Some of the customers were rude, and the staff was still very polite and prompt with their service. I think they're understaffed, but the working employees are doing great! They deserve a raise for all that I saw today.
I’ve never had a more pleasurable experience at Taco Bell than I did today! There was a long line for drive thru, but it they managed to move through the line very quickly. That’s very appreciated when I only have a certain amount of time for a lunch break. I was worried that since they moved so fast the food wouldn’t be as good, but everything was perfect! The guy at the window was also very nice! Thank you to this Taco Bell for a great experience today overall!
I just needed a quick snack so I'll popped in grab a couple of tacos and was on my way quickly I try not to eat at fast food places but the service and the way I was treated and the food was just right it was not Gourmet but I wasn't expecting Gourmet good job Taco Bell
Service was good, as i would expect a night shift to run. They made the order i place very well. Though, it was lukewarm by time i actually got to eat, it came from Taco Bell piping hot. That's not on them, that's on me working to make money on Spark lol! I ordered three different burritos from them, customized to my preference, of course. I ordered the Chicken Ench with added frijoles, the seven Layer with added Spicy Ranch, and lastly the Chzy Bean and Rice with added Chicken. The price was what i expected to pay. Friendly staff, though i didn't get any conversation because they were busy making sure everyone's order cranked through with practiced speed and accuracy. Thank you, Taco Bell!
Love taco bell, food is just variations of the same thing but still good. Prices have gone up too much but still like their food.
Friday, 6pm. We used the mobile app to order and drive thru to pick up. Even with many modifications, our order was 100% accurate. Everything came out fast enough that we thought they deserved 5 stars and a positive online review. Great job!
Store not closed staff inside but not answering drive through speaker. Sat at speaker for 10 minutes drove to window saw 3 staff members inside no one came to window. Not the first time I've had this issue. Was going to place an order on mobile app but was unsure of how I would receive if they wouldn't come to window so decided not to Time was 11:30pm sun Dec 21.
I pulled into the drive thru at 1:45, I was ignored at several times thru the speaker, so I pulled around and waited to see if anyone can take my order, only to find one of their employee’s actively ignoring me thru the window 10 minutes later. Reasons like this is why you guys are slowly but surely dying off.
The worst experience ever. I placed an online order, and when I opened my order it was incorrect. First the bag was soaked through, next none of the tacos were what I paid for. I then called the store and spoke with Miss. Maddie, she was extremely helpful and asked me if I could return. When I returned, a young lady who was making the tacos began to raise hell about how the order wasn’t wrong and how I as the customer most likely messed it up. She kept ranting out loud about how customers need to stop complaining and wanting stuff to be remade. I felt extremely bad for Miss. Maddie, having to deal with such a young and immature young lady.
We are never coming to this location again, over the last couple of months they have messed up all of the orders in one way or another. Missing items, drinks, giving us a 5 piece nuggets instead of the 10 piece we ordered. It’s always such a letdown getting home and realizing we paid for something and didn’t get it.
10 mnts x take my order because no CC, was cash.. Then after ordering they forgot to push order ready.. only lady employ white senior one help me with them.. every else I ask say un moments.. worst place n no Conback again this location..
Music was BLASTING! Made me want to walk right out. Really bad atmosphere for customers. When I asked the manger about Turing it down she said she couldn’t because it wasn’t her store whatever that means.
One of the overnight crew seems extremely overwhelmed. 2 vehicles in the drive-through and one of the 2 employees (she told me her name was Keisha) was extremely rude, stomping around cussing, and giving unnecessary attitude. The other younger employee seemed scared of her. Keisha even physically pushed the younger employee out of the way at one point. When I asked for her name, she tried to start a verbal argument with me and said "that's just how i speak." So that tells me this is a regular issue with her. It was also around 11:30-11:45 on a Friday so it's not like the place was already closed. I would kinda understand if it was already past closing time. If you're doing deliveries, avoid this place like the plague for overnights. Food is sub-par, tips are horrible because of it, and on top of all that you have to deal with a person that obviously doesn’t want to be there.
I was just there with no line at the drive thru, and was super polite asking how were the new nacho fries to the cashier and she said she never tried them (fair) i asked to add an order to my current order and i see her asking if she could and the manager wanted me to drive around again to do this with nobody around. I was nice and friendly but apparently that gets you nowhere these days. It’s cool. This is why people are mean. There is no customer service anymore. Not worth it.
Homeless man sitting inside playing on computer, no one came to take my order while standing there for 10 mins went through drive thru and they "parked " me waited 15 more minutes there
Ordered through drive through.. Diet Pepsi was almost water.. and the attendant said it was normal.. get home the drink is open and spills.. ordered and paid for supreme order and got regular items. It was not a busy night.. this should be an easy job… tried calling 4x and manager acted as if he couldn’t hear me. Very disappointed.
Bad experience with the drive thru girl Kayleen she was very rude and snap at me when I correct her about my order… and slam the glass door at me and when I ask for a receipt she role her eyes at me, I don’t like engaging with people who is just plain out want to be mean to the customer and take it out on them ..don’t really have time for that… she was very unprofessional, had lack of communication and bad customer service …
The food is never that bad for the most part but when I order online for delivery they never put sauce in the bag…ever. Even when I add 30 sauce packets to the order so they see it, it’s obviously just pure laziness. Obviously a lack of caring.
I’ve never seen any fast food place so slow in all my life, and they weren’t even busy with customers. The food may be cheaper than other places these days but calling it mediocre is way too good for it. Do yourself favor, buy some refried beans, some tortillas, shredded cheese, and whatever hot sauce you desire. Your food will be better and be ready a lot quicker than the garbage at this place
