Perfect experience all around. Excellent pizza, staff was friendly. Ordering was super easy online.

About every 15 days I stop at the pizza factory to order spaghetti and meatball to go (comes with a order of garlic bread ) Nice people i enjoy being able to treat myself a couple times a month and still have great numbers with my diabetes

If you're not familiar with the area, input the address manually. Whoever designed the web page has the address link incorrectly. Google maps will take you to Domino's on Shaw and Minnewawa. The email confirmation gave the same wrong Google link. I get crippling anxiety when I don't know where I'm going. I'm not familiar with the area and this really messed me up. But the manager was very accommodating and understanding. I showed her the links that I saw and received. Showing her I was set up for failure. I know she didn't design the website to give me false directions but I appreciated being heard and validated in my frustration and embarrassment. It being National Pizza Day I could see they were busy but that didn't stop her from helping me and making my experience better. She gave my son and I sodas and pizza with our order, which I greatly appreciated. Their store wasn't the problem but the manager made it good on the situation. I now know how to get there and will continue business at that location. Again. Much appreciation.

Once a month, my wife has the pizza, and I have the Calzone. Yummy stuff!!!! Delivery is always quick and very polite and friendly. I just had to come back and add... this place rocks the pizza and cazones!!! Thank you for the best food and service!

We've all been there where your ready to go home especially when you're closing shift. I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Pizza Factory here in Clovis in my neighborhood, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of excellent. The staff at The Pizza Factory were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made sure to greet me with a warm smile as soon as I walked in the door and were very attentive. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. The restaurant itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The ambiance is perfect for a laid-back night out with friends or family. But let's get to the star of the show: the pizza. Wow! The Pizza Factory did not disappoint in the slightest. The crust was perfectly crisp and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. I opted for a BBQ Chicken pizza, and it was absolutely great. The flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients were clearly of high quality. While the wait times can be a bit long due to the restaurant's very recent opening, I must say that the food is absolutely worth the wait. I would highly recommend The Pizza Factory to anyone looking for a fantastic pizza experience in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere with great owners! Overall, I give The Pizza Factory a well-deserved 5-star rating. I can't wait to come back and try some of their other menu items!

This Pizza Factory is my favorite location. The pizza is very delicious and they put a large amount of toppings. The crust is soft not hard like some others. I always stop here on Friday’s coming home from work my little treat. But what makes it more enjoyable is talking with the employees there. They are very nice, hospitable and don’t have an attitude. Plus the management will come out and say hello and if everything is alright. I’ll tell you, if there is any discrepancies regarding your pizza, they will make it right. Enjoy!

Our go to pizza place for the area! Located directly across the street from a Me & Eds and they are always faster, friendlier and cheaper. Pizza is fantastic. I get the cauliflower crust and love it.

Food is always great and prepared well, the salads this time were better than ever. The service is superior each time I go in. The only ongoing issue I have is their app tends to be glitchy and not terribly user friendly. It might work well in a developer’s office, but the user end needs to mature. Truth be told, we were going to try the new Me n Ed’s across the street this night, and their app wouldn’t let me enter a credit card after repeated tries on different devices. So, it was back to PF’s app. Creating a successful app for a pizza place really shouldn’t be the hard. Fortunately the food and service keeps us coming back.

Incredible staff, really helped me out as I drove all the way from Vegas and broke down right in front, the let me stay in their diner while I tried to figure it out. I got some great pizza, and a great Cesar salad. Highly recommended. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The pizza was good as was the salad. Wish there was a meat to put on the salad, like ham. The owner was very nice as was the servers. Didn't take too long for the pizza t be done, but do expect a short wait, especially if it is busy!

The pizza crust was both a little tough to chew and did not support the toppings. The cheese didn't seem to want to stick to the crust. It was actually better the next day after being refrigerated overnight. Not GREAT, but better. Next time I am in the area I'll look for another option first.

Pizza is inconsistent, taste good the first time , second time super thin... toppings sliding off the pizza .. ill give them another month then I'll try again ..

Hot bbq sandwich came with raw bell peppers and raw onions. 3/10 Tried out their bone in wings and garlic cheese bread, wings were cheap quality and not crispy, they didn't even cut the garlic bread into edible pieces 😂 4/10 Don't recommend, too expensive for quality
