Mad friendly, like your surf crew hyping you up before a big set. Got myself a Mint Mojito Iced Coffee, and dude, it was gnarly—in the best way! Smooth, refreshing, and hit like a clean barrel roll. Totally worth paddling into town for. If you’re cruising through Walnut Creek and need a caffeine boost, Philz is the spot. Shaka vibes all around. 🤙

The coffee tastes good and quiet and clean. While enjoying a cup of Philz's signature mint coffee at an outdoor table with a cool fall breeze and music flowing in... it's similar to Korean mix coffee with a few mint leaves added.

As expected, super friendly service at Philz. I thought I ordered online (yes you can order from the ap), but when I realized it didn't go through due to user error (me not them) they were quick to rush my order so I could still make it to my next destination on time. I was here during morning rush so the inside was a little hectic with pick-up orders. Most or the tables were taken inside but the ones outside were pretty free if you don't mind the parking lot view from them.

This coffee is delicious. The place seems very social. Many young people are gathering there. The service is good and fast. At least 5 employees are making different kind of drinks at the same time. And it seems they are happy to work there.

I always get the mint mojito coffee here. It is one of the most delicious and creamiest coffees I've had. I am not the biggest fan of mint, but the mint in this coffee is only so subtle that it gives it a nice flavor. There's couches and tables to study but is usually packed on weekends/peak hours. There are outlets. There's a big parking lot, you don't have to worry about metered parking. They also have small bites. I like the bagels, they are fantastic. The staff is wonderful and friendly.

Best coffee in town. Check out their menu, very different from other coffee places. Very distinct flavours. Amaing service by the staff. I enjoy coming to tjus place every time. Ambience is good to hang around and enjoy your coffee while you work or study.

Variety of coffee to choose from ... different from your normal Starbucks or Peet's selection. $3.50 for small and $4.50 for large. Nice big seating area but bit hard to find in the shopping center.

Pretty cool place to grab a cup of coffee. Actually went in looking for espresso, but they have different kinds of drip coffee. Wifey had a Jacobs Wonderbar and Klougn Amann. Both were tasty.

It's my first time trying ambrosia as recommended by the barista and it did not disappoint. I love how it smell. The avocado toast did not amaze me as the bread was a bit hard, or it was just old.

I had a great experience at Philz Coffee during my recent visit. I ordered the Ambrosia Coffee, and it was fantastic, smooth, rich, and exactly the kind of unique flavor profile Philz is known for. My guest and I were able to really enjoy our time together because the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. Even when the shop got busier, it never reached the point where you couldn’t hold a conversation comfortably. The staff were genuinely amazing. I asked for a few recommendations before ordering, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful, walking me through different blends and flavor notes. I ended up staying almost until closing, and not once did the team make me feel rushed or out of place. Their hospitality really stood out. Parking can be a bit tricky, it is Walnut Creek after all. but aside from that small inconvenience, everything else was excellent. Definitely a place I’d come back to for good coffee, good company, and a consistently pleasant atmosphere.

I came with with my coworker but I only got a small treat since I’m not a coffee person, but the treat I got was very delicious. When I went there were a lot of people, but the workers were doing their a job fast and getting everyone coffee and food on time.

They have good customer services. The employees are nice and welcoming. And the wait is not too long. I got the avocado toast, I love it. It is delicious and have a bitter sweet taste. The flavor on top has a nice texture. The atmosphere is chill, you can study there as well.
