Taqueria Fuentes

We were looking for authentic Mexican food and showed up at 10:30pm. 30 minutes before closing… we were nervous we would be met with negative attitudes but it was the complete opposite. The cook and cashier were so welcoming and friendly and the food was delicious! We ordered their Quesabirria special $12 that comes with an agua fresca ( large drink) and consomé. Will definitely be coming back!

Great customer service the food is phenomenal. You can not go wrong with the tortas !!! The salsas are fresh this is only our 3rd time I have tried the torta de asada , torta especial and tacos , my son keeps greeting there quesabirria. Very delicious .

I’ve been here 3 times and each time it’s like the food gets better each time! I came by last night and got a chile relleno burrito and lemme tell you that I enjoyed the HECK out of that burrito. Absolutely recommend with the red sauce habanero unions and a pineapple water the taco guy was outside he’s supper nice and the cashier brought me my plate they had the soccer game on sometimes they have music on this place for tacos is DEFINITELY a place I recommend

I pulled up and they were cooking the tacos right outside. The cashier opened in spanish, but was very considerate of my poor Spanish. He was patient with me as I fumbled my order snd gave me some pointers. I got three tacos. Asada and Pollo. I stepped outside and got a good whiff of the meats grilling as I waited, grooving to the music banging on outside. The food was delicious. The place was clean. The staff was awesome. 10 outta 10 will come back to refuel before another warehouse shift.

Everything was fire! Ordered carne asada burrito, tacos de camera, menu do, and the quesabirria is served on a made to order corn tortilla. The strawberry horcharta was mouthwatering!

Good taco spot. Only have had their tacos al pastor 100% lengua 99%, tripas 95%. My go to.spot for a quick bite to eat.

2nd visit. Nice people run the taqueria. Very good customer service and pleasant. Food is very good and plentiful. Suadero meat was ordered for the 2nd visit as the 1st visit really made me go back again. Disappointed in it as it was very dry and more like carnitas. The burrito was still tasty. Their portions are very good. Two handed burritos are the way to go. Nothing small here. I explained to the crew my concern as it seemed to be made incorrectly. They listened to me and looked at my food. Apologized and offered me another fresh burrito of my choice no hesitation. There surely wasn't anything wrong with the food, just not the way I expected it. I would have been fine with their explanation as I was beyond full and not expecting another one. In fact I said no, it was ok. They insisted. The cook said take it home for dinner. In that case how could I resist. Definitely going back next week. I travel to MoVal every other week so I'll be back. Give them a shot. You'll love their stuff!!!

If your order any torta make sure to ask exactly what they put on it… they are expensive and I did not know they put some chipotle sauce on it totally ruined the whole thing and made it really inedible and soggy. Tacos are good

I don’t know if this is an all the time accurance but I just got 3 asada tacos and they were single handedly the worse tacos I’ve ever had ! Like the meat didn’t even taste like steak . But if it was steak it tasted very old , dry , and also tasted like they cooked it on a dirty grill.. I definitely will not be revisiting this spot because it’s not hard to make good tacos . Especially asada ! In my opinion this place just isn’t good . First impressions are everything. The service was ok though as they were pretty nice !

Honestly one of the worst wet burritos ive had in a while the carne asada was filled with chewy and fat pieces of carne the rice was okay also the beans but the meat was the worst and I would NEVER COME BACK AGIAN 1/10 experience

We order our burrito with everything on it meat rice the food is pricey. Our order came The burrito was made with a lot of rice no meat no beans it barely has some. it’s like that trying to be cheap with what they’re using there were four burritos there were all the same filled with rice, barely any meat or beans it was pricey almost $100 for four burritos

First and last time at this taqueria, not impressed about the carne azada flavor, the salsas mot good, paid $16.00 for a burrito and a can soda, plus they charged me $69 cents to use my card, ( why is the food so expensive and on top of that, the customer has to pay the transaction fee) All of the prices are very high , just can believe a torta Cubana $18.00 !!! Omg No wonder why the place was empty on the lunch hour 👎👎👎
