I stayed overnight and had breakfast at the end of October while visiting relatives in Abruzzo. The hotel is located in Colonnella, and the balcony of my room overlooked the sea and the nearby Marche region—a truly breathtaking landscape. The rooms are extremely quiet, and you sleep wonderfully. The only downside is that, being in the village, once you leave the hotel, you have to use a car to get anywhere.

Bellavista restaurant is located in Colonnella, in the province of Teramo. Gazing out at the horizon from its balconies, you understand why its name has never been more appropriate. A breathtaking view. Inside, the talented and truly charming Isabella, along with her family, manages everything with kindness and expertise. I was able to personally experience the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff's willingness to make each guest feel at home and make their stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is plentiful and full of excellent products. The celebratory lunch for our confirmation was meticulously prepared and featured all the local products, especially a mixed fried Abruzzo dish that I thoroughly enjoyed. So, in short, a well-deserved five stars. And... congratulations to the chef for the delicatessen served us today. Highly recommended. So I'm back on the road, always in search of the food and wine excellences of our beautiful country and its surroundings. See you soon, my dear readers.

Beautiful place just 15 minutes from the sea. Very clean and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend days by the sea and evenings in the fresh air on the terrace with a breathtaking view.

A halfway stop on the way to Salento, it was a very pleasant surprise. Beautiful, clean, large bed, and good weather. We also had dinner there; the grilled lamb was fantastic, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended, especially for the beautiful panoramic location.

I've stayed at this hotel several times for short seaside breaks. The location is beautiful and offers a marvelous panoramic view, both from the rooms with balconies, the restaurant, and especially from the 360-degree panoramic terrace on the top floor, a must-see for every guest. The hotel is just a short walk from the sea, easily accessible in just a few minutes. The rooms are spacious and offer every comfort, and are impeccably clean. The beds are comfortable and ensure a great night's sleep. Another highlight of the Hotel Bellavista is its restaurant, which offers authentic local cuisine using quality ingredients at a truly affordable price. The hotel has its own parking lot, but there's no shortage of parking nearby, including in the immediate vicinity (I'm referring to a small road perpendicular to the hotel's street, the name of which escapes me now). The staff is very friendly and helpful, always willing to accommodate guests. With this review, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the owners and all the staff.

The hotel definitely exceeded expectations: impeccable cleanliness, excellent service, kind and friendly staff, and a generous and delicious breakfast and dinner. The property is about 7 km from the Ascoli Piceno motorway exit, making it very convenient for those like us who need to stop along the way. The property and staff are very hospitable, the room comfortable and very clean, and equipped with all bathroom amenities. Dinner, featuring local products, was delicious and at a great price. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, something not to be taken for granted during this Covid period. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel! Excellent location. Clean rooms and maximum comfort. Very kind and friendly staff. Varied and plentiful breakfast. The hotel is located a few kilometers from the sea. You can reserve a beach umbrella and loungers directly at the hotel.

This restaurant perched on the hill just below the center of Colonnella features large windows, a spacious terrace, and breathtaking views of the Villa Rosa di Martinsicuro coast. Excellent, traditional local cuisine, homemade, and delicious. The spaghetti with tiny meatballs is excellent. The Rosso Piceno wine is also good. The "fat" version of zuppa inglese is a specialty. Just a few minutes' walk from the sea and definitely cooler when the evenings are muggy down below.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel on my way back from Puglia. The hotel is in an enchanting location with breathtaking views. Colonnella is a beautiful village. The hotel offers all the amenities, including an excellent restaurant and breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. I highly recommend it.

Bellavista by name and by nature...a stunning view of the sea and the hills of the Ascoli hinterland. The bathroom was brand new and clean. At dinner, the owner was generous with his services. Even though I was the only guest in the room, I had the pleasure of sampling some Abruzzo/Marche cuisine, from fried foods and cured meats to a spectacular veal chop. Affordable prices and high quality. Highly recommended.

Made the mistake to have dinner at the restaurant as all other places in town were full. The restaurant seems rundown and the food was below average. Most of the food we got was prefabricated and fried on the spot. I had lamb chops which were a small portion and nothing spectacular. Ordered a side dish of grilled vegetables and received half a zucchini and a quarter of an aubergine. The home wine had a cheap taste. All in all, it is a pity that the restaurant is below average (except in terms of price) given the location with great potential (top of the hill with view towards the sea)

We went for lunch on Sunday. There were 8 of us. We ordered 4 livers, 2 cured meats, and 3 fried foods as an appetizer. For our first courses, we had 3 cannelloni and 3 tagliatelle with Teramo sauce and meatballs. For our second course, we ordered 3 portions of lamb and 3 of veal. Coffee and liqueurs were included. The whole thing came to 30 euros per person. A fair price for what we ate. The livers were the best of the lot. The fried foods were also very good. The rest of the food was just average, or slightly better. Honestly, we expected much better. Overall, it was a pleasant and decent lunch.

Bene tutto il resto, ma in inverno esiste solo il riscaldamento con lo splitter che, purtroppo, abbinato ai soffitti alti, fatica a riscaldare la stanza.
