Been going there 6 days a week between 6:00-6:30am for 6 months now. They never once messed up my order, the staff is very friendly and they even helped me get the app so I can start earning rewards.

toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, bacon and eggs are my favorite breakfast. I like to follow it with Coffee Roll and a small black coffee perfect combination.

Finally a Dunkin that listens to my order and doesn't half ass it. God bless!

I’ve had no issues doing orders and picking up at this Dunkin. I use my mobile app to place my orders n when I come in my order is all set ready to go. Place is clean and the staff are friendly.

Went through the drive through and the order came out correct so it’s all good. Dunkin’ is consistent with the food and service so you know what you’re going to get.

Whoever made my matcha this morning is amazing. I originally mobile ordered a large chai with vanilla. Drive thru as always was busy and I walk inside to pick up my mobile order and they quickly let me know they were out. I replaced it with a large matcha latte, they made sure to ask if I wanted vanilla still and my drink was out in record time. I still made my ride share pick up time with time to spare. Took a potentially frustrating scenario and absolutely handled it. And my drink is also delicious 😋 8/22/23 @5:50am

As a full time Door Dasher. I absolutely love this location. Friendly staff, Highly efficient, and their bathrooms are fully accessible to the public with no complaint or harassment from employees. Food is amazing as well and just the cherry on top! Kudos to Faith for making her store a pleasure to do business with.

** PLEASE LIKE & SHARE PUR REVIEWS. ** Wheelchair accessible. With fresh snow fall, this Dunkin looks like something out of a snow village. It is located near a plaza with several other shops. Clean, plenty of seating & fast wifi service. Stopped in to do a quick interview for a potential new agent and ordered some snacks. The service seemed speedy and kind. Their restroom is very clean & they have tumblers and other Dunkin merch avail. They have a drink cooler and seating for all types : high back stools, booth, tables, high table. Can order online for pick up or drive thru.

In todays fast food world of understaffed and non motivated employees, this DD was great. I travel alot and the staff was great, my coffee made perfect and my sandwhich was actually cook in toaster, just not microwaved!

Absolutely love Dunkin. The employees are always great here! My favorite is a caramel iced coffee with extra caramel. I tried the new pink Valentines day drink the other day and it was pretty good. I got it iced but I think it would be way better hot. Had a nice pink color to it and hints of red velvet flavoring.

Love the seating layout and that there are several power outlets. Not as numerous as more modern setups with USB charging stations everywhere, but certainly better than none at all. Only caveat is, if you just got off the Northway for coffee, to get back to the Northway, hang a LEFT out of the parking lot, then left, and ANOTHER left. Going to the right from the parking lot is a right turn only AWAY from the Northway

I am a classic "runs on dunkin'er" so I've had the displeasure of visiting locations where customer service or attention to order details were non existent. This is NOT one of those locations. Frequent stop!

It's Dunkin, right? Generally the same food and drink. And this one is the only place nearby that is open early in the morning. Solid and quick. What more can you say.

Friendly staff. Fresh doughnuts. Do not like how you cannot dress your own coffee. There is no place with extra sugar etc, have to have personel dress coffee.

This location is OK. The breakfast sandwiches are not that great, but I think that's something that all DD stores have in common since they microwave them. But the donuts are good and so is their coffee. I wish their staff didnt turn over so much, a regular face behind the counter would be nice.

There drinks are pretty good and food too. The employees are hard workers and pleasant to me,everytime I go there. The atmosphere is fine,clean, just like most other Dunkin Donut chains. The set up is pretty much the same.

Hit and miss on service but better than most . I am not a dunkin fan/fast food fan so many people would rate food higher. It's normal dunking food and made as well as any other dunkin.

Very unfriendly and my latte was half full and the lid wasn't all the way on and I split it on my lap. Not very happy.

They got my order wrong in the drive thru. I didn't want to spend the time to go back through or go into the shop. They were fast and friendly though.

Coffee is good but PLEASE learn the meaning of "very very little ice!" Two days in a row I have stopped for coffee and asked for very very little ice, it says this on the sticker on the coffee but there is still alot of ice. As a person who takes time to enjoy their coffee it really upsets me when it gets watered down.

Had several people just hand our food out while the entire crew was laughing about something. Made the experience rather awkward.

I stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts today 12/31/20 at 5:30 am and Tuesday 12/28/20 at 6:30 am and when I opened my bag to eat my donut the donut is upside down and all my chocolate from the top of my Boston cream donut is all stuck to the bag. I am not very happy! Whoever bags the donuts needs to respectfully place the donut in the bag and not throw it in so the customer loses all the frosting on top.

Worst donuts i ever had. Don't ever buy Strawberry Frosted Donuts from them, they look nothing like the pictures, there was no frosting and looked so unattractive to eat. 3rd time i go and same lady at the driveway, not sure what's wrong but she's never smiling or happy face.

I love Dunkin, but I HATE this place! I wanted to add my receipt and get points for it, looks like someone scanned their own dunkin card for point on my order! Staff is rude and gross, super inconsistent with food and drinks. I always get the same order but coming here I never know the outcome. Cold beyond sausage patty one time. Yesterday I got one that looked bitten! I love my coffee sweet. I order an iced pumpkin spice latte with caramel swirl and whipped cream and oatmilk. Usually sweet and delicious. Coming here, its usually bitter and dark and I can barely taste the flavors!

I stop here on the weekend sometimes when I am working in the area. Service is slow and they prioritize drive thru over walk-in customers. Staff is unpleasant at best and have poor manners, you are lucky if you even get a hello. I waited 15 minutes to just get three dounts. Generally, I am very patient especially during high volumn hours but 15 minutes was a little long. It was clear that they had forgotten my order and were completely ignoring me. I had to grab the attention of the staff to get my order completed At least the food is usually good.

no exaggeration, everytime I place a mobile order at this dunkin either an item or two is missing or an item is just not what was ordered. I am sick of dealing with this, I had to go BACK to the dunkin to get my two food items. It is ridiculous because while im going back to get the food I ordered, the food that I have already gotten is getting cold then it is unenjoyable. If something with this store does not change I will stop going.

Asked specifically if they were still carrying the chorizo wraps and was told yes. Received my order and instead got two, what looks like vegetarian wraps. At this point I was already on the Northway and could not go back and get it fixed.

Was not impressed when I got my order. An item was missing ( my donut) and the grill cheese was the worst thing I ever ate. Honestly a sad excuse for a grill cheese sandwich. Barely warm bread with cheese supposedly melted inbetween. The bread had zero butter on it and it’s not even grilled in any sense of the word. What a waste of money. Love being charged for an items I don’t receive.

The staff is rude every time I go to this DD's. I usually go to a different DD where the service is friendly and efficient. Unfortunately that is not the case at this DD's.

My wife and I ordered Iced Coffees this morning...and they FORGOT TO ADD COFFEE!!!! We discovered it too late, and dumped our drinks down the sink at work. Avoid this location like the plague!

Just went to this Dunkin’ Donuts, got 2 orders of snakin bacon , and bacon and cheese roll ups. The snackin bacon was served extremely hot and also very fatty ! The roll up was also gross . The bacon is supposed to be cold NOT HOT! Some people should know how to do their JOB , I will not be going back , I don’t recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts AT ALL !!!

The cashier was rude and didn't make my caramel craze latte correctly. It's called a caramel craze, it should be loaded with caramel. You could barely taste the caramel and she barely put any chocolate in my husbands mocha iced coffee.

Very unfriendly and rude. Messed up my order (not even close) and when I addressed it there was no apology or offer to correct, instead I was blamed for the cashier not listening. Going back to making coffee at home.

Just ordered through the drive thru- 2 HEATH ice coffees. Pull up and they only have one. Pull away and they’re both plain ice coffees. The girl at the drive thru gave us a stink eye when she handed over the other coffee when she’s the one who didn’t listen. 😒

Customer service are very unfriendly and rude especially on the weekend. Customer services is non existence in that place. Whoever own that branch lucky it’s in a good convenience spot if not they would have to close.

They don't care if any people in their lobby . they don't even say good morning . they only care about the drive through .they should at least acknowledge people when they walk in .so I left the lobby and went through the drive threw to prove a point and I was right took only a few minutes maybe your main boss should have a meeting thanks hopefully who ever incharge will address this and it's every time you go their . Customer service is terrible, was just there. Ordered an toasted white chocolate, waited 15 mins, for them to tell me they were out..still waited another 10 minutes for them to make the latte.

One star is too much for this particular Dunkin Donuts. The staff are extremely rude and act like high schoolers behind the counter. My last trip to this establishment was overhearing employees yelling and laughing at another employee that was in tears. I decided on not placing my order and walked out, as no person deserves such treatment. I will be taking my business elsewhere

I stopped in at 8:30 Friday Jan.11 to get a coffee, I walked up to counter said good morning no response from kid behind counter looked at me shoved a coffee on counter that was ordered by someone else not even acknowledge I was there and waited on the guy that walked in after me. The store has gone down hill in the past 6 months is dirty and has fruit flies flying around. Everything happens for a reason.

So tired of this Dunkin Donuts. Every. Single. Time. I go here they do not have something I originally want to order from munchkins, donuts to cold brew.it doesn’t matter what time of day I go. When I order something else like an iced coffee instead of a cold brew (because they are out) it is made incorrectly- consistently. I have to go back in after the drive thu to have it corrected every time. This is not fun when I’m on my way to work. This DD is on the way to almost every where I go but I’m done. I’ll be driving out of the way to go to a different one from this point forward. Not to mention the staff never apologize or seem apologetic when having to remake my drink... they seem annoyed. Just put some effort into it the first time, IDK that’s an option.

Horrible service - only got half cup coffee for a small one. Asked for cheese on sandwich, didnt get any at all.

Their card reader wouldn’t work and the poor employee had to run my card more than ten times. Their machine could not read my card no matter what she tried. The staff was trying to help and were saying encouraging things to her, so this is clearly an ongoing problem. I finally had to use Apple Pay as I had no other forms of payment with me. I’ve never used it before so the poor employee had to help me set it up and teach me to use it on the fly with a line of cars behind me at the drive through. I think it would be easier for this location to simply get their employees a working card reader so they don’t have to struggle like this all day long. I felt awful for them.

Sometimes you get lucky over there. However customer service is non over there with except with the young generation. Today visited there this lady at the drive thru straight cough in my face without cover your mouth or even apologize. Mind you I have autoimmune issues, why I don’t go inside store or people around people much. Thanks a lot lady.

One of worst Dunkin experiences. I work in fast food and understand but took at minimum 10 minutes to be acknowledged I wanted to order. Then my coffe was messed up and the syrup in my coffee separated. Lastly my bacon wraps had one piece of bacon.

When you order a matcha and they always get it wrong. The girl says " Do you want me to remake it? " Don't you think you should? And, she also blames it on the beverage sitting there for a while. It was a mobile order and sat a maximum of 10 minutes. Ugh, I don't have time for them to remake it so I take it the way it is.
