Just had lunch here with my family after my grandson’s graduation from Texas A & M. The food was prompt and good, but the service from our exceptional waitress, Rhonda, was Outstanding!! So refreshing to see someone who loves her work and is so friendly and competent. Chili’s should be proud to have such a wonderful lady represent their business.

The best "fajitas"!! - they are moist flavorful white chicken meat. And you can go wrong with their drink specials through 7 pm. I will be returning soon.

They need to make a new dish for people like me who or die about it. He cannot eat all that sugar and fries and burgers and stuff. They are fantastic together so much. So we've been going there about once a week to get this meal.

Wide variety of menu options. Had the Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl since I was looking for a healthier option, and trust me, I wasn't disappointed. Food is served in good proportions and is definitely worth the price. Would love to try their combo meals someday. Great experience with the dining and hospitality. However, during the pandemic they are just providing a glass panel separation between the adjacent tables and running at full capacity.

I was in town and stopped in for dinner on a Sunday night. Was seated immediately. Had a Special Sauce burger and fries and Dr Pepper. Plus a side Cesar Salad. Shaun was my server and he was great. The bun on the burger was cold, which was weird, but the meat was very hot, so it was ok.

Caleb was literally the greatest server of all time make sure you ask for him! He was super on top of the menu, always bringing out refills, and made our experience overall awesome. Chilis is lucky to have this guy waiting tables.

We eat here several times a year for dinner. We have always had good service and good food. They are usually pretty busy when we are there around 5 but are seated quickly. This last time we were seated in the bar area which was busy but had excellent service and the food came out fairly quickly. All in all it's a good restaurant which deserves a visit.

It’s been a while since we had chilis I forgot how good the food was. Chilis Grill & Bar has some yummy drinks ,appetizers and food. I started with the $6 margarita of the month which was Berry Dragon the blend of flavors was amazing and some cheese sticks for appetizers . The cheese sticks were huge! I couldn’t barely eat 1. We tried the 4 for me meals. I got the lemonade which came in a huge variety of flavors. I tried the prickly pear lemonade. The soup was baked potatoes soup ,delicious and the plate I tried was the Cajun shrimp pasta!! It was all amazing!! Hubby tried the steak and shrimp which I stole a bite and his steak was great too😘 he has the spicy margarita which he loved he ordered a 2nd. We were quickly seated. The waiter was friendly as well as the server. We had an excellent experience we will return to try out what other menu options we love.

My husband and I had a late lunch at Chili's on a Sunday afternoon around 1:00 pm. We had a very short wait before we were seated. The staff was wearing masks and taking care to clean before seating guests. We were pleased to find a nice variety with their 2 eat for $25. He had the chicken entre and I had the steak. The portion sizes were perfect and the food was delicious. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was a little more rare than I expected. It's nice to find good food served in reasonable portions including a dessert that doesn't break the calorie bank. Our server was friendly and attentive. While we really try to support mom and pop shops, we will definitely be back. It has been a while since we had eaten at a Chili's and enjoyed our visit.

Ok, it's only a 4 because we went on a Sunday evening at 6p and it was crowded and noisy. That's our fault, because even crowded and packed, service was perfect, food was perfect and the place was clean. Mostly young kids from A&M, which are the best kids in the country. I don’t remember ever eating at a Chili’s before but it seems to still be a happening place by the amount of people that were here eating. The food was good. I tried the ribs and brisket quesadilla. I would for sure order it again. The salsa and queso were yummy! We also had delicious beverages. I had the spice-a-Rita. Loved it! Will be back!

Came here for the first time with my family at this location. We ordered the Trio Fajita, 3 choice Rib Combo (half rack ribs, half brisket quesadilla, and jalapeño cheddar sausages), Chicken Bacon Quesadilla, and the Triple Dipper (Nashville Hot Mozzarella, Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, and the Big Mouth Bites). We also ordered the Shark Attack Margarita. Everything was delicious and flavorful. The fajita was super delicious. The Rib combo was delicious although I wished the ribs were more tender and it was a bit dry. The sausages and quesadillas were all very yummy. My rib combo also came with white cheddar mac-n-cheese and fries. The Big Mouth was basically little burger sliders, but in a dinner roll. The mozzarella sticks were very flavorful, but it was warmish cold so the cheese was still on the solid side instead oozy and stringy. Overall, it’s not a 5 star restaurant, but the prices are great for the amount of food you get plus the food tastes pretty great. Staff were fast and friendly. Lots of tables to dine at and lots of parking. Each table comes with a little device where you pay for your tab and play some games while you’re waiting for your meal to come out.

The bowl of chili is a must to try. The drinks were good. But we ordered an old timer burger with bean patty. It was dry and had no seasoning. The shrimp pasta was okay.

I haven't stepped foot in this Chili's for close to a decade, after a run of exceptionally poor service. We visited recently, and while it's still nothing to write home about, the food was decent and the service was good. However, every single surface in the restaurant was sticky and could use a good cleaning - from the entrance doors, the seats, the tables.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but just don’t get take-out. This isn’t the first time I’ve been “shorted” what you’d normally get dining in. Take-out Order only had 4 of the 5 chicken strips and the ranch was less than half full. For $16.50. Bruh.

Service was good. Food was just okay. I had my usual original chicken crispers. They had been overcooked so they were dry. The chips of our chips and salsa were the "bottom of the barrel". All broken tiny pieces. Some of the windows of the restaurant looked like they had been cleaned with acid. Leaving them foggy and dirty looking. Host and wait staff were great.

My order was wrong and they offered no assistance. Not even I'll take it back for you. Just a sorry 'bout that. The service overall was slow.

We checked out Chili’s this weekend for lunch expecting a chillie condition that matches to its name 😄. We started off with the bottom less chips and salsa. It was indeed larger than a normal chips portion you’d get at similar restaurants. But we (just two of us) ultimately reached the bottom before we got our main course served. 😅 Chips are much firmer and salsa was definitely one of the best I’ve had. We got the Big mouth bites (comes with fries) and Santa Fe Chicken salad without chicken. The menu has two-three vegetarian options and they offered to make any bowl without the non-veg protein as an option too. The portions are reasonable for a light eater - say for myself I needed help finishing through my fries but the bowl was lower-than-average size for a Texas-scale-eater. Apart from food, the place is clean, staff very welcoming, and the wait to get seated was reasonable. In my honest opinion though, for the same price, Chili’s 🌶 would not be the best restaurant in town to have a fulfilling meal -(According to my list)

First time here at this location . My significant other and i were seated immediately. Our waiter was attentive. We ordered the chicken crisper basket with fries and i got the cajun chicken pasta . You have to get the cajun seasoning on the side extra parm and green onion and extra sauce . The garlic bread was soggy so i didnt eat that part . But the crispers were good . Ordered a med rare sirloin steak that was so tough I could not even tear a piece with my hands. Worse steak ever. My son ordered honey Chipotle chicken tenders that he could not even bite a piece off. He had to chew it and chew it to bite a piece off. Ribs were so dry it felt like I was eating fried ribs with bbq. Me and my family always eat at Chili's in Cypress, Texas. We never had this issue before. Their steaks taste like they were grilled and so tender I can cut a piece off with a plastic fork. Our waiter was awesome! He is very attentive and always with a smile. He is very patient and deserves better food for his tables.

I’m a huge Fan of the Cajun chicken pasta I typically get it at least once a month for over a year now. I brought my buddy to attempt to put him on to one of the best pastas in my opinion. With much grief I would like to say the pasta was a 4 out of 10 noodles were hard and my friend didn’t even get to try the pasta that I love. I’m very disappointed in this locations ability to see the food as they walk it out and still bring it to me when it looked visibly old! Do better!

College Station Chili's is great If you don't mind waiting to be waited on. Stood at the door for several minutes so I went looking for someone and that's when someone came to seat us. Lady apologized and said they were getting ready for shift change. We get seated and then someone else comes and takes our drink order. Brings us our drinks and says she'll give us a minute to order. After we stacked our menus she looked at us 3 different times before coming to take our food order. Food was lesser than any other Chili's we've been to. Chili's is one of my favorites so we have been to Several locations. The table beside us was dirty for over 30 minutes before anyone came to clean it. It was around 3pm and they were not busy at all. The salt shaker wouldn't work and the lady blames it on humidity and gave is salt packets. Those were just clumps of salt. Overall this was the worst Chili's experience. Will not be going back to that location.

My order had corn tortillas amd they were so cold and hard I also had some steamed brocolli and it was rotten looked like they didn't even bother washing it. So I was here in November on 11/11 for the free meal for service members. Food was good, but when I wanted to pay for additional food I ordered, I wanted to do so with a gift card I had and wanted to use up the remaining amount to tip with. When I was paying with the little machine at the table, I asked the waitress if I'm able to use the gift card for tipping because I wanted to tip with the rest of what's on there. She then takes the gift card and picks one of the percentage options listed instead of the custom option. Now I'm stuck with a gift card with only a few dollars, and it comes off like a shady business practice where I'm forced to come in a second time just to get the full use out of my gift card.

Very disappointed. I usually go here to get steak. The service was very accommodating however my steak was rubbery and dry I did ask for well done but usually when this restaurant makes my steak well done it’s still pretty juicy and easy to cut. They didn’t put any garlic butter on the side and they ran out of broccoli and gave me green beans without asking. I had to make a U-turn just to go back and tell them I don’t eat green beans so please sub it for another vegetable.

My bun was ice cold, so was my wife's very poor quality of food.Unlike most chili's. The people that worked there were more interested in socializing than working. Very poor service. We usually eat at chili at least once a trip.When we travel.

I usually don't have bad experiences at Chili's and I enjoy coming here often with friends and loved ones, but this time service was extremely poor and very out of the ordinary. I went here on 10/30/25 at around 5:30pm and our waitress had tried to promote their Patron Marg in order for her to get more points for a staff prize system. We politely told her no and that we wanted to go with another drink instead because of the price difference, so she tried to sell us the chips and queso instead (which would also get her points). We kindly expressed multiple times that we weren't interested in the queso but she kept pushing us to consider ordering it if we weren't going to order the Patron Marg. We felt very pressured and believed that the chips and queso wouldn't be an expensive add-on to our meal, so we ordered it. When we paid for the bill, we found out that the queso was actually more expensive than the Patron Marg. We spent way more than we originally intended to because of her pressuring us to order items from the menu we stated we weren't interested in multiple times.
