Found out I'm officially a regular the other day when the cashier asked me what I wanted and his coworker answered for me. Cool people.
Jamba juice was a great place to get a vegan some breakfast to start the day. We dont have jamba where I'm from, the closest thing to it is kiva Juice and that can not compare. I really likes the bowls that you can get there. Full of nutrients and yummy ingredients. Also their drinks are really good, had the matches drink last I went. I also like that they have alternatives milk options like soy and almond milk. I recommend.
I haven't been in a while but the service was very fast and my drink was very good.
Cool prices, great drinks. Right next to the 24 hour gym. Just wish they were open later
Using the App, I ordered from this Jamba Juice instead of the one in San Pedro. I quickly called this store and Paola answered the phone. She went above and beyond excellent customer service. She asked me what Jamba Juice I wanted to order from and asked for my name and call back number. She called me back within 5 minutes and reassured me that I could pick it up at the Jamba Juice I meant to order it from. Went to the Jamba Juice, picked up my order, and continued on my day. I came in Jamba for a White gummy observed the new menu for Acai Bowls and wanted the Tropical SUB🍍 pineapples 🍓 strawberries add peanut butter and white cream total was 15.00.hell no.. got the white gummy medium.. Esssa made my drink gave great customer service and filled me to the Rim and blessed rather throwing the rest away Thnaks brotha

Service here is fast! I love Jamba Juice and I usually wait about 5-10 min for my smoothie when I go to other locations during lunch time, but as soon as I paid my juice was ready. They have a good system of asking you for your order while you wait for others to pay. Honestly best Jamba Juice I've been to in regards to service!!!! Now that I'm done with my drink, I want to add that it was very delicious!!! I always order Strawberries Wild with extra banana and I can usually never taste the extra banana in my drink. Today I was able to taste the extra banana in my drink and it was very very delicious. Good job at this location. I wish I would've asked for the employees names. I'll just post my receipt and the manager can acknowledge the employees working that shift.

So admittedly I was hesitant to even check this place out as I read many of the reviews-however, after checking the place out on different days and times, I think many of the reviews are for one-offs. My son and I visit this location frequently and the customer service has been excellent-even if they are out of things, the staff is honest and eager to assist you in providing options of what they do have. Noel, Ephraim, Reina, Maria, Jasmine, Salvatore and the crew (I can’t remember all) are great and I say if you’re in Compton please stop by and I think you’ll be pleased.
As the mother of the underage boy in the picture I am very upset of the fact that you as a grown woman chooses to blast his picture for everyone to see when it’s clear he is just doing his JOB!! I’m sure you have kids and would not be happy for someone to do this to o e of yours. You taking pictures of minors is AGAINST the law. I would appreciate you taking his picture down and taking this up with corporate office as you should have done from the beginning.

Great service last time I came. This time they aren't open on time. They are suppose to be open on Wednesday at 6:30 am. It's 8:13 am the doors are locked and chairs are on the tables. What is going on?
I love this store. I was was a little taken aback when I did not hear music in this store. I questioned one of the employees as to why? He replied that a customer complained. Please let these kids enjoy working and having more synergy in the work place. I could not imagine working in a hip company such as Jamba Juice with no music. Thanks!

First time i visited the location today and it was okay , i wish i would've gotten better imformation about the difference types juices.👍
I’m not sure about the new policy that you guys only take cards with chips is something totally new to me. Your cashiers need to be trained on other ways to make a purchase when you don’t have cash or a chipped card. I asked the cashier how am I supposed to pay for it, she stated “I don’t know” instead of offering the mobile order option. I did leave the store. I went to my car and made a mobile purchase. Please advise your employees of other options of payment because I definitely was not advised.
I am a long haul truck driver and parked on the street next to this place. I hoped to find a restroom and give some money to a local business. The menus on the wall are far behind the counter so the ingredients are hard to read. $10 for an aloha smoothie. Many of the items have "juice", "sherbet", or "flavoring" instead of real fruit. Many items including the "food" were not available. The economy sucks, I get it. No restroom. The other customer got a ginger acai bowl that was fairly big for $14. He said it tasted good and the ginger was obvious. The young man behind the counter was nice at 7am. He didnt dawdle and got our orders quickly. They also did not have any fresh juice, just concentrate.

Every time I come in they are not welcoming, they don’t say hello how may I help you, I have to speak to get spoken to, they give you the drinks and don’t say have a nice day!! The other JAMba juices I go to they are amazing but this one in Compton are not welcoming!!

What time does this location open? I got there at 7:20am, with several other people and the doors were locked. The sign posted states they open at 7am.
Went to get 4 small mango go-go. Only 3 were made, so i asked one guy for the 4th one and the answer i got was that i had only paid for 3. I paid close to 25dlrs and no receipt . It's impossible to pay 25dlrs for 3 drinks only. I had to pay for my kid's beverage again. Definitely a bad experience and i am not going back
I just walked in here (it was empty) and stood at the register for all of about 4 seconds before a girl walked up and very rudely said "Do you know what you want?" And I said no not just yet - Since you know, I JUST walked in. And she just started talking to the person who walked in after me. Sorry, but that's not how that works. Rude. Expletives. So many come to mind.
I came to get a smoothie at 7pm on a Sunday but when I was walking up all the employees were leaving and the African American employee told me they were closed after I asked her even though when I checked on google they closed today at 10 which doesn’t make much sense why they’re closed at 7pm
this shorter hispanic young female who works there is incredible rude she needs to be fired. She doesn’t want to work she has no customer service. They just lost a customer

So upset. Came twice this week and both times I was told they don’t have banana to prepare my smoothie ( my sister in law ordered a pitaya bowl and they did add bananas) 😒 extremely unprofessional

So Maria at Jamba Juice is the worst manager very very RUDE HUNG UP IN MY FACE I TOLD HER FOR MY ORDER O WANTED TO REPLACE THE BLUE BERRIES BECAUSE IM Allergic and she says very rudely we don’t do that and hung up in my face would not answer the phone after that she says she’s a manger she has horrible customer service should be fired immediately I came everyday but I won’t be coming anymore !!!

Employees don’t greet customers on the way in or at the register, they’ll just look at you when it’s time to order. Also, an employee lied about no samples given and what I ordered. First & last visit.
An associate was really rude to us we did not even order certain things and she was trying to charge us
EVERYTIME I visit the COMPTON location no matter the time of day....I’m ALWAYS told an excuse as to why they can’t prepare fresh squeezed OJ. If they don’t want to make the fresh juice then remove the machine out of the store. This is an inconvenience and very unprofessional!
This Jamba Juice is terrible the supposedly manager Leslie is racist .... she had a snotty attitude . They don’t know how to even make the flavors correctly I had to go back 3 times just to get it wrong. I called the store and told them. They told me come back or come in the next day. Once I came back in the next day I was told I was a liar for even calling when I pulled up on my call log the jamba nice number & they claim I spoke to nobody. I would never ever go back.
Normally it's just, okay, today the oatmeal was watery, when i asked why, the lady told me, it comes that way. Anybody who eats their oatmeal knows that's not true. I left and came back to get my money back, the cashier had an attitude, i told her unless they are going to make a new batch soon i would rather my money back. Then she told me they added to much soy milk today, which was also a surprise to me. In the end she said "oh sorry, the girl that made it is new". I told her if you would have just told me that in the first place i would have just ordered something different. I'm just wondering why they wouldn't remake the oatmeal and show her the proper way to make it.

Unwelcoming, unfriendly staff. Customer service is 0. Very unusual for ANY jamba juice. No music playing. Disgusted with my visit. You dont have to ACT that way because its Compton. Went to this location Tuesday night, it was extremely hot in there, they were playing music loudly and they didn't have the ingredients for an acai bowl. I'll be going to Carson from now on.
Tried to order a large smoothie. Was told I could not get it because they had a limited amount that they had to save for online ordering. I was offered a medium or to have the large put into two smalls. I was going to a nearby Target so walking around drinking out of 2 cups is not feasible not did I want a medium. Please explain why online order is more important the a customer in person? I will never come to this location again and went to another location to fill my order. I will also be forwarding this to the corporate office. I would have given this location a 0 if it was possible.

I made an order through uber eats at 7:24 p.m, notified that my order was ready at 8:35 p.m, my uber gets to me at 8:50 p.m and hands me sweaty extra watered down drinks. really? you guys had the nerve to let that go to a customer who is paying you for the service? be more responsible next time. I wasn’t even mad that my order was late because I wasn’t in a rush, but you guys couldn’t even be considerate.
