pretty good on serve time after ordering at the counter.

Be aware when ordering you won’t get extra so don’t waist your money. I Ordered a medium pan meat lovers with extra pepperoni. The pizza I received barely had any pepperoni let alone extra. I guess since it was delivery they don’t worry about what you pay for.

Stopped in to order pizza they told us to wait a minute and someone would take our order after they took 5 more call in orders and a couple of dings from the door dash tablet still no one took our order they just kept walking by my wife like she wasn't there we were just trying to let our granddaughter use her reward she got from school for reading we ended up just leaving and going somewhere else and no one even said goodbye lol

I used to be a big pizza hut fan but the last few times i went here the pizza was very poor....it just looked sloppy. Had an incident where a guy was bringing my pizza and bumped into his coworker and the crazy lady went off on him like there was no tomorrow. He kept his calm but it took everything in me to not scream at her. I felt so uncomfortable that i stopped going. Moved to dominos and i absolutely love it. Wanted brownies and dominoes didnt have it so i called pizza hut to order brownies and the girl on the phone was RUDE af. Staying with dominos. Good bye pizza hut....

The worst Pizza Hut I've ever seen. We ordered online and they lost our order. We went to pick it up and said they couldn't find an order, then wouldn't honor online specials. Ran out of Italian sausage and pork toppings. Ordered 8 piece wings and got 4 wings. A complete disaster.

Today is August 18 2021, I ordered my pizza online with a pick of time for 645, which is 30 minutes. So I come get in line and I sit. I'm still sitting.... its 715 already, and I'm still 5 cars back. This system they have going over isn't working for anyone, except maybe lazy workers. I just thought I would let you know about my awful experience in the drive thru line at pizza hut. In cleburne on Henderson. Down the block from HEB where I should have gotten dinner.

All the doors were locked couldn't go inside.Took them about an hour to make us one pizza, the employees looked like they were just lazing around. Customer service was terrible. Employees were rude. Probably won't go again, which sucks because I actually looked forward to pizza hut. Just go to domino's.

Where to begin...... I ordered online 2 hours before I was to pick up the pizza to take to my families game night. So I specifically said to have it ready by 5:10pm. I arrived at 5:20pm and was told my 1st pizza was done, and my second one will be ready in about 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, they tell me they destroyed my pizza and it was not savable. So if I could wait yet another 10 minutes, they can make a new one. Wouldn't you know, 10 minutes later someone tells me they replaced my original order that asked for tomatoes and changed it to jalapenos. Really?!? Now I'm really at my breaking point. They ask me to please wait another 10 minutes to make yet another pizza. I said refund me 1 pizza and I will take the first one that was correct. Good thing it was a plain cheese pizza I guess. Can't mess that up. Would have given them 2 stars if they would have refunded all my money and just gave me the cheese pizza for all the hassle. This makes 2 straight visits to this location that have been horrible. Thank goodness I live in Arlington. They seem to always get my order right and on time, so it's obviously the Cleburne location that has some major issues going on. I recommend Pizza Hut, but not this location.

I wanted pizza for Morher's Day, but when my husband called they were so rude and unprofessional he hung up......Today I ordered and sent him to pick it up and they told him he would have to wait an additional 15 minutes because they gave away my pizza. So sad, Pizza Hut really is my favorite, but haven't had it in over a year because of stuff like this. Guess I will wait another year and give it another try.

Called and ordered ahead, arrived to pick up at the drive thru at the time they said it’d be ready and it wasn’t. We were told to circle around because everybody else’s order took priority. We had to do that a couple times. Our order was ready almost 30 minutes after the time we were told. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Restaurant was empty when I arrived and as soon as we walked in instead of being greeted the employee says we do close at 9 so is this for carry out? It was 8pm. ... not 8:15, not 8:30, .... just 8pm. And I had just gone in for help on an online order that wouldn't go thru. -.- The restaurant was empty and the floors were so filthy. This location doesn't get busy so don't see why it be so dirty if they could just keep up with it.

My husband and I went in Pizza Hut in Cleburne to eat and waited a good 15 minutes to be seated, while 3 different people walked past us, however not 1 person stopped to take us to a table. About that time I asked the person behind the cash register if anyone was ever going to seat us because we had been waiting quite a while. She looked out toward the dining room for a few minutes and then back at us not saying a word. My husband and I just walked out that point. And I said outloud as we left "Well it doesn't look like she wants to help us either" and she just looked at us with a blank look on her face. We waited for a few minutes and left! Talk about service! I gave them 1 star because you have to in order to write a review.

The older woman working the front counter today 4/25 at 6:30 pm was so rude and had a disgusting attitude. Treated me like I was stupid when I couldn't hear her behind the plastic window. I told who I thought was the manager but I don't think they're going to do anything about it. I want someone from this location to contact me so I can get their higher ups info and complain about this individual, something needs to be done.

Called to order some pasta from here which is my absolute favorite and I was told they don't deliver to my address but couldn't tell me why. I live 3 miles from their store which is closer than my home I just moved out of. I don't get it. To top it off I had to repeat my phone number twice, and spell out everything for my address and repeat it all twice. By far my worst experience ever.

Its 1240 friday December 31st. I called in to place a order for pickup and when i called i was on hold for 14 minutes and 37 seconds. When they were finally able to take my order i was told they are not taking orders at this time and to call back after 2pm. Why waist the customers time having them on hold so long if your not taking orders.

Over an hour wait. there was only us plus one other couple in the restaurant. Finally got food and that was the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had. all the workers behind the counter were slow didn't pay any attention when I was standing there waiting to get a to-go box. needless to say I will not be back at this location.

I would give them a zero but I had to give 1 star. Usually I like pizza hut but the quality of the food has gone down or this visit was just bad. My kiddos said mom this pizza smells funny and it did I think the cheese was going bad and they did not want to throw it away. 🤢🤮 the boneless wings were also bad. Like smelling funny as well. And tasted bad.

No dine in service, no drink machine, parmigian cheese and red pepper is $1? That’s kind of a staple for pizza around here. The store has a roof leak over the dining area so the ceiling is in bad shape And the carpet looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in a few weeks. Not a very inviting dining experience. This Pizza Hut location needs some work. I would advise an alternative until they get their store in working order.

Definitely need a better process for pizza pick up. Sitting in this line for 20 minutes when I ordered online and my pizza is ready because others got in line too soon or just ordered is very aggravating. They need to have people pull up to wait for their orders like every other fast food joint does these days

The inside is open,but the soda machine is broken. So you have to order a 2 liter drink. They do not offer a drink in a glass. I was told" we do not server in the dining room. You have to pick up your order." Since I am writing waiting on my order. I wonder if glasses will be provided? So no drink cups even for a to go. We had intended to eat in the restaurant, but why if you can't provide basic service.

Terrible. Drove half hour each way from Godley and got home with someone else's order. When I called, manager asked if I wanted them to remake it or credit my phone number for next time. I informed her I am not driving an hour round trip for them to remake it and I am never ordering from there again so the credit is worthless. No apology or anything. Awful!

30 minute wait, we were the only customers?

I'm giving one star because the last time I ate there, my drink had some dirty black substance sitting in the bottom of my cup. After I told them they gave me another one that was almost all carbonation and tasted horrible. They didnt charge me for the drink, but the dirty cup problem has become a repeated issue. On top of that, the pizza didn't sit well with my stomach and passed right through me. Service here is also not very good, as all the employees hide in the kitchen and never come out it seems. I hate to leave such a bad review but I can't ignore the declining quality of this particular pizza hut.

Tried to order their "$10 tastemaker" special. Even though the order was a total of a little over $15 to be delivered the order has to be $15. Evidently this does NOT include the money they charge for "fees & taxes & delivery charge" even adding a drink wasn't enough for them. This is absolutely ridiculous! I waited in line for 40 minutes for my personal pizza and wings. I placed the order at 11:30 and it was not ready till 12:30. And not only did I wait but the pizza was also wrong I asked for beef and pepperoni and got olives and pepperoni. The customer service was horrible and slow the lady working didn’t even say anything when I first got there other then “name”. It’s just so rude and unprofessional.

Was passing through from out of town and decided to place an order. We waited for over 15 min then get a call when order was supposed to been ready saying that they can't make our order, they was out of personal pans. No accommodations no care in the world. Ordered a pizza online, showed up a little over an hour before closing time (per their door and google maps), and the doors were locked. Some kid inside just looked at me and mouthed "We're closed" and "Sorry" then walked into the back. But there was no note on the door explaining what happened, and as of yet I haven't seen a refund. No idea why they were closed early or why they wouldn't try to explain themselves.

We ordered takeout on the app for a birthday party last night. All he wanted to do for his birthday was get stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. You totally ruined that. When it said our pizza was ready we got in line to pick up. We sat for approx 10 minutes before we got to the window behind 1 truck. When we got to the window the kid said our order just got done, took our money and went to get the $70 worth of pizzas. He came back and said it wasn’t done and we needed to go to the back of the now 8 car line. It was in the road at this point so we said no we’d just wait. If one car was 10 minutes we weren’t get back behind 8 more. He said ok and then went to get the manager Candice. She informed us that we had to move or she’d call the police. When asked if our pizza was done she again said no. We asked why the app said it was ready to pickup and she didn’t have an answer. She told us it was at least 5 more minutes. We again told her we were not going to wait behind 8 cars and we again threatened to call the police. No other options were given. No come in and we’ll get it for you, no pull over to the side and we’ll bring it out so you don’t have to wait another 30-45 minutes in line. Nothing. Expecting us to wait in line and then be given cold pizza is ridiculous. We told her to cancel the order and refund us and we left. Threatening to call the police was absolutely ridiculous. Something needs to be figured out to prevent these types of issues and that’s on Pizza Hut not the customer. We absolutely will not be eating at Pizza Hut again.

I ordered 136 dollars worth of pizza last night and a bed bug crawled out from underneath a pepperoni slice on the pizza that was for my kids and I know for a fact I do not have them when I called them they didn’t apologize they only offered to remake the pizza or give me credit for the next time.

I was door dashing and I was waiting on an order for a customer. I went up to the front and crystal the lady attending me I asked her a simple question,how much longer will it be?And she started getting an attitude with me, she escalated her tone and demeaner when I just wanted to know how much longer. This is unprofessional for a family diner.

I wash doordashing yesterday I arrived ontime for my pick up. The worker said it'll take 15min. I waited. The pizza never came. I updated my app and the customer. I was told to wait another 10min. I did. I finally got the pizza. Guess what! They forgot to put the wings in the oven for the order!! I had to wait another 15min. This is insane! Pizza was not ready until just over 20 minutes later than was stated online when ordered. Staff completely ignored customers at the front counter. When I asked for contact information for a regional manager so I could make a complaint the person I spoke to refused to provide any information and was incredibly rude. Food was good when I finally got it, but service was terrible. This location, on West Henderson in Cleburne has multiple 1 star reviews and those make the majority of the reviews for the location.

This place is absolutely horrible. Went to order and the lady had no idea about a special I wanted. I show her it online where it says dine in or carry out still had no clue. Was told I couldn’t dine in because they had no plates no cups no fountain drinks nothing. after I finally get to place my order the lobby was a mess the workers sat in the lobby the whole time gossiping about people was just horrible. The building looks rundown. The parking lot is not maintained at all overall just horrible.

When I got there the inside was closed to everyone and there was a long line to get my order and I was a little early not much. I still waited in like for almost 40 minutes. When I got my pizza the lady I spoke with Lilly was very kind and sweet . When I got home and unboxed my 2 medium pizzas were burnt and fried out like they had been sitting in the desert for 3 days, so I called and Lilly the sweet lady agreed to remake my order. So I throw away the burnt stuff even the cheese bread and cinnamon sticks and head back up there to wait another 30 minutes for my new order. I got home open the pizza my cheese pizza burnt again my husband's pizza was edible but the cheese stick burnt again. Will not be going back but Lilly you look overworked hun you deserve a raise for dealing with this company. They were really understaffed. Shame on management! Shame!

I sure wish I would’ve read these reviews before I ordered from here. First of all, the two employees that I interacted with in the store were super friendly and kind. I placed an order online and picked up in-store. Once you walk in to this establishment, it is such a downer. The dining room is dark and grungy. There is nothing out on any of the counters. Everything is bare. Aside from that, I ordered online for pick up because I wanted my pizza to be the freshest possible. By the time I got home with it, I live less than 1 mile from this location, I get my pizza out and it is all soggy and falling apart. I also asked for Parmesan and red peppers and was told that they come in containers and each one is $1.50.

I agree with Rick on this one why I have a big dining room if you're not going to clean it up if you're not going to take pride in and I'm ashamed of you Pizza Hut for letting this happen no Buffet no Fountain drinks floors are dirty looks like it's closed down from the outside no Lawn Care no Pride whatsoever if this place has a regional manager I think Pizza Hut needs to replace him or her the only thing that's still good is their food but again nothing up and over that no Fountain drinks no eyes nothing come on we're living in Texas you got to have ice

I placed an order here with Doordash over 100 and they charged me double. I wanted to cancel it and they didn't want to give me back my money. So I do not recommend using doordash for your delivery 😤

Ordered me some food earlier, and added an order of the Cinnabon mini rolls for a late snack. Opened them and theyre completely BURNT! Absolutely useless now, and for the almost $10 they charge for them is ridiculous for them to come out like this. I used to LOVE pizzahut over all other competitors, now I'd rather go somewhere else.
