Came here today the food was so bad! Crispy chicken sandwich should say SOGGY, big mac SOGGY, fries HARD AND COLD, kids chicken nuggets HARD AS A ROCK. Cold food sub standard service, POOR QUALITY! I would advise visitors go to another food place. I enjoy mcD's in Madera where they WANT your business. AVOID!

Dirty, short staffed. To busy for the 2 staff members to work drive threw, clean up, and help front registers.

This is my local McDonald's located in a small town of only a few fast food store chains. There's easy access off the main strip and lots of parking. The staff, except for a handful are basically rude, almost never greet you and most of the managers are the same so complaining about service falls on deaf ears. Food is not consistent in temperature either. For instance, the $6 burger bag comes with a burger, small fry, 4 piece nuggets and a drink. So, burgers is generally lukewarm, nuggets have say around awhile and barely warm and fries which are the best part are generally not salted and also have been sitting around getting flavorless and cold. Now, for their desserts/ice creams they don't carry the advertised special so if you're looking for that delicious dessert on the commercials you can forget it because they don't carry them and during the summer when an ice cream cone would be great... forget it, the ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken. Their fountain drinks are usually broken and they ask if you'd like to substitute it for something else available they charge you an upgraded price for something you didn't even want? If you don't have an item and make me take a substitution, don't charge me for it because it's not my fault you Don't have it. Overall, it's the only McDonald's for 50 miles so you have to really want McDonald's to put up with bad service, unfriendly staff and just ok food.

This morning I ordered 10:22 am I was in the area down the road drove through drive to be told they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 am. The drive-through guy was not nice but rude so we went to talk to manager inside, they refuse to make the order and sent us along. They said if your not in are parking lot when you make your order that they won’t make your order. Period. We had to call corporate to get a refund it was a huge deal I will not be bringing my family here anymore to order food. And won’t recommend people to go and eat there. It was awful service.

Am boycotting McDonalds but I decided after a long drive to grab something from them I ended up ordering many orders, who does not like McDonalds fries ? But fries are not fresh , sandwiches have no taste and they messed up our orders.

First, when I went through the drive-thru, they said they couldn’t find my order, even though I clearly placed it. So I had to walk into the store and order again. When we politely asked a staff member if we could have some hot water, the male employee responded in an extremely rude manner and refused our request. It was a very disappointing experience.

Prolly the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. Got my order wrong in the drive through and made a park out front cus they were waiting for fries. Never came to give me my order while I was parked so I went inside to check. They give me a bag and of course the order is still wrong. Finally someone appears with another bag with the right order this time. How many times can they get it wrong??

Rude staff. Parked for a mobile order and waited for 15 minutes before headed inside to see what was taking so long. My order was just sitting on the counter the whole time. Horrible staff cold food.

Ordered at kiosk for here. Freezing in restaurant. Shivering on cold seats. After 35 minute wait, asked them to pack it to go. They forgot my OJ and jam. They kept my receipt. Won't be back!

Let me start by saying that the staff, or at least one person, doesn't understand what's going on around them. We ordered from the drive-thru, and when we arrived, the woman started talking so fast that we couldn't understand. When we tried to order a few things, the person didn't understand what we wanted and kept saying "excuse me," etc. We paid more because of this person because we couldn't understand what she was saying either. This place needs better training. this situation repeated itself

DISGUSTING... I was short changed 10 cents in the drive thru. The Big Mac was made with the oldest tasting rolls, dry and moldy tasting. The meat tasted AWFUL AND LIKE SHOE LEATHER. I order Happy meal that have a TT×HKT toy because I really like it, a kiosk said that it still have but when I get my food it was not a toy that I selected, and when I ask staff about this they say that the toy that I want is out of order. So why don't you put 'Out of order' in the choice of toy? Why I have to spent money on Happy meal for the toy that I didn't want 😦

CHECK YOUR DRINKS EVERYONE! Been coming here for a while and usually at night so can't really see, but as I was putting my straw in my sprite I noticed tons of bits floating. Not sure if they aren't cleaning the dispensers or if it's mold from the ice machine. Extremely disgusting and ruined my whole meal. On another note they never have mobile orders ready and end up parking you for a while.

This place was such a trap. An informant sat by the entrance, a young woman with two barefoot girls running in the dining room, who had been instructed to get to you. A dining room in severe need of organizing but a female employee decided to wash the floor instead, which is one of their "shticks." Haven't they heard of slip and fall accidents? The manager or supervisor started a brand new pot of coffee and ithe delivery was going to be delayed but I turned my camera on. Then, fast delivery and no tricky parting greetings. I was thrilled to be out of there. The coffee was good.
