Tonight was our first time visiting Jason’s Deli in College Station, and I truly can’t say enough about the amazing service we received. The manager/supervisor, Shawna, went above and beyond to help my family. She was incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming—taking the time to guide us through the menu and making sure we felt comfortable as first-time customers. Her professionalism and genuine care made our experience feel like more than just a meal; it felt like a blessing. Because of Shawna’s gracious service, we will absolutely be returning. Thank you, Shawna, for taking such great care of our family and representing Jason’s Deli so well!

I was acknowledged and greeted as soon as I walked in. The front cashier was very helpful and nice to me after I told her that it was my first time at a Jason’s Deli, she explained how things work there and helped me order. I loved the kindness all the staff members showed me here :) Oh yeah my BLT with a fried egg and avocado was so DELICIOUSLY AMAZING that I forgot to take pictures and went straight HAM on that sandwich lol

Jason’s Deli is awesome! The food is super filling and always hits the spot. I definitely recommend the Spicy Sicilian if you’re into bold flavors, or the Chicken Caprese on Talera, both are amazing. The staff is always super nice and helpful too, which makes the whole experience even better. In the picture was a burrito I had there one time that had a whole potato, 2 wheat wraps, 1/2 pound chicken breast, a whole avocado, 9 oz shredded cheddar, 2 eggs, 9 oz of ranch, 8 slices of bacon, 9 oz of pico de gallo, and 2 sausage patties.

The staff here was absolutely wonderful! I had placed a to-go order for 2:30 PM, but unfortunately got caught up at work and wasn’t able to pick it up until about 3:30. When I arrived, the staff kindly offered to remake my order fresh, and they had it ready for me in no time. A huge thank you to Stacy and the rest of the team at the front (I didn’t catch all their names) for going above and beyond. Truly great service!

Food here is great. Staff was really friendly and very welcoming. The vibe is pretty chill. It's a bit dark, but the food is really good that it distracts you. Sit at the front if you are wanting more lighting that comes from outside. Don't know if its brighter inside during the dark hours.

The TO GO salad bar hit right on time for my lunch for the next few days. The gumbo soup is tasty (could use a sausage or added meat) Not the best; but it'll do . The salad bar is well maintained and items fresh. The chocolate muffins are tasty! Customer service is friendly and welcoming.

A nice place is so for its people. I liked that the cashier was very helpful and changed my order right after payment. Atmosphere is great. The food is tasty. Tried the pastrami reubin and the shrimp soup (the half sandwich order). The only thing i didn't like the ready chips used. I wished they have their own fries 🍟

I love Jason’s Deli and try to go whenever I am in a town that has one. The service at this location was excellent. All of the employees were very nice and welcoming. The food was excellent. I usually get the salad bar as I did this time and it was really good. The food was all fresh even for it being the late evening time. They didn’t have the normal pudding my kids have come to expect and like though! Of course we all got the free ice cream cones after dinner which is always a fun bonus! I wasn’t sure if they would have gluten free options for my daughter but they did and she said it was good. The store was clean and well maintained. I would come here again.

As always wonderful food, we came during lunch so it was so busy, it didn’t take long at all to get our food. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The restaurant is very clean and always free ice cream!!! Definitely a go to spot on road trips around Texas!!!

My favorite place to grab a quick healthy bite in town! There are so many gluten free options! The steamed veggies are my favorite side to any sandwich I get. And the chef salad is my favorite salad to order. It's gigantic and really filling! Gosh just writing this review makes me want more Jason's Deli. The service here is fantastic, courteous and fast. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always well prepared.

My son and I when into our local store. As soon as I entered I fell over a rug rolled up right in front of the door. NO ONE asked if I was ok or acknowledge that we were there. We found our to go order and proceed to leave. We had to go back in for my keys I dropped when I fell. A staff member asked if he could help. I explained I fell and dropped my keys in here. He helped find my keys but yet still was never asked if I was ok. Terrible customer relations going in here. So disappointed.

In general, this is a great chain. However, me and others have observed different instances of uncleanliness in this College Station location: smeared tables during non-busy hours, and a roach in the tea maker thing. I got food poisoning the last time I went and I had only eaten from their salad bar.

Ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup September 8, 2025 around noon. I was with my mother and sister in law. They had a panini and a turkey muffalatta. My soup was barely warm, had to hunt for noodles and a little chicken, very watery and tasteless. We won't be back .

1st visit: The counters, the prep area, the buffet, drink stations, and floor were disgusting and covered in food. I ordered the beefeater, which is supposed to be toasted, but it had been microwaved. The cashier can barely speak English. Everyone seems very disgruntled. The manager was yelling at employees in front of customers.. the employees seem like they don't care. Return visit: Much cleaner this time, however, the person walking around cleaning was spraying cleaner around the buffez inadvertently spraying the food. Employees still seem miserable and unfriendly. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and all of the meat was mounded in a golf ball shape,,causing the bread to slip and additional items to fall off and very difficult to eat. I also got the chicken pot pie soup and ended up getting sick later that evening after eating it, spending all night in the bathroom. I'm just not confident in this location and won't return.
