Mac and cheese was scrumptious as it was gently catered, for the coleslaw was a relish of summer 😌 .Enjoyed an abundance of tasty ribs and burnt brisket ends, as well as the whole brisket all around. As the meat here is one too put down in your books because you won’t forget the flavor, texture and hospital service!

Mashed Potatoes looking soupy in a plastic bag, transferring meat with your gloved fingers. Just not my cup of tea. I've ordered from them several times before using Door Dash, the food wasn't bad although portions size was small. This was my first time in person; I was disappointed. Did, I mention portion size? Up your game.

Food is generally very good. Vivid situation must be straining them. Pulled pork was nothing but I'll filled scraps, no flavor or barbeque sauce. Specifically ordered lean chopped brisket, not even close. Called to complain and woman who answered phone argued with me about issues, I didn't bother to take it back. Won't be ordering from them any time soon

Ordered here for the first time looking for some yummy BBQ. I'm sorry to say but I'm so disappointed. The Mac n Cheese taste like processed or canned cheese 😣 the beans and brisket wasn't to good. I couldn't finish. the bread is hard as a rock, the ribs have ZERO SEASONING on them.. The ice tea and brownie was slamming 😋 😑 😢 I'm sorry to say but if you want BBQ trust me, Dickey's isn't it!

If I could give no star at all I would. I came in on Sunday 8/23 to order some food. I was there for about twenty minutes trying to order on the app. I showed the manager the message I was getting stating the web service was down for their location because it placed my order at the Brooklyn store. She was extremely rude saying that other customers did not have a problem with ordering and rudely showed me two receipts (not within 6 feet) of two transactions that went through. She did not try to resolve the issue AT ALL. I was explaining to the cook about the web issue then she yelled CAN YOU PLEASE STEP BACK 6 FEET Even though she was in the same distance of her showing me the two receipts. Then she finally asked the cook what I wanted to order but did not ask me. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with the manager at this location. She is rude. I believe she said her name was Claudette or something like that.

Don't eat here. It use to be very good. But these kids back there are horrible. I just bought a sandwich and fresh. N there is long red hair in my foos. The same color as the girl that made the sandwich

I drove so far to be so disappointed brisket was fatty with no flavor the string beans taste old the Mac and cheese was salty soooo salty like they just poured the salt it in. Rolls were hard and tasteless. Beans were good that’s all I ate. Pulled pork was not good everything was not edible. Very disappointed

Food was poor. Had meager portions of chicken in the sandwich. Looked like it was on a $1 McDonalds menu instead off being over $10 worth with a side. Ordered for pickup at 11am so I could beat the lunch rush. Ended up waiting for 20 min. Only one person was working. Tried using loyalty points and was told I had to alert the staff firsts even though it says 29+ min until exp. poor food and horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs if you value your money and time

Terrible my first time ever and my last time the wing are so small and also they give a wing tip as a wing the wing tip just has skin. I would of gave you guys no star but this is the lowest Don’t order from here your better off at Popeyes. I also ordered 9 wings and got a wing tip come on you guys violated my order.

It was overpriced and horrible. Go to Texas for some good BBQ. The Brisket was flavorless. I should’ve requested a refund that’s how bad it was and dry.
