I give it 4 and 1/2 stars, service great, food good, i fell in love with the restaurant, I visited about 4 times in two weeks, le di 4 estrellas y medias pero es la mejor paladar que yo he visitado en Cuba
Wow. Just wow. Everything is perfect. The service is on point. Orders don’t take long and the cocktails are perfect. I would highly recommend
Amazing amazing restaurant, great service, great food, great environment. Love it here!!!. Great waitresses especially, Lisbet
Very good prices and delicious food. Menu you will got and ordering wit tablet!
Very good food and great restaurant
Good coffee and cake.
Super
I had a day trip to Havana booked from my beach hotel in Jibacoa and was looking for somewhere for a light lunch with my tour guide and driver. The reviews for Dona Alicia were some of the best reviews I have seen for a restaurant so I was really looking forward to checking it out. What I had wanted, was to experience some local cuisine, however, my tour guide and driver both fancied pizza, so in the end we just got a couple of large pizzas! They were very good and very large and it was a struggle for the three of us to finish them. This was probably one of the most high-tech restaurants I’ve been in, which was very surprising given the state of the Cuban economy. The iPads on the table are used to order food and drinks and as long as you are not completely computer illiterate, they are not hard to use (though, thankfully, I did have my tour guide with me, so she could translate as it was all in Spanish!). In the main part of the restaurant there is actually a robot that goes around serving peoples food! As we were in the smaller part, which I don’t think it could get into, we had to make do with the more traditional way of being served; by a human being! The service was very good & efficient and the meal was very good value, around US$20 for two large pizzas, two beers and two soft drinks. The restaurant is very popular (surprisingly my guide hadn’t been before, though said she definitely would be recommending it in the future!) was quite busy and we did have to wait outside for a table to become available which took about 15 minutes though once inside the service was very quick, so making it an ideal venue for a quick lunch when visiting this beautiful city.
We had an amazing experience here. It was our first time. There was a big wait outside on a late Saturday Night, but we didn’t wait very long. My wife had the pork ropa vieja. I had the fish dish. As starters we had a vegetable crudite and ham and cheese brochettes. Ann of the food was amazing. You order all your food from a tablet.
Delicious restaurant, amazing service by staff. However, they do not serve seafood. Maybe they used to before, but not anymore. Beef ribs were perfecto!
Very nice restaurant, tasty food, great customer service, Nice atmosphere
Food here is delicious. The best thing is that you can order by iPad so you know how much everything costs. We were able to pay with both pesos, USD, and a mix of pesos and USD. The WiFi here is free for 30 minutes and it’s pretty fast. Coming here just to use the WiFi is definitely worth it.
Great cuban restarant in town

A special place I always return to for its food, great service, and excellent quality.
More than just the technology, the waiter are very helpful. The price is reasonable, the food is delicious with great seasoning and the individual dishes are served a good portion I almost couldn't eat all. Many option with appetizers, pizzas, pasta, main dishes with different types of meat (I had the Ropa Vieja). Many drinks and beverages options. We had to wait outside for some minutes for a table but totally worth it. A great experience not easy to match with in Cuba.
Really liked this place when I visited before covid, so thought I'd pay it a visit on my return recently. Really nice food with large portions and great cocktails! Thought it would be expensive, but still reasonably cheap for the amount of food you receive. Definitely way cheaper than London. I like that you have a touch screen to order your items, which means you don't have to wait for a waiter or waitress, especially during busy periods.
Best restaurant in Cuba. But you get the sneaking suspicion something is very wrong. Something is off. I went to the cafe portion first and had some DANK pasteries. Then I went to the restaurant. They had an tablet order from your table android system. This is HIGHLY unusual in Havana. The servers were respectful. A robot delivered food to my table. Some ppl def high off uppers - rude AF - sat next to me. Look at the pics. The food is so exact, I get the sense it comes pre-packaged and frozen. However, it's quite good and priced well. You wonder how such an operation all comes together. I cant agree with anything less than 5 stars and I lived near this restaurant for 3 weeks and ate everywhere.
Visited here twice the week we were there in May. Our server spoke English and helped us order from the iPads at the table. Our last night in Cuba we had dinner here and the owner came over to pay us a visit and wish us well. Very nice gesture.
Took 7 of my Cuban friends there and there was a long line up. Perhaps the best food in Cuba. Order your food from a computer screen with pictures of what you order and calculates your bill. For all eight of us the bill was 55 CUC including the tip and the portions were huge. They serve everything from pizza to seafood. I ate the Chicken Gordon Blue (that’s Cuban for chicken cordon bleu, chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese). Highly recommend. I was too full to try the dessert.
Newly opened restaurant with a great drink and food selection. Service is friendly and quick - with an impressive technological twist. The owner and menu's are bilingual! Havana's newest great restaurant!

Good local restaurant. Not touristy and inexpensive.
Interesting place. You order via tablet
Excellent service, good food
Ok food, great service
Nice restaurant with excellent food, though cocktails are not at the same level of food. Do not ask all your order at once. They have an amazing, fast, food delivery time and if you like to go slow while dining it will kill your mood. Don’t expect a friendly staff with personalized attention as it is a techno restaurant and orders are taken via online app. Staff are usually cold and distant.
Generous portion. Service was excellent. Food servicing slow but cocktail came quick.

On my last day in Havana I had lunch here before my 18 hours bus ride to Santiago de Cuba. When you are inside you almost forget that you are in Cuba. MODERN!!!! Robots delivering food, ordering via tablet at the table. Food…gave it 4 stars. It was better than some of the places I had been. Slightly above average. Service…they opened later than the posted 12pm. My waiter was a bit rude. Atmosphere…given where we were. It was 5 star. Located in the heart of everything. Was a good overall experience.
Pretty good value for money. The best thing about the place is how easy it is to order food. There's a tablet on every table with which you order everything. Most menu entries have pictures and once you make your order, it shows the total price. You mostly just interact with the waitstaff when they bring the food, but there's a button on the tablet app you can use to call them if you need anything

Very slow service, since they take tip on their own. They don't care about the service. But the price is good .sometimes u have the tell them 5 times...
Good spot. Papas fritas were good.
Food was mediocre and overpriced. I hated the ordering system from a tablet that didn't always work.
there is no place in havana cuba restaurant is not good, you will not find fresh food, especially because you are a tourist, you will be ripped off, and everything is very expensive, especially in a place where tourists should be careful, you can be robbed after going out

¡No entiendo!
Please don’t buy food from this place , I had the worst spaghetti of my life , the spaghetti was very sticky and bland, the tomatoe sauce was not cooked , they basically poured it from the container right onto the spaghetti and the shrimp was just boiled, the shrimp had no flavour , the food had absolutely no salt or spices, not even onions ! Very poor quality of food, horrible taste too and the used cheese that tasted absolutely disgusting 🤢 🤮
The worst dinner in Havana. Fake ratings in Google Maps and Trip Advisor. The food was cold, uneatable. The pork was overcooked, the pasta was so terrible that I almost threw up. Better eat in the street than in this place. The tablets were very annoying, especially, if you don't know Spanish well. Sadly, they don't have any paper menu. Also, have Cuban pesos with you, otherwise you will pay 4x price in USD (they have convertion rate 1 USD to 25 CUC)
