Such a great new Dunkin, lots of parking and a drive through generally easy to get in and out off from Vernon Valley Rd. Seems faster via the drive through than going in side, keep that in mind. This store is an awesome upgrade over old one around the corner on 25A near Laural Rd.
Mohammed was the best! He took care of our detailed order with ease and a smile! We will be back because of his excellent service! We wish the new business success in 2022

I frequent many Dunkins and the bar is so low for them. This Dunkin in particular never gives me the usual anxiety of my order being messed up, or gross, as I like their food but it has the chance of being cold or chewy. Everything is always good here. There's always parking. And, it's almost as comfortable as a Starbucks to work and meet people here. 5/5!
Cold brew is always great, and the cold foam is never melted when I pick it up. BEC is solid as well. The new location is a little sterile design-wise, but it’s way better than how the old location looked and it’s always clean. I’ve yet to have a less-than great experience here, Marina runs a tight ship.
I have no clue why everyone else has such a bad experience here, I personally love this Dunkin. I’ve never gotten attitude or had a wrong order. In fact, this Dunkin’s food is better than the other ones I’ve gone to. Their donuts are actually glazed and properly frosted, and they actually put sprinkles on (which are always left off wherever I go). Their food is usually cooked well and not burnt. This is my favorite Dunkin to go to

So far my experience here has been consistent. I usually order the same coffee at the drive through and it always tastes so good and the staff is always friendly and pleasant. Also, I went inside one day and saw the nicest display with a variety of specialty donuts.

I visit them on an average of 4-6 x Weekly and am always leaving Very Happy as well as Satisfied….. I would Recommend them Wholeheartedly and Give them 5 🌟’s across the Board.

disappointment in my hot chai Tea. It was luke warm and had an after taste.
When this DD was up the road on 25A, they were my favorite one. Now, the service is painfully slow and very literally every time I did a mobile order, it was wrong. Like 5x in a row. I stopped giving them chances. I went inside next time and they were sooooo slow. I've given up. I go to 7-11 now.
None of their systems were none of the machines worked not even the credit card processor worked

Ganged up to "remind" me to talk to the microphone for a curbside pickup and gave me a cracked lid that not only spilled coffee on my clothes and in my car but burnt my face. I had a 350 train. Ordered food to pick up on the way. I gave myself an extra 10 minutes. I waited outside the speaker for 5. Tried knocking on the window drove to the front thought I made eye contact. Went to the speaker. Gave up after 10 minutes. I’m guessing there is no way to get my money back. Will never order from Dunkin’ online again. Starbucks is way more reliable
The worst Dunkin around. Every other Dunkin I go to everything is same price except this one always changing it, messing up orders. The guy that works at night didn’t even fill my large iced coffee up he filled it maybe half way will not be back to this Dunkin.
I was the only customer in the store. There were four employees present, of which three looked up from what they were doing to see I was in the store. It took 5 minutes before anyone took my order. Beautifully laid out location, looks like they could do very well, but they don’t have the staff to do that. 👎
The worst dd I’ve ever been to and it sucks cause it’s the closest to my house but the staff is SO RUDE. They always mess my order up and if you dare ask for them to fix it be prepared for a lot of attitude and awful remarks (mostly the Hispanic lady that wears the head set ) she needs to be let go or trained properly in customer service she is miserable
Coffee was cold, when ask to reheat it the manager rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude, they “reheated” it and it was colder than before
Not gonna lie other than my 2 boys who work here ,the service is absolutely horrible . the cashiers aren’t working ?? i couldn’t even order a avocado toast🤦♂️ this place need to get new staff As soon as possible , i moved on 711 lol.
The microphone is so bad when you order. You have to scream for them to hear you and still they can barely understand what you’re saying.

Got my order wrong twice in drive through. The young kid who took my order was rude and obnoxious will never come back..older gentleman inside corrected order and was a good at his job. No straws for the iced coffee either. Get your acts together!
Absolutely no regard for customers in the store. 3 people behind the counter and no one even acknowledged us. We were standing at the counter waiting to be served and not one person could even say I'll be with you in a minute or anything . Finally we just left . I think some serious social training needs to be done with this new generation. All we wanted were 2 cups of coffee. It shouldn't be that hard .
I am a Coffee lover, I go to all different Dunkin donuts, this one is the worst. I bought a box of Joe I have to ask for milk. They gave me A Small cap of milk I need milk for 10 caps of coffee . I also asked for regular sugar they gave me five little package. I have to tell them to give me extra that I was willing to pay. This is not acceptable
Horrible customer service at the drive thru. July 2 Sunday morning: Lady was giving me attitude the moment I started ordering. She was very curt and rude as if I was the cause of her lifelong problems. So I responded no need to be rude which didn’t sit well with her. On top of that she had my order wrong for 2 items and refused to correct the issue and told me to move!!! (Not to please step aside but like a mother scolding a child). I definitely would not recommend this place unless you are up for an afternoon quarrel .

So this was seriously the worst food service/customer service experience I’ve had, maybe ever. This Saturday morning 6/18/23 I pull through the drive through and I’m immediately confused by their menu which doesn’t quite look like any other Dunkin. I want a wake up wrap and can’t remember which one I like (not listed on the menu) I tell the woman I couldn’t remember which one I like can you tell me what wraps you have? She tells me “ we have a full menu inside” mind you, they’re only like 4 of them I wasn’t asking much, so I was a little taken back but I said no I don’t want to come inside right now can you just tell me what you have? (There’s no one behind me in the drive through it’s a Saturday at 7am) she lets out the most DRAMATIC sigh I can hear her annoyance through the microphone. It was purposeful. I order, pull around to the window she hands me my coffee and my food, not a word, runs my card and another woman hands me back my card and receipt. NO JOKE I’m putting my card back in my bag.. (now, someone else pulls around to the window) the woman tells me (there’s someone behind you) very passive aggressively I’m literally putting my card away.. I felt so pressured to leave I don’t check my food and of course my order is wrong. But this was the first time I think I’ve ever directly said to a service worker that they were extremely rude. I told her “ you know you both have been extremely rude have a nice day) and I pulled off. The entire experience from start to finish was uncomfortable, unpleasant, and just unnecessary. I’m not a “speak to the manager “ kind of person but I really regret not asking to speak to one. The two Spanish woman I dealt with this morning need to be fired. And I honestly don’t say that lightly.
