We were invited here for our first time for a company holiday party and the food and service were so amazing we ordered lunch the next day. The food and service we got today were just as amazing. The gentleman working the front who took my order over the phone was the nicest person! Amazing place and great food.

Visited for our first time and were pleasantly suprised! Outdoor patio very clean, great aesthetic. Food was great. Service was awesome... Blaine was a very courteous and attentive server! Only thing missing was some live music! We will be back!

Staff treated our group of football guys that were there for homecoming so well. They all went away full!

The happy hour is great! Half price appetizers! Love, love the Roasted Brussels Sprouts! The onion rings arrived in a huge basket full but they had absolutely no favor even when dipped in ranch dressing. If I'm still hungry, I'll just order more Roasted Brussels Sprouts!! Also, full bottles of wine half price on Tuesdays happy hour!! If you don't finish the bottle, they legally cork it and seal it so you can take it home. Awesome!!

It was a beautiful day, so we sat outside under the covered patio. Service was good and the food was very good. Reasonably priced

We have been coming here for years. We went last night for my son’s birthday. Everyone had a nice time and enjoyed the food. Our server, Giovanni was outstanding! He was so personable and kind. He is an amazing server and made our night very enjoyable!

Met friends after the busy lunch hour and it was perfect. Excellent service with Cameron. We had the fish sandwich and both enjoyed it. I had the house blend bourbon and it was tasty. Someone knows their bourbon. Our friends had other meals they regularly order and enjoyed them.

We come to this location every month for a professionals luncheon in their event space upstairs. The team takes such amazing care of us. James is extremely accommodating and always communicates back quickly. Stew always checks in after our lunches to make sure the service was good. Giovanni takes such good care of us, always patient and kind, always in a good mood. He makes it such a good experience for us. The food is always hot and fresh, and it is always good. Highly recommend for just casual dining or if you have an event. You won’t be disappointed!

I've been to a few Rusty Buckets but the one off 315 nailed it. My wife and I had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly, attentive and made great suggestions. The food was hot, cooked perfect and came out quick. It's not overpriced either. We even indulged and had a drink...also made exactly the way we wanted. Ty for a great date night Rusty Bucket....we will be back.

My company placed a large lunch order (about 20 people) over the phone, as I was having issues ordering online. The moment the hostess answered my call, she was not just willing but eager to help, and I could tell through the phone that she was serving with a smile, despite the inconvenience I knew I was causing by placing such a large order right at opening. She repeated every single item back to me and had it perfect and took it to her manager for review and confirmation. The manager, Dave, was SO kind and understanding, and assured me that they would have every item not only ready on time, but labelled and perfectly aligned with all modifications. When I showed up, the gentleman at the host table was expecting me and directed me over to where my order was. Every single item was already fully bagged, INDIVIDUALLY labelled, and ready to be loaded. I received help loading all bags into my vehicle, and not one person that I spoke with had even a HINT of frustration due to my large (and time-crunched) order. The team today truly went above and beyond; customer service was unmatched, and not a single item was wrong or missing, which I can say with 100% certainty has NEVER been the case at any other restaurant. GREAT WORK to this team, and thank you so much for providing such a wonderfully EASY experience at your store, and for doing it generously.

The manager and staff at the Worthington Hills Rusty Bucket provided exceptional service. We ordered online and the dasher did not deliver the entire order ( not his fault). I called to ask that they deliver the rest of our order and the manager delivered it within 15 minutes or less. They even brought a few additional items. Thank you so much! I highly recommend visiting … we love the staff and food at the Bucket!

Best turkey club sandwich EVER! The meat was hot and it made the cheese melty and man, it was awesome!

Sean was excellent. Great presentation, awareness and gave great recommendations. Need more of him in this world. Highly recommend a visit with Sean. David was a pleasure as well.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Last night a few friends of mine came to Rusty Bucket to eat dinner. We usually come by this location two to three times a month and always have a great experience but last night was something else. Not only was our server amazing and so professional and attentive but the host was so kind and welcoming when we entered. Our food and drinks came out in a timely fashion and all tasted amazing. When I received my entree which was the pepperoni and peppers pizza, highly recommend, there was not any peppers on it. When the server noticed he apologized and then went to go see what he could do to make things right. He soon came back and apologized again saying that they are going to be making a fresh pizza to go as well as allowing me to keep the one I was currently enjoying! This was even more than they needed to do and it made me so happy. The manager then came by and apologized as well and checked in with us again later in the meal making us all feel very comfortable. In Cameron Mitchell Restaurants there is saying that they want to make everyone who walks through the door a “raving fan” and I can tell you I’ve never been a bigger raving fan of a restaurant than I was last night!

Very tasty menu, I love the upstairs meeting room as well. 10/10 will bring the family back!

Beef Stroganoff, garlic bread,and mashed potatoes were delicious!!! Soda pop (cola) tasted like diet even though it wasn't. (2 different locations in 8 days, guessing it is their pop distributor or something with their ice.)

Cameron was the greatest. She had a great personality and she is a top notch server. R Wis lucky to have her!

I used their private dining room for 30+ people for a dinner/reception. The buffet food was delicious, the service beyond excellent, and the price pretty good compared to other options in Central Ohio.

Grace G waited on us and she was such a good waitress! Food is always excellent and it is quickly turning into our favorite casual restaurant. Highly recommend!!

This was an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. We were greeted by the friendliest staff moments after opening the front door. Seated quickly and near moments later our punctual and eloquent server took our drink orders. The selection from the bar was exquisite. Dinner was comfort foods that didn’t miss a beat- seriously the green beans were a family favorite. And dessert? Glad you asked—- just WOW! Phenomenal. We can’t wait to come back.

Always a great time. The bartenders (Shelly, Ben, Jess, Bettina and Cassie) are like family. All the servers are amazing (especially Drake, Isabelle, Christina, Ashley, Alexis, Laura). Managers Nick, Alexander and Jordan going out of their way to say hi. The chefs are top notch. Thank you Andrew and Brandon for making my crazy meal changed happen and tasted amazing.

I've never had a bad meal or time at any Rusty Bucket. The servers here were exceptional. The quality of the food is great and we had, as usual, enough take home leftovers for another meal.

My husband and I went here on 2/12/26. I had chicken parmesan with garlic spaghetti - super delicious! My husband had buffalo chicken sandwich of which he throughly enjoyed. They had a special on shots for $7.00 so we got Manhattens, which were decent, odd though they were served in a coupe style champagne glass instead of whiskey glasses. Our waiter was amazing. We sat in a booth in the bar area and he regularly stopped by to see how we were doing. Very good personality. We come to the Worthington location and the food is always good!

The rusty Bucket had a friendly and relax atmosphere. Our server Noah (I believe that was his name) made our whole dining experience wonderful. The food was delicious my husband ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. It smelled amazing and he was very pleased with it. I ordered the Sicilian pizza by far the best pizza yet. We had our daughter (3 years) with us and she was equally welcomed and valued. If you have a chance stop by this location and enjoy friendly service and wonderful food I hope that you do. ( be mindful the host didn’t seem to friendly but our server made up for that in many ways.) thank you for great food and a fun time.

First time trying this place. The vibe is nice with indoor/ outdoor seating. The food is pretty good and the service is ok. I will say I think my waitress had a hard time remembering things

Good selection of food and good service. Was a bit busy due to many patrons dining there for a fundraiser, but the staff did well. I'm likely to order the same dish whenever I dine with this chain, but there is a good selection for most people to choose from.

Half price appetizers before 6pm are a great deal. Tried to order cheese smothered nachos but was told the cheese wasn't prepared...WHAT? French onion soup very good. Quesadillas good, too.

Food’s good. A little outraged by the prices …$17.00 for a scoop of queso and some chips. Ridiculous.

The food was ok, the server was nice, and we had a decent experience but it took too long to get it did and there weren't many people in the restaurant.. we waited sopoo long and the food was just ok ... It wasn't bad it just wasn't not great.

Great staff, loved all the holiday decorations. We love the fish & chips. Only thing was the tartar sauce tasted different, almost sweet. That is just being picky

Service seemed slightly slow, not the waiter, but the food. I got the blackened salmon salad I almost always get and the salmon portion just keeps shrinking, it's basically a 1 inch strip at this point. Still, it was good, I just expected a lot more protein for the price.

Really good food in a former steakhouse setting, with a full bar and good friendly wait staff. The Soy Glazed Salmon is cooked to order; the soy sauce is light and sweet. The Chicken Parmesan is also very good, again slightly sweeter than expected, served with noodles, and is a large portion.

Not a bad place to meet,average pub food , plenty of cold beers and TV screens.

The only reason I gave a rating of 3 stars was because of the prices. At lunch, my burger was $19!! Don't get me wrong, it was a delicious burger but not $19 delicious! Our waiter was awesome and very attentive. We sat out on the patio, which was very nice. It wasn't too hot or windy out, so it was really great out there. I might consider going back there during happy hour and just ordering apps, but I wouldn't go for a meal again.

Ordered carry out through GrubHub, the double nickel salad with dressing was very good. The grilled chicken on the salad was less than expected, 10 pieces of chicken of varying sizes that did not add up to even a whole breast. Cubano sandwich was OK, pretty average it came with french fries and not the coleslaw has ordered.

Every time we eat here it's absolutely horrible, the food doesn't taste good and many times is plated and served like a mess. Specifically when we ordered today, our philly cheese steak was served like a huge mess with way too much cheese and meat so that you cant even pick it up and the steak was more like unseasoned ground beef. The mac n cheese is watery and flavorless except the bread crumbs on top that tasted stale and almost chemically. There's a reason why we only go here when we have a gift card.

Had a 10.00 gift card from a long year ago. Went to powell for a sale and saw the Rusty Bucket. Thought I could finally use the gift card. Ordered the Sat. special coney dogs with onion rings to go. Great atmosphere, OSU playing Illinois on Tv. While waiting, was suprisered it was slow. I got home and found out why. The food was editable. I was only able to eat the bread. Everything else was way, way. Way over done. (HARD)
