I like the cucumber-lemonade, the tortilla soup, the Milanese nuggets, the biscuits and the cappuccino, what I don't like in any Vips is the service of the waiters, they are never attentive, you have to be hunting them, whether there are customers or not, they are not grateful to have a job, today for example the waitress came to serve us at a thousand and she didn't bring the menu, I don't care because I already know what I like, but my mother who is an adult older, likes to look at the menu and choose.

The girls were getting the orders mixed up, and there weren't even many people around to say they were confused. They wouldn't give us a printed receipt because the system was down, they were taking the change out of their bags, it was really not professional, it seemed like the corner stand.
