Called in an order for pickup, as we'd never had food from this place. Staff were very nice. But the food wasn't. Specifics: forgot to include our egg rolls on the order. Wonton soup broth was pale and watery with almost no filling in the wontons. Sesame chicken sauce was sickly sweet without real flavor, and fried rice was gritty and bland. Mu shu pork came in a puddle of watery murk, with little flavor. If I'm going to pay today's prices for takeout, I should receive all the items I ordered, and the quality of the food should be better.

Asked for no pork but order came with pork fried rice and a pork roll… when I called the worker was very rude! He tried to say it was my fault because I did not write white rice on the combo order (which my husband swears down that he wrote!!) I said I wanted my money back. No apologies for what is in my opinion, a pretty big mistake, receipt clearly states no pork on order! The man tried to throw a small box of white rice at me when on the phone he said he would remake the order. I ended up having to leave and come back with the correct card (my husbands) so they could refund onto the ‘correct’ card… then I met the owner and she was very nice and polite. Overall it took me 2 phone calls and going to the restaurant 3 times to get my money back. I will not be ordering from here again and encourage you not to ever order from here. After looking at a couple of past reviews, it looks like a lot of people complain about the man having a bad attitude and being rude over the phone. Such a pity

DISGUSTING! Ordered an hour before they closed, only gave me half of my beef on a stick, no pork in the fried wontons as well. NEVER GO HERE! WORST CHINESE FOOD IN THE AREA

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this needs to be said. After eating here, both my partner and I ended up in the emergency room with severe food poisoning symptoms. This wasn’t a mild stomach ache it was serious enough to require medical attention. Food safety is non-negotiable, and this experience was frightening and completely unacceptable. We followed normal food handling on our end, so this should never have happened. I truly hope the restaurant takes hygiene, storage, and preparation practices seriously, because no one should get sick like this from a meal they paid for. We will never return, and I strongly urge others to be cautious.

By far the worst chinese food i’ve ever had. I bought almost $50 worth of food from here & it was so disgusting. I had to throw it in the trash. What a total waste!

The last dozen or so orders we’ve placed here my mom has asked me to call to place the order because there’s a man here who is extremely rude and he makes her too nervous to order. . I’ve never had the opportunity to experience an interaction with him until this evening when I came in to get some food for her. Rude in every way possible. I don’t even just mean rude as rude customer service but almost crossing the line into cruel. I’m just very upset and shocked at the entire interaction I had with him this evening. I mean, we’ve been ordering food here for the last 35 years. I should have trusted my mom when she would tell me about the way she was treated by this man. We are obviously never coming back here again.

Panda Garden used to have a respectable business etiquette. Now you can order three items and it takes an hour maybe more before it’s even ready. Coming from the city where these establishments push food out like a conveyor belt with better quality this makes no sense . With all the time it takes for the food to get to you the quality is still subpar

Would not recommend. I get that the store just opened a couple days ago, but I don’t know the food was sent to me incorrect and not edible. I ordered broccoli with garlic sauce and asked the broccoli to be extra tender for my grandma, but no it was hard and under cooked. There was very little sauce too and I asked for extra sauce. Also, I get chicken wings and chicken fried rice I asked for no onions in the rice, but were onions. The wings were okay and the fried rice was very dry I don’t know why. The pepper steak I got the beef was very hard and not tender, I’m not sure why the store is not using quality beef. The egg rolls were alright and little not on the fresh side, they tasted a little old. Come on guys listen to directions and I didn’t want to call back to the store to start an argument. We won’t be coming here anymore.

THEY ARE CLOSED!!! Placed an order online, as I've done so many times, got a confirmation and an email but when I got there they were closed. I understand that this Covid thing has many places closed but take 10 min to update your website. I had to run around town looking for another restaurant that was open and wait. Last time I'm coming here!

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery and cant even get a refund for it! Horrible customer service. Literally blamed me for ordering food. Sorry for trying to shop local. I could have walked there and back twice already in the time I've waited
