My wife, dog and myself had a spicy deluxe sandwich, waffle fries, kale crunch salad and soda pop. One of the staff actually came out brought our dog a special puppuccino. Unfortunately, it was a very busy evening and the drive through goes around the outdoor sitting area. Otherwise, it was a very pleasent evening and experience.

2025-4-16 I had a fantastic experience at Chick-fil-A Old Orchard! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made it feel more like a cozy neighborhood spot than a fast-food chain. The team here is truly something special—every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making my visit great. The food was delicious, as expected. While the prices are on the higher side for the portion and quality, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The standout, though, is absolutely the service. It’s rare to find a place where the people go above and beyond with such consistency. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work, and it really elevates the whole experience. Highly recommend stopping by this location if you're in the area. It’s not just about the food—it’s about how good you feel while you’re there.

I really didn't expect much because it's just chicken, right? Wrong! They make great chicken sandwiches, their fries are awesome, and the milkshakes are pretty good too. They have a really good breakfast sausage egg and cheese sandwich. The coffee is really good. They also have a play place for the kids.

Very friendly staff. My only issue was the fries were overcooked. It was too crispy almost burnt I asked to replace the fries but he said they all are cooked the same. I didn't want to cause a commotion so I just accepted what I received.

Chick-fil-a is ok but I don't get the hype. Other places have just a good chicken sandwich if not better. Other places have a larger variety of food too. They are fast in the drive through. Not my top pick but a chance of pace is good once in a while. Besides them leaving my sauces and straw out of my bag tonight the fries were extremely salty almost unedible. The chicken sandwich was also very salty tonight.

This was going to be my husbands first time having breakfast from a chick fil a, however we ordered breakfast through the app and made sure our order was in before 10:30. We’re out shopping for Christmas and running from place to place so we thought to order ahead of time and then pick up our food after our first stop. When we arrived to pick up our food we were highly disappointed to find out that you have to be there by 10:30 to pick up your food in order for them to make it. The manager and other employees all huddled around the window and made us feel super uncomfortable that we were disappointed in not receiving our food. They told us that our money would be returned to our card maybe in a few days. This was extremely disappointing as we were starving and expecting breakfast. This should be made more clear when ordering that you actually have to be there at 10:30.

Drive through order for two kids meals and they don’t give me any chicken. I don’t leave near here, so when I called the restaurant, all I asked for was a refund to make it right. In the end, I spent another 30 minutes getting my kids dinner a second time at another restaurant 2 hours later (we were on a tight schedule with Saturday activities). After almost arguing with the manager how “I can’t just come back in”, he finally refunded the bare minimum he could - only the chicken portion of the order. Hardly an apology, and no sense of making the situation right.

Date of Visit: November 8th Time of Incident: Approximately 3:48 PM – 4:10 PM This review addresses a severe failure in customer safety. I brought my five- and eight-year-old sons for dinner, and they entered the indoor play area while we waited for our order. Incident Details: The play area was immediately invaded by five older white male patrons (appearing to be high school age). One of these individuals aggressively slammed his hand on the plastic tube where my five-year-old was playing in, prompting me to intervene and remove my children for their safety. Upon entering the area, I was immediately surrounded by all five teenagers, who positioned themselves roughly one foot away from me. They proceeded to loudly taunt, heckle, and verbally abuse me with direct, egregious racist slurs. This was not background noise; it was immediate, aggressive, and highly intimidating verbal harassment conducted at extremely close proximity. I felt a legitimate fear for the physical safety of both myself and my young children. Business Response Failure: I immediately reported the incident to a staff member the moment our food arrived. The staff member appeared genuinely apologetic for the distress we experienced. However, despite the seriousness and nature of the racially motivated harassment and intimidation—which occurred on the premises and involved minors directly threatening a customer—no manager was involved or called to address the situation before we left. Conclusion: Due to the hostile, frightening, and racially charged environment created by these patrons, I cannot recommend this location. I have documented the time and parties involved and will be pursuing footage and involving local law enforcement to address the criminal aspects of the aggressive harassment and intimidation that took place.
