Fairly easy to get to right off a busy road . Adequate parking near and around the building. Clean, friendly staff. What I learned about Five Guys Burgers and fries. The Burgers and Fries are as advertised, plentiful and tasty and good quality. I'd say that burger was on par with tex-millers joint in Cameron Texas, but it's pricier. I also learned I shouldn't have eaten without a bib or I shouldn't have eaten while I was driving. I'll need to throw this shirt in the wash when I get home!

It's a little pricey but well worth treating yourself from time to time. I was mostly Amazed by the Cajun fries. Even the small can be shared amongst two people. That's how they get you I think. The fries and the drinks are wicked expensive. The burgers are perfect. And you can order all kinds of cool stuff to go on them for free

I recently had an absolutely awesome experience at the Five Guys restaurant in College Station, TX. Having opened just a few months ago, the place was not overly crowded, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the sound of cool rock music filling the air, with AC/DC playing in the background. It set the perfect vibe for a burger and sandwich joint. The interior design of Five Guys is striking, featuring a captivating combination of red and white. It gave the place a modern and energetic atmosphere. The overall ambiance was welcoming and added to the excitement of trying out their menu. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the incredibly courteous staff. As a first-time customer who wasn't familiar with their menu, I was pleasantly surprised by how patient the staff was in helping me make my order. The team member who took our order deserves special recognition for her friendly and helpful attitude. She went out of her way to ensure that we understood the options and made suggestions based on our preferences. Her genuine warmth made the experience all the more enjoyable. Now let's talk about the star of the show—the burgers. Oh boy, they were delicious! The moment I took my first bite, I knew I had made the right choice. The burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Every ingredient, from the fresh lettuce and tomatoes to the savory patty and melted cheese, came together harmoniously to create a truly satisfying meal. It was clear that Five Guys takes great pride in the quality of their food. The seating areas, both indoors and outdoors, were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Whether you preferred a cozy booth inside or a breezy table on the patio, the environment was spotless. It was evident that the staff took great care in ensuring a clean and inviting space for customers to enjoy their meals. One of the best parts about Five Guys is that the prices are affordable. Despite the high quality of their food and the excellent service, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the menu items were. It's a place where you can indulge in a satisfying meal without breaking the bank, making it perfect for college students like me. Overall, my experience at the Five Guys restaurant in College Station, TX, was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt like a valued customer. You do get a lot of food though, pictured is the regular cheeseburger all the way and a little Cajun fry. They aren't kidding when they say to only order a little fry if you're ordering for one person.

Very good menu and service! While the specialties are hamburgers and hot dogs, make sure you get a shake. Also, when you fries are prepared fresh, if there are any left over the crew will toss them in the bag. Only down-side is the music it too loud. We will go back inspite of the music as the food is that good.

My mother said it was the best burger she has in a very long time. Not used to the prices but it seem everything is expensive these days

Definitely a good burger, but grossly overpriced. I ate at In-N-Out earlier in the day and got a Double-Double, Hamburger, fries and a drink for $14. I went here got one burger and a drink for $18. The quality and taste was equal at best. Like I said good burger, way over priced.

I’ve been to several Five Guys locations in the greater Houston area and the east coast where I have found the standards there to be consistent and great, but here the taste of their fries were off and were not very appetizing. We are in 2025 and people are still rude about allergies. The woman wouldn’t even confirm she heard my gluten allergy and seemed irritated. I’m on a road trip and people with allergies have to eat too.

Place wasn't busy when I got there. The young lady took my order and didn't get it right. Had to tell the guy making the burgers what condiments went on which burger because it wasn't on his ticket. The burgers were dry and way too cheesy. The lady that took my order out my fries in the bag and I watched her get 2 more big scoops of fries and just dumped them in the bag after everything was out in there....no container or anything so fries were everywhere. Will NEVER go to a Five Guys again. Spent over $40 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and a shake which is ridiculous and to receive that kind of service....never again.

I ordered through the Five Guys app at 7:35p this evening and was given a 7-12 minute pickup time. I arrived 8 minutes after ordering & ended up receiving my food at 9:22p. I’m not sure what caused the backup tonight, but nothing the staff (who were working hard) did could catch them up.

We tried this place for the first time today. I'm not one to complain, I know how bad reviews can effect the lives of employees, but what we received wasn't worth anything near the $40 we paid for two meals and I hope that sharing can save others the experience we had. The customer service was good, but the fries were so dry they are comparable to cardboard or instant mashed potatoes, and didn't have nearly enough salt. Our orders were also missing several toppings. The burgers were average at best. I called to let them know we didn't enjoy any of our food, and the best they could do was offer us a free version of the same meal, which we had no interest in given our experience the first time... During the call the employee let me know that it's not in their protocol to season their burger patties with anything at all, which obviously contributes to the blandness. Maybe this is just a difference in how five guys prepares their food compared to what we are used to in Texas, but either way don't waste your money here, it was by all means the least enjoyable burger and fries I have ever had. Whataburger, fat shack, and honestly every other burger joint in town does way better than this.
