They can’t even get an order right. I had to drive all the way back to the store to receive the food item missing. They should double check order.

I rarely get jack in the box, but when I do, i come to this location because its close to my house and somehow every time i go they mess up my order. For example just today I ordered a combo 24 and 25 and instead i got two number 29s.

629 pm sat just came by to this jack in the box 3rd time i get cold food went back in to let them know my chicken sandwitch was cold the shift lead or manager here tonight is terrible rude said the lettuce an tomato make the paty cold Lmfao mind you i use to make these i use to work at jacks 248 in whiitier i know for a fact thats bs the women is unfit to run this jacks making them look bad not serving food to standard serving cold fries from my visits before cold tacos an now this expired cgicken sandwitch please replace this women with someone who doesnt hate their job ...

Very bad experience,wrong order, inability to receive refund. This was my first meal there, and ketchup was requested out on the app, and applesauce seemed to be on the menu, but unavailable....Sad

On Sunday 12/3/23 at 9:30AM, I had placed 3 separate orders on the Jack in the Box App for pick up of (2) Jack's Spicy Chicken and (1) Medium Size French Fries using 3 promo codes used in 3 separate transactions, however the restaurant employee refused service to fulfill the 3 orders upon showing the receipts via e-mail. I would like to be compensated for the 3 promo codes that were used for the 3 transaction orders.

The location says it opens at 7:00am and it’s after 7 and the doors still locked. The staff inside just waved me away with no explanation to why the dining room is closed . It’s no posted sign as to why ! The customer service is poor.

This place used to be good but recently the people who work there, especially in the night aren't doing their job. The food is still decent but the wait time in the drive thru is way too long now. Yesterday I came out of work at 2 am & went to get something to eat here since on Google it's open 24 hours but yesterday I went & was waiting in line for 20 minutes when I finally got the the speaker where you order to only get a response saying sorry but we're closed like dude really I waited 20 minutes for nothing especially when you just took the order of the person in front of me & especially since this place is supposedly open 24 hours a day then a few days ago I came at 12 am & the lights were on & everything thinking it's open but I waited at the speaker but no one answered & I wasn't the only one who thought it was open a few more people started to pull in thinking it was open. To only drive away disappointed. I know it's not the owners fault but please do something about the staff that work there because it's really getting annoying.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would they gave me the wrong order. I ordered 3 triple bonus Jacks this guy gave me 3 jumbo cheeseburger with one french fries and one drink charging me almost $15 for this .it's not even a combo. So much for giving this place a second chance.
