Domino's

People don't understand how difficult it is to work at dominos especially in the are of Compton where everyone wants to get everything for free. We try our best to get things done on time and I get we might take longer, but not because we want to but because we have other orders coming in.

Ordered at 8:12pm and reveived at 8:50 to my truck. Thx. Fresh food. The guy on Accord know the area good 5+ rating.....

I just love the fact that they have a drive-through for your pizza pick up. It is very convenient for those who have to pick up their orders I need to do so very quickly. This helps you to avoid having to park and go inside. This is especially a bonus for those who have small children or babies that require unstrapping them from the car seat and vice versa. Plus I find that using this method has you in and out very quickly. There tends to be a wait in the lobby area, which is where a majority of the customers may go (especially if they are placing their order and then standing there waiting for it).

Pizza was great, but unfortunately my order was WRONG and the worst thing is that I was on my brake so I couldn’t go back to get the want I ordered 🤣🤣🤣🤣

No problems with pizza, but the time it took to give me the pizza did not reflect on computer screen when pizza was ready to give me....and lots of talking in the back among employee's...please pay attention to customers orders when they're order is finish.

Pizza is good, but I just had the dominos on roscrance and central. The crust is so much softer and crispy on the outside, if you can make the drive give the other location a try.

The food was tasty and hot. The folks were very nice. The app is not easy to navigate. When you do get a free pizza it's a medium, 2 topping. Seriously? Sigh

Paid for extra sauce and extra cheese and got regular sauce and cheese on all 3 pizzas. Otherwise it was hot n good.

OK so I am giving this Domino's only 3 stars because well my pasta was delicious I loved it. But when it came to my friends food which was a Philly cheese steak sandwich, it was terrible. I only know this because they let me have there other half of there sandwich because they didn't want it that's how nasty it was. In order to get the pizza hot and somewhat fresh you have to go pick it up yourself! When they deliver it the pizza is almost cold and we have to either put it in the oven at home or microwave it. You ask for extra sauce and it's dry you don't ask for extra sauce and it's dripping in sauce. Yeah the delivery charge is not worth it cause they are never here at the time the pizza tracker says. You call them to see what's going on and they have excuse after excuse. I will save my money on delivery charges and the tip by just picking it up myself!

Hi Domino’s, I loved your pan pizza when it first came out—it was so thick, fluffy, and perfectly baked! Lately, though, it’s been coming out much flatter, and I really miss that original pan pizza texture. I just wish it could be as thick and fluffy as it used to be!

Pizza isn't bad but they the pizza tracker told my food was ready but when I got there I still waited 35 min to get my food. What's the point of the tracker, if the trackers a big lie.

Food quality is good but they close the doors early so they don't take your walk in order I knocked on the door because the store was still open so I called them to place a order the employees were on the phone laughing while the door was closed service isn't the best it need improvement and they only do delivery recommend ordering online its cheaper because you can use the coupons store manager doesn't let you apply coupons ordering in or on the phone only online so I recommend doing that and carry out itd much cheaper

They are supposed to have a drive through window...they keep blocking the driveway.... is not fair specially with this pandemic Covid-19. Some of us dont want to get out from our cars. I also noticed the dispatch lady is always on her phone texting. It goes against health standars. Maybe i should report it to health department.

Always order from here, never light handed with the toppings, ALWAYS Fresh ! EDIT: 1 Year later. Pizza quality and service has gone down. Today it took 82 minutes to make and deliver a pizza 1.3 miles away. Pizza was out on delivery since 8:41pm arrived at 9:20pm. Driver had the nerve to laugh when asked why it took so long. And he was driving a challenger. Step ur game up. ! 2 stars cuz its not always bad service

App and website won’t allow you to place an order and employee says you can’t get the same deal . So frustrating how is it the customer’s fault . Why would I have to pay full price for something that’s discounted online and THEIR website and app don’t work.

My order never got out of the prep stage after 45 minutes. I had to call and wait 5 minutes for someone to answer just to be told they hadnt even started working on my order. Cancelled and placed another order in a different location and it was ready in no time. Horrible service.

I ordered from here once and I repeated the address multiple times and they sent the driver somewhere else. I ordered again today and my kids and I waited for over an hour for our pizza so I call and they said the person who answered the phone never even processed the order.

Ordered three times from here and they can't get my orders right.I ordered square cut but end up receiving pie cut. I ordered the cheesy bread with bacon and jalapenos but came with no bacon nor jalapenos.

I called to order a pizza and they wouldn't deliver! Mind you they are only a mile and a half away from where we are working! So called Pizza Hut they on the way and they are almost 3 miles away from where we are working!! I know it won't hurt Domino's if I never do buisness with them again but I wish it would.

I was in Compton/Long Beach CA had a really bad experience. The service was poor, got my order wrong even though I repeated to him twice. While waiting for my order, he was taking another order which he was having a hard time making out 2 quarters, and a nickel. Didn't have time to go back and complain personally, since I was on my way to an engagement..

The management (Yahira) is the worst. They have the worst attitude. They do not call and confirm online orders they will just cancel. They do not accept bills larger then 20 dollars and they don’t have a sign showing anywhere that states that rule.They do not call if their card machine is down (which happens way to often). The CSR’s seem terrified of management (yahira). They blame everything on corporate and refuse to take any steps to rectify on their part. Store # 8303 needs to hire professional management before the IRS gets involved.

Staff was horrible when I picked up. First time and last time going to this locstion. My Domino's app said my 1 lrg pizza was ready. Drove to the location and after 8m of waiting for the staff to acknowledge me they said it was not ready and the app is always wrong. I understand it gets busy but at least telling your customers that you will be right with him will go a long way. Will not be going to this location ever.

I ordered online and I never got my pizza. I checked the status of my order online and it said it was being delivered. I waited and the driver never came. I called the store to verify and just my luck they never prep my pizza. The worse domino’s location i have ever tried! I been to many domino’s locations but this locations had the worse pizza ever. I just ate one slice and i threw away the rest. I feel like they put something that changes the whole taste of it.

I give it a ZERO STAR. Honestly this is the worst Dominos service I have ever had. I love Dominos and I order it very often but the driver Ramon at the Compton location on Long Beach Blvd is so unprofessional and rude. Instead of him acknowledging an honest mistake he decides to be completely rude and walks away having a complete disregard to what I was explaining to him. And now I have waited over 3 hours just for them to fix a SIMPLE mistake. I DO NOT recommend anyone go to this location. Just go to the location in Carson. Or ANY other location is better than this one.

Iwent to Domino's pizza here in Compton California and ask them about a promotion that was on TV a large 2 topping pizza for $5 the associate said the promotion ended yesterday. The associate did not inform me the new promotion a large 3 topping pizza for 7.99.. I didn't purchase anything but if he would have told me about the promotion I would have bought pizza there instead of going to Little Caesars

Yeah so I call back and they give me another dominos location more then 2 miles away and they had to check their map and decided they couldn't deliver. ..seriously only time ever this has happened and I travel all over the country..we were going to buy several large pizzas to fees the crew.. Today I made an order for pick up, when I got there to pick it up (10 minutes after my pick up time) they didn't have my order ready, they didn't know if they gave it to someone else or if they actually made it. So they had to remake it there. I ask for the coupon for my next order free. They said can't give it or do anything about it. Than just a free drink. Which I refuse because they don't stand to what they say.

The worst dominoes I’ve ever encountered, I ordered online and thought how nice a “contact-less” delivery ! Due to covid, so apparently I’m suppose to answer the phone and reply to their text messages if not the delivery driver will leave even though the order was fully paid for. Very disappointed! When I called the store I was answered by a rude employee called Jennifer and said it was my fault that I needed to answer my phone and that they would resend my old cold pizza the way it was. I asked for a refund and said it would be 4-5 business days to refund and didn’t give me an email or nothing confirming my refund.

Very bad service,. We always order through the app, we go pick it up when the app notifies us the pizza is ready & when we get there they're either barely making it or putting it in the oven. The point is we have to wait at least 15 min! Each time we go pick up a pizza! Even though the app sa says it's ready. Not sure where the mistake is but I've ordered from other locations through the app as well & the pizza is always ready. Really need to get this issue fixed. Thanks for butchering my delivery order. I live in an Apartment build and wrote clear directions I’ll be outside due to being confusing. One pizza tracker stated that it was on it way I went outside. Not one vehicle or employee with a dominos shirt passed by me. I call I get transferred to this sounded like a female manager on duty and stated That the complex has letters and numbers. I always place my order online and get garlic sauce on my receipt it says garlic sauce. Can anyone tell me why I keep on getting ranch? Every time ranch when all I ask for is garlic sauce. Can you not tell the difference between garlic and ranch? If it was only once or twice that this has happened I would not be bothered but it’s every time! I look back to my receipt and what does it say garlic sauce not ranch.

I appreciate the free pizza coupon, however, you can only order online and you have to spend $15 in order to get your pizza delivered. So it’s not really free. I used it anyway, but if they are going to give rewards, then they should not limit you to delivery only. You should be able to go in and pick up your free pizza and not have to spend $15 for it.

I order online. The email says 24-34 minutes, I waited 40 minutes before calling. And the assistant manager “Yadira” that answers, is the WORST manager I have ever dealt with. Ordered one pizza over the phone and said it will be ready in 15mins. They made me wait 25min and it still wasn’t ready and they asked to wait another 10-15mins. We had to cancel and go home Bc my dad needed the car for work. They said we can order it for delivery. When we got home we placed an order online and they called stating they could not deliver to our address but we have always ordered for delivery to our address. We tried again and we got another call. We asked to speak to management and the manager apologized and stated that they do in fact deliver to our address and that it will be on its way shortly .

Cooperate mailed me a coupon and I tired using it for my order and then Alex the employee here did not honor it because of the coupon I used on the app which is understandable but I wouldn't have ever placed the order in this was going to be the case and nothing on my coupon states that it cannot be combined with any other offer through the app. Will be reporting the store to cooperate immediately

I used to buy pizza from this location until they started making it a habit of not accurately making my orders. They never answer their phone so that i can give them an opportunity to fix their mistakes. I don't recommend buying from this particular location. Go to a different domino's store.

Honestly I usually stay away from negative reviews. However, this really ticked me and my team off. All we were trying to do was enjoy a win off a team we coach while reviewing film. We place the order and the store calls us to confirm my name and last 4 of the card. No issue, however. We’re all under the influence how can we drive to the store? Hence, the delivery option.. yes they sent the driver out after a 10 minute call of me explaining myself. Now I ask, may I get some ranches added as a compliment to the wait time? Kenya now gets on the phone and tells me no, I pay full price but yet she wants to get snarky and continue to question if my new “payment method is valid?” lol. I've never had a problem here and today out of all days that I'm literally sick with fever I decided to order and ive called over and over and they pick up and they hang up like wyf plus its been an hour i ordered and nothing then my call finally goes thru and they say they came and called and no one answered bullshit ..but when I called and gave them my number and still manage to get it wrong and the manager still ask me if I want to cancel my order like really i just told u im sick worst dam service ever

Honestly I usually stay away from negative reviews. However, this really ticked me and my team off. All we were trying to do was enjoy a win off a team we coach while reviewing film. We place the order and the store calls us to confirm my name and last 4 of the card. No issue, however. We’re all under the influence how can we drive to the store? Hence, the delivery option.. yes they sent the driver out after a 10 minute call of me explaining myself. Now I ask, may I get some ranches added as a compliment to the wait time? Kenya now gets on the phone and tells me no, I pay full price but yet she wants to get snarky and continue to question if my new “payment method is valid?” lol. Thanks for the terrible wait time and customer service Kenya

Cooperate mailed me a coupon and I tired using it for my order and then Alex the employee here did not honor it because of the coupon I used on the app which is understandable but I wouldn't have ever placed the order in this was going to be the case and nothing on my coupon states that it cannot be combined with any other offer through the app. Will be reporting the store to cooperate immediately

Manager needs training. Poor customer service. Today right now. Costed my baby his food. She feels threatening by a mother of a 3 year old. Sad old woman. She called the police. Lol on a mother. Mothers beware. I hope they show up. We got Karen in Compton. Getting fish instead. I got it on tape too while she is safe and Secure inside behind the think glass. I was in danger of her lies to the police station. Being black or whatever you call American like myself is a crime. Sad. What was the police suppose to do. She needs training and other qualities to be efficient. Who knows what somer proper knowledge and training can do. Calling the police on a customer who has spent more than thousands of dollars over the years at this 1 establishment. Been here many decades. I am a law behind citizen. Pay tax. Vote. A mother. Sad thing is she is a bold face lie. I have no reason to threaten her. If that is what she calls a compliant... a threat. That establishment is doomed if you look like me. If I don't like something as a customer that is my business to complain and cancel my order. I was threatening by her with police for being not a satistfied customer. She needs to be reviewed and not just trained. I guess she was hoping MY FREEDOM TO BE TAKEN WHEN I WANT MY CHILD TO ENJOY AND BE SATISTFIED WITH THE FOOD THAT I AM BUYING. I got it record too. I AM HIGHLY OFFENDED.

Ordered one pizza over the phone and said it will be ready in 15mins. They made me wait 25min and it still wasn’t ready and they asked to wait another 10-15mins. We had to cancel and go home Bc my dad needed the car for work. They said we can order it for delivery. When we got home we placed an order online and they called stating they could not deliver to our address but we have always ordered for delivery to our address. We tried again and we got another call. We asked to speak to management and the manager apologized and stated that they do in fact deliver to our address and that it will be on its way shortly .

I used to buy pizza from this location until they started making it a habit of not accurately making my orders. They never answer their phone so that i can give them an opportunity to fix their mistakes. I don't recommend buying from this particular location. Go to a different domino's store.
