NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS IS THE BEST EPL THAT I HAD BEEN TO I CAME ALL THE WAY HERE FROM BAY POINT CAUSE MY MOM LOVES IT HERE I WAS SURPRISED BECAUSE IT WAS TRUE THE FOOD TASTES WAY BETTER HERE!!!! MY ORDER WAS CORRECT AND SMELLED SO DELICIOUS I COULD NOT WAIT TO GO HOME AND EAT THE PERSONAL HERE WAS AMAZING SPECIALLY THE CASHIER THAT HELPED ME . SHE WAS SUCH A SWEETHEART AND WAS SO KIND WITH ME. I REALLY ENJOY THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE I TOTALLY FORGOT HER NAME BUT SHE WAS WEARING GLASSES 😋 DEFINITELY I WILL COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN THANK GOD FOR E.P.L. 🍗

Normally I love this place. Their new employee forgot my dressing for my salad. Of course I didn't realize till I was home.

Delicious, clean, fast, fresh and affordable Mexican Food...Real Food! The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food is prepared and open for all to see and watch. They have a drive through, an app and fresh avacado, chicken grilling and a delicious hot sauce that you have to try! Seriously delicious hot sauce! 🔥

Our most favorite El Pollo Loco location. Everything at this place is really nice! Food, the staff and premises are all good. Love the Wing/Thigh chicken meal and Churros! Highly recommended :)

I love the flavor of the chicken, but it's hard to figure out what to order. There are a lot of choices. Our visit was President's weekend, and they still have a poster up for holiday (Christmas) meals. The churro was tough, I think because it was old. There is no salsa bar.

4/19/23 Was feeling lazy and ordered El Pollo Loco to go. I had the Keto burrito and it was pretty good. I also had order the corn. For some reason this batch of corn on this day seemed to me to be under cooked. It’s usually nice and cooked, but this time it felt under cooked. I even heated it up in the microwave and it was still the same. I wonder it was because there was lack of “gravy” with the corn or it was the corn itself. The flour tortillas are always good. Such a great deal and last a lot longer than the ones at Trader Joe’s even if they’re in the refrigerator. I hope the corn being bad was a one time thing.

I do love this food. I think it's a bit pricey, but worth it to me sometimes. I'm a big fan of the tostada's! Love that cilantro dressing. Staff is always so nice! I often do curbside pickup and have never waited very long!

I think this place has fairly good food for what it is... I was disappointed last time I was there though. Ordered the go to chicken nachos. It's previously been great, and an exceptional value as well at $5. However, they decided to change the specs on the nachos to "shredded chicken ", rather than just chopped chicken. What I received was an almost inedible product. I think the "shredded chicken " must be sitting in a steam table with water added to keep it moist. But, imagine what happens when you put a soggy product on tortilla chips... I think of nachos as finger food, but basically what you get is something that requires utensils and doesn't have much flavor. El Pollo Loco, I've enjoyed your food in the past, but can no longer support your business.

Got a chicken salad, took a couple bites then noticed there was an odd smell to the food specifically the pico de gallo. Couldn’t continue eating. My drink was not great either as soon as I took the first sip it tasted bitter.

Was there on June 29, 2024. The cashier taking the order spoke English very poorly. The miscommunication we had due to the managers choice of this person to be taking orders seems very irresponsible and obnoxious. Just because the manager and/or owner speak Spanish doesn’t mean that every customer will. What I found irritating is that the cashier was pretending to understand what i clearly asked for when she had no clue. asked for a salad and gave the total dollar amount listed on the menu so there would be no confusion of what I wanted but of course her understanding of numbers being spoken in English was complete garbage. She put the order in for whatever she falsely assumed. The chicken is well cooked but service like this is somewhat obnoxious. Only had one item on my order ( nothing else ) so it’s kind of a no brainer situation. I think that the owner of this company should put kiosks where the customers can order food themselves without having to deal with silly stuff like this.. she also gave me the wrong change.

I'm a delivery driver who has been refused to be given the orders due to the fact that the merchant cashier wanted to see me verify the customers' order, and for us to swipe complete pick-up order button infront of them. He was trying to tell me how to do my job when he has his own, behind the counter to worry about. A female who was telling the young kid what to do told the kid to put the order aside and ignore me. No yelling or any other verbal conflict took place. Simply bad attitude and unprofessional services. It takes common ethics to be professional... This is not my first encounter with the same problem. But other drivers that I know local of me. Whether there are family, relatives, friends, or community members that do the same job with a different company, they have the same problem with this place. They refuse to give the food in a careless, bossy attitude until they see our phone so they can make sure that it is complete, and we're on our way to drive. That is our job and the companies to track us and make sure we deliver on time and not for the El polo loco workers to tell us what to do. From the moment we pick up the calls and drive to our destinations, we are being tracked, so there's unnecessary involvement in the step that causes delay with customer service in both companies.
