Every time that I go to this Arby's, the food is ALWAYS FRESH, made to order, and the staff are the NICEST, MOST FRIENDLY, & POLITE PEOPLE in Conroe!!! It's SOOO refreshing to have fresh food & a smiling face to greet you!! I wish more establishments were like this restaurant and would take lessons from your staff on how to treat customers and people in general!! Thank You Arby's!!!
I’ve been eating at Arby’s for over 40 years. The food is exceptional and there is value for money. When they have it on the menu, the fish sandwich is absolutely outstanding. Better than the best.
I want to commend the young man who was working at the Arbys Conroe 336 on 12/23/2018 - That young man was working the front end, drive through ordering, and drive through window - all by himself. He was the only person manning the front end of that restaurant, yet he was polite and doing a great job. The management needs to give him a raise, promotion, reward or something. Not many young people these days would have been able to manage the circumstances with such grace.
Roast beef classic with swiss cheese is the best mix! I'm not a fan of fries other than McDonald's, however Arby's curly fries takes the cake!

Great food but more importantly AWESOME service ! I believe the guy in the gray shirt was a manager but he was so nice & kind. Honestly we get better service at Arby’s than any other place, including “real” restaurants, in town !
Dine in was closed but people were sitting inside eating so we went through the drive thru. We were the only ones. Prices have just gotten so high that it's unreal but nothing beats a Roast Beef Sandwich with Cheese Sauce on it, our curly fries were super fresh and HOT!!!! Service was on point.
Food is always made fresh, we like the happy hour deals. The sliders are tasty, we've tried the Buffalo chicken, pizza, & roast beef jalapeño. You can get a quick meal for $1 for ea item. My daughter likes their $1 root beer floats. Staff has always been friendly👍🏽
Arby's is a great place to eat quality meat. Their sandwiches are delicious and always fill me up. The inside of the establishment is clean and the employees are courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this location for your quick food needs. You simply cannot go wrong here.
The food was actually good and well worth waiting. The few minutes we had to wait. Looks like they were short-staffed but the people that were working were working really hard.
We hit the drive-thru for some French Dip sandwiches, and the order was filled quickly and accurately. The sandwiches were fresh and hot, and the dipping jus was delicious!
Out of the various fast food places in Conroe, this one appears to have the most consistent hiring standard. Have not encountered a rude or lazy employee at this particular restaurant. It is a bonus that my Son and I also enjoy the food. Tables are clean, and the restaurant is presentable.
So the poor manager had no training. He was struggling to give a refund in the drive through and did not know how to apply a coupon for another guest in-house. I felt so bad for him.. many customers walked
Arby's is one of those "treat yourself" places I go a few times a year. Each new time I go, the menu has doubled. I tried the new Pork Belly sandwich and was thrown for a loop. It was the most heavenly, bad-for-you sandwich I have ever had!! As always, I also got the largest roast beef they had available (I had to save that for later). With Arby's sauce and the Horsey sauce, it NEVER disappoints.

Im probably a regular at this Arby’s but this Friday around 11:30 am I stop by and picked up lunch for the family, the lady at the register was polite but the cook in the back was one of the nicest hard working employees I’ve ever seen. He was helping the lady at the register and preparing all the orders. Our meal was great and will be back soon.

This arby's has definitely stepped up its game. I'm assuming because there's a new manager and new staff. I got very simple things that used to be messed up every time I would get it. It tastes very good and high quality. I've worked for arby's back whenever I was younger and we took pride in our work. Now that I'm a single mom and work. So many nightshifts at Houston memorial I would like to be able to order something that is not rudely put together. Things have changed at this location. And it's been great. I will post pictures now.
Barbecue sandwich was beyond belief great! Flavor, size, texture and price. Like their fish sandwiches, they’re the best around. When you ask for fries without salt,that’s exactly what you get. Friendly folks, great food…wish they were closer to home!

Hey, it's an Arby's, don't expect anything amazing and you won't be disappointed. Nobody goes to Arbys for the ambience. Nobody goes there for a gourmet 5 star meal. We go to Arby's for 4 things and that's it... good meaty sandwiches, curly fries, horsey sauce, and getting to ring that dang bell. If that's what you are looking for, then this place can deliver.
The best ruben and honey mustard I have had from an Arby's. French fries were curley and seasoned almost perfectly. The lemonade was okay, but could have been better. It is from a machine so not much that can be done at the store level. The line for the drive thru was short so it made for a pretty quick process. Edited: 06-29-2022, the lemonade has gotten a lot better. Do not change the recipe for this delicious lemonade. The Ruben and honey mustard continue to be great.
Could have been nicer. But it was clean. The ladies restroom door handle needs to be replaced, so it looks kind of yucky because of caulking that is falling apart around the handle. Employees were nice.
I love this place because I love Arby's. You want curly fries with that? BOOM! Curly fries. As far as the staff, cleanliness and service you say? The guy behind the counter say's "Order for Arby's guest Adam..." like a boss. I wouldn't eat off their floors, but i would feel comfortable sitting at a table without the expectation im going to set my elbows on a ketchup handprint from the unruly child that was there before me, who coincidentally, i believe did eat off the floor... Arby's market fresh boom!
We visited for a late lunch and staff was a little overwhelmed. Probably a lot of new folks working behind the counter. My husband didn't get the sandwich he ordered but they fixed it without a problem. Consistent Arby's food menu. LOOK FOR THE BELL by the door to ring it for great service or to give some encouragement to the fast food staff trying to get it together!
Love the food and prices, plus super close to work but takes 20 minutes just to be able to order in the drive through plus 10 minutes to get the food. Their lobby isn't open yet like most other places nearby. If you have extra time no big deal but if you need you're fast food fast...probably should go somewhere else until they fully reopen.
They've really stepped up the service and food! I had stopped going here for awhile due to the meat being very dry and flavorless and the service which was outstanding, going way down hill. But came here again in a pinch recently and glad I did. Our sandwiches were juicy and delicious and the drive through lady (I wish I had gotten her name) that they have working here lately is super sweet, friendly and conscientious. She is great with customers and double checks the orders for accuracy, even remembering to put one sandwich in a separate bag for me to give to my mom. We'll done Arby's! You have the right people, now keep them.
The food is as expected, staff is courteous and professional even when they're getting a lunch rush. One customer took offense at the wait (understandable, 20 minutes is a long time for fast food) but the employee maintained a calm demeanor. They could probably use an additional team member during lunch.
Grabbed the Hawaiian roll fish sandwich and the brisket hamburger. Both delightful and refreshing! Took a star off because they didn’t have the lemonade they had as a special drink AND when I asked to give me a shake instead, they were out of that too.
I came in just before closing time on a Sunday night and the crew was still of very good humor and didn't try to rush me out of the store. I had the Diablo Chicken and it was actually spicy enough to be called what I consider spicy (everywhere else would leave me disappointed). Really good visit!
Have asked many times for this Arby’s to not forget the Bronco sauce with the jalapeño bites and even called and was told by the manager that they can’t promise it will be put in my door dash order! Not very good customer service. Everyone loves dipping sauce… wth? This order had the Bronco sauce in it!!!!! So excited that I changed the stars!!!! PLEASE CONTINUE TO DO THIS!!!!!
Stopped today to try the new (to me) steak bowl. Amber K was working. She and the cook were working their tails off during this lunch rush. She was like a tornado 🌪 Get her some help for goodness sake. Or at least a big raise. Or both. Steak bowl is a no for me but the macaroni and cheese is delicious.
Arby's is one of the best values in the fast food arena. They might've reduced the amount of horseradish in the horsey sauce, but it's still delicious.
I went through the drive-thru so I didn’t interact much with the employees. The person that took my order was pretty good and did his job trying to up-sale me, which I don’t mind. I was very hungry and purchased the 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich. This sandwich never disappoints and today was no different. The time it took to get it was a bit long, but worth it cause the roast beef was nice and warm and the sandwich went down just fine.
This is the 2nd time in a row that the food has been cold at this location. Not JUST cold but the vegetables taste like they came straight out of the refrigerator in the philly cheese steak... Which should be grilled peppers and onions. Its dissappointing to pay over $20 for a few sandwiches and wait 10 minutes for it to be prepared but turn out cold. I dont understand. On a positive note and the reason I left 3 stars is the greek gyros really are tasty. I highly recommend anyone to try one since they are limited time only.
Older location....needs a bit of freshening None of the sauce dispensers worked...diet coke leaked carbonated water front the panel. Went in for a Wagu burger, but changed my mind after seeing the price.
You pull up and have to initiate contact and once you do, your greeted with a voice that sounds burnt out on life. Expect a 15 minute wait if you're in the drive thru. Food is always good but it's usually served with a side order of depression. Makes you consider pulling into oncoming traffic once you leave.
I could hear the employees complaining about having guests since it was the 4th of July. This store really needs a face-lift. Mena sink is crooked on the wall. The men's restroom door handle is just barely on the door. They were out of multiple sauces in the dining room. It's really just a sad looking place on the inside.
As I pulled up to the drive-through window, the manager was yelling about how she was tired of hearing excuses and that "he" needed to ask his daddy for a ride to work. Very unprofessional! Besides that, the Mac N Cheese was burnt and the half pound beef N cheddar was tiny. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the food until I got home.
This particular location is dated! The drive-through window is archaic. Do not go through the drive-through if it's raining because it's guaranteed that you and the inside of your vehicle will get drenched. The food is good, but it looks like it is thrown together. You would think that Arby sauce & Horsey sauce would come with a roast beef sandwich, but you must ask for it. The billboard, which is supposed to draw you in, lacks attention to detail.

They didn't get all of my order right, yet when I called about it the manager answered the phone and apologized and offered to send "get it right cards". We will see what happens. Sucks that I didn't check my order before leaving. I live 30 minutes away and I don't feel like going back, today. I sure had a taste for those fish strips.
Please turn the ac down! Way too hot. The employees are visibly sweating as were the customers. I have COPD and honestly had a hard time breathing and the heat was horrible! The food was just ok, def8not made with care. The service was lacking any enthusiasm or attention. Staff was very distracted.
So, I haven't been to Arby's for years. A friend asked me to take her there, and I complied. We get there and there is a sign that says drive through open. There is no indication the dining room is closed. We park and get out, but oh no. The dining room is closed. Perhaps the sign should have said, dining room closed. Meanwhile, several more vehicles got ahead of us in line. But, although the drive through took forever to get through, the food was great. The lady at the drive through was pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job. She was a pleasure. I also got that Andes candy mint milk shake. It was so good, I'm willing to sit in the drive through again, just for that shake!🙂
The food is typically decent. The people making it are typically quick and get the order correct. My issue is the establishment. It needs a major update for the employees working there and the customers dining. Everything about the restaurant is run down or should be replaced. The restaurant does not look clean or maintained.
Very disappointed with my visit tonight. As seen by the attached pic, my sandwich was very off tonight. The bun was cold and the roast beef didn't look nor tasted fully cooked. The crinkle fries were hot and fresh as were the mozzarella cheese sticks. I will wait a while before visiting again.
unfortunately service was amazingly slow. The food is always good but I have never had to sit in line at the drive thru for 25 minutes. I think there were only 2 people there and 1 was the manager
The food was cold and not well cooked. I asked for hot food they came back out and taken the food I hand and just refried it.
The app wouldn't work so went through the drive thru ordered 2 sandwiches and I love Arby's food so I don't know what was up but the sandwiches Friday night were the worst that I have ever had from Arby's. It will probably be a while before I go back there.
I love Arby's and I usually have a good experience at this location, but today when I went through the drive thru I did not like the service. Once I received my food I turned back to ask for some Arby sauce since kid who helped me didn't offer any or say anything when handing me the food and he closed the door in my face and walked off after I asked him. I parked, went inside and waited for the nice lady to help me. Mind you I'm 9 months pregnant, like having my baby next Monday pregnant, and did not like the fact they treated someone with disrespect whether they are pregnant or not. I'll be back but hopefully I won't have to deal with him again.
The food quality was good, they did not get my order right and even after pulling up to the window retelling them what I had they still got the order wrong. Unfortunately this does happen you would think with what they are getting paid now for fast food employees they could at least get a single order right that only includes four sandwiches and two different kinds of sandwiches.
My last visit to this Arby's was very disappointing. An employee began yelling at me across the dining area in a way that everybody could hear. He continued to berate me for being pregnant. When he found out how many children I had he belittled me and had crude comments. It was not quiet and I have a hard time believing that no manager could hear him. Nobody addressed his behavior. Even if the food has tasted better, I would not be returning due to the lack of respect or professionalism expected from the staff.
Steak nuggets were disappointing. They left out a chicken sandwich but we live too far to go back to get the ticket resolved
I went here last June in the afternoon and it was pleasant but this time not very good. I went through the drive-thru and I could barely hear the guy on the speaker and requested no ice in my powerade but received extra instead. I pull up and the guy at the window looks at me no greeting just tells how much my order was I scared to say anything because he seemed already done mood-wise, no greeting, nothing and just a in a bad mood. I don’t want to have to feel intimidated over food i’m paying for. The other guy who put my food together was nicer and better spirits. I understand customer service can be difficult, especially working at the end of the day, but not acknowledging me at all except when to pay? I don’t know if i’ll be back.
Let dive in Arby’s today ! First we ordered off the app. Pick up time was 104 ! Mind you this was also the drive thru. One car ahead they waited just as long if not longer . So let’s get to the service ! 120 y’all we finally got our food ! Took 3 times to ask our name . The manger could be seen yelling and getting in to the employee that was new . His first day she said . It was poor business! Now the food ! Was hot and very good ! Fish deluxe was awesome ! But not the service! It feels as if they get 2 or more cars they panic !
Wow, this place consistently has problems, last visit air conditioning issues, this visit a month or more later the ice machine was out, so no cold drinks, the air conditioning was out so inside the restaurant was warm , I decided to order food to go, upon arrival at work I sat down to eat only to discover my burger was red and rare inside, I called the store and was informed that was normal and I should have requested it to be cooked more ( had I known) maybe they should inform customers "it's going to be raw is that ok"? The tables were sticky ( I sat down while waiting on food) I suggested sending someone to purchase bags of ice for drinks but was informed " no we can't do that" Very disappointed in this restaurant, I have been eating Arby's for over 40 years not sure if I will ever return to this location, sad
The fries are tasteless. The meat in the number one was really thin and that too was tasteless. The dollar store sells better lunchmeat.
I was at this place last week or so. I was on my lunch break so I decided to go to Arby's the place was so packedI waited about 25 minutes to 30 minutes still could not get my food. I could not stay had to get back to my job they did not have a manager on duty to give my freaking money back to me tell me that is not the trashiest business I've ever came across you have lost a customer for Life.....!!!!!Shame on you Arby's!!!! Looks like to me you need to check into your DM is not doing their job right respectfully need to look into this matter
15min in line today and zero apologies or explanation. Fries also ended up being half crumbs and 1/2 long pcs. Good help is hard to find BUT not as much as a having a drive thru attitude of a stoned nitwit.
The only restaurant in town that only has drive thru open only. Then they have proven to be the slowest drive thru. They're not tending to people inside so what's the hold up? Thirty minutes in line, that's when I started timing.
Well, today officially marked the last time I will have Arby's from here. I ordered a BLT and got 2 pieces of bacon for the whole sandwich. They have failed so many times. Don't go here, ever!
Last night we had a family night there. The staff was ugly. Touch my French fries that my daughter was going to eat. Made comments that didn't need be said. Place needs a whole new make over. Guy making the food looks dead and girl taking orders is unfriendly. Dining room looks like something from 2001 its not enough soap and water to clean this place just start over.
After they got my order wrong, I call up there and the first guy on the phone tells me we’re in a rush and hangs up on me. I call back and a lady answers claiming she is the manager, wants me to leave my job and drive back so they can correct their mistake then tells me I’m the only cook and we are busy and hangs up on me. So to recap no staff because everyone is busy, no management, piss poor customer service and a complete disregard for being a decent establishment.
-10 is what this location deserves. Idk why I thought this was a okay place to eat OMG looks decent from the outside but about to fall apart in the inside. Not even the just of it the staff OMG the staff super gross most of them anyway. The white guy that works there currently scratching his self below his belt and continues to fix order I just walked out. I can't entertain Nope not at all.
We like to pickup your sandwiches periodically but at the drive thru the kid questioned my order and then didn't do much but give the amount and hold her handout for my payment. Next day we are having issues commonly attributed to lack of cleanliness in food prep and handling. It has put y'all on the back burner with the fire off. Please clean up that place!

Overpriced food, employees in the back very loudly complaining about customers coming in and ordering in the drivethru, the lobby floor was sticky and the entire store looks decrepit and run down, the food keeps getting more expensive but they keep taking meat off the sandwichs. I won't be back any time soon.
I have reviewed Arby's many times and never really had any problems there, until today, I ordered their Deluxe fish sandwich, I had never tried it before and boy I wish I still hadn't. It was horrible ! It looked like someone had mashed it down with the palm of their hand everything had slid off of it and the cheese was 2 different shades of yellow. Not good my husband ordered a double Beef and Cheddar, what he got was not close to what he ordered. I don't know if they are under new management or what but if that is what I can expect from Arby's now they shouldn't expect me back. Update, I followed the link they sent me and I filled out the form that was there and I never heard back.
I was not really a fan of the management at this location. The girl at the drive thru was really nice but the question I asked was answered by the manager who was rude. She left the window open and she was talking really loudly about decorating the parking lot with another person. I do not really think this is professional and talking about violence at work in front of customers is completely unacceptable.
Teresa was the order take ordered 3 beef and cheddar 1 fish 2 Jamoka shake. No napkins dry roast beef no sauce no cheddar no straws no napkin. Called her said she didn't hear beef and cheddar have what was on sale. Who wants a dry as dry can be sandwich roast beef between a bun?? Noone. She didn't care about our opinion said she was right. All bad. No wonder they are not busy. Mean staff no condiments no straws no napkins should have went to burger King at least you get it the way you want. She is horrible. They should die her
got screamed at and run off by a very agitated manager all because I walked up to the drive through window and said I was there to pick up a door dash order. She yelled at me that I had to go through the drive thru line. so I got in my car and drove around the building and got in the drive through line. When I finally got to "order" she ask if I was the person that walked up to the window, I replied yes and she told me to leave she was not serving me. I ask about the person that actually ordered the food, she didn't care about them either. She threatened to call door dash to get be banned from her store and removed as a driver. I felt real bad for my customer
Generally I like Arby's but this one was really bad. We stopped by around 9pm for some drive through. I had a roast beef sandwich with curly fries. Of course, as we pulled away I dove into the bag to enjoy some fries on the way home.... OMG they were stone cold and the texture was rubber. even the flavor was off. These had to be sitting for an hour or two after they were cooked to get this bad. How do you serve two large fries to customers that are this disgusting? Cook more. The sandwitches were okay, but again, weren't as warm as they should be.
Customer service in drive thru was horrible elderly man fred or ted name was very rude and ignored us when we request item him and the other associate look at us and ignored my kids meal were nuggets were over cooked and didn't gave us what we need it. Very poor service..
By far the worse food I have gotten anywhere in Conroe, TX ever! I had their Deluxe fish sandwich, it looked like someone had mashed it down with the palm of their hand everything had slid off. My husband ordered a double Beef and Cheddar what he got was no where near what he ordered. If this is what I can expect from Arby's they can expect me not to be back.
I ordered through door dash when I received my order of reuben meal with large curly fries and large dr pepper I didn't get the curly fries and the dr pepper was just iced carbonated water the sandwich was great though wouldn't mind having fries and a drink though since I did order those items and paid for them
chicken cordon bleu is griseled chicken and got the hill of the bread for reuben sandwich. very disappointed in my experience. can barely eat the sandwich.
I ordered a honey mustard chx wrap, a bbq chx wrap, and a buffalo chx slider. I was asked 8 times what my order was. They repeated the order wrong 8 times. Saying stuff like you want a honey mustard slider and a beef slider with bbq. Long story short, they cant take an order. Very frustrating. Took way too long for the food. And had me pull off to the side with no one behind me or in line. No wonder why their drive thru line is always empty. Ill go to any other fast food on this street next time.
Been coming to this specific arbys location for 12 years. Arbys is my favorite fast food restaurant. Today the food and service was so bad it made me want to never eat here again. Nobody was rude to me or anything just terrible food and service.
Absolutely horrible. I had wait for my food 5 minutes and my fries were cold I was shorted a cheese stick I ordered 1/2 lb beef cheddar i barely got any meat . I tried calling after I realized my fries were cold no answer the phone just rang and rang . Absolute joke of a place . Should have known since it was dead . Short change customers of your going to give cold food least you could do is know how to count and give appropriate amount of food . Stealing from customers is what you are doing.
Empty dinning room and 2 people in line behind us. Full kitchen staff and yet it took 20 after we pulled to the window to even be acknowledged.... food was wrong. Fries were cold and no salt. Will not be coming back. I suggest you skip and go to subway. Way cheaper and bigger portions.
This is a change from my previous rating of 5 stars. Everything from waiting almost 20 minutes to order at the drive thru to wrong drinks, wrong sandwich, smashed beyond recognition sliders. The person taking the order asks for us to wait a minute. No problem. We waited a very long time, they didn't come back to take our order until the 2 cars waiting on their food were gone. I'm pretty sure they forgot about us. The man at the window gave us the wrong drinks...it happens. I politely let him know. He was clearly angry or upset about something. He threw the lids around and smashed our lids on. He broke them, noticeably to him and us, but gave them to us. We checked the bags for the number of items. Get home, no cheese on the beef and cheddar, and it, along with the sliders, were completely smashed... I'm talking pancake smash. Possibly on purpose. I am very generous with good reviews, but this was awful 😖.
Paid 13$ for my meal. That was cold, tasted like trash. Then paid 1$ more for a side cup of cheddar, that was not even half full. I love Arby’s, but I will not be back to this location. If someone is paying extra for something at least fill the cup all the way not a quarter of the way, and for a 14$ lunch it should probably be hot.
I ordered door dash food was wrong. Then went in with my husband we was the only ones in there. And full staff talking hanging out we places order no one drive through still did order wrong. Being we was the only customer why they still couldn’t get order right when everyone In the whole Arby’s could hear us placing order. With all the big food places out there and this one looking like it’s going to shut down. Sticky floors out dated and full staff but still can’t get an order right not once’s at this location.

After a long day of work, my family and I stopped at Arby’s to get dinner. Unfortunately, this experience was so poor that it will be the last time I visit any Arby’s location. Based on what occurred, it appeared there was a serious lack of quality control and professionalism. I was required to repeat my order a total of six times—four times at the menu speaker and twice again at the drive-through window. Despite this, the order was still not handled correctly. The employee taking my order, Vanessa, appeared visibly impaired. When I asked her if she was high, she looked embarrassed, glanced around the restaurant, and then asked me to be quiet because she did not want to get in trouble. Vanessa, who had already struggled to take the order, then attempted to hand me her THC vape through the drive-through window, told me to calm down, and asked if I wanted to use it—while my children were present in the vehicle. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Due to the repeated issues, I asked her to have someone else finish the order. I eventually received my food—or what I thought was my food. Once I arrived home, I realized the meals were incorrect and that two of my meals were missing entirely. While still at the drive-through window, I had gone over the entire order with the manager and confirmed it was correct, yet the order was still wrong. This further demonstrates a complete lack of quality control. I do not write reviews often, as I understand that mistakes happen, but this experience went far beyond a simple error and was overall unacceptable.
Stopped by for a quick bite and ended up getting a side of attitude with my meal. The food was fine, but when I got my change back, I was shorted a dollar. Mistakes happen—we’re all human—but when I politely asked about it, instead of just fixing the issue, I got an eye-roll and an attitude like I was trying to scam them out of a buck. Listen, Arby’s may have the meats, but apparently they don’t always have the math. People...check your change before you walk away! A dollar might not seem like much, but it’s the principle (and it can buy you an extra curly fry if you’re lucky). Would love to see better customer service here—fast food should come with fast fixes, not fast sass.
Slow service in the drive-thru. Only 3 cars ahead of me, and the guy on the speaker kept rushing me and cutting me off. The quality of the food was mediocre and expensive for what I actually received. I wanted to get a different side item but the guy would not quit rushing me. I didn't even get a thank you when I got to the window.
Food tasted decent but it was slapped together and had very little cheese sauce on the beef and cheddar. Service was the worst it took over 15 minutes to get my food and that was after me going to the counter to ask where my food was. It was sitting there while they catered to the drive thru and not on the dine in. I also had to ask for napkins because they did not have any in the restaurant and was given 2 napkins for a table if 2.
Ordered 4 sandwiches got 3. Fries were correct. My fault for not checking order but how hard is it to get a fast food order correct? There was no one else in drive thru and 1 person inside. Not like they were busy.
I ordered the $9.99 burger and shake deal on the app during my lunch at work. When I got there, there was a sign saying the lobby is closed, okay, not a big deal I'll go through the drive through and eat it at work. I get to the window and I'm told they don't have any shakes, the machine hasn't worked since Monday. I get a fountain drink, not happy, but not worth complaining about. I get back to the break room at work and the burger is RAW, really raw, still cool in the middle, inedible... So I ordered a meal, didn't get the Shake, or an edible burger, at least the fry's were good. Not happy, I'd like a refund or a voucher to replace the order when the shake machine is working, and please let your employees know that you can't serve raw meat, I'm hoping I don't get sick from the raw ground beef...
Haven't been here in years so I decided to stop in. Mistake. Female employee at counter was on her phone therefore I received no greeting. As I stood there waiting to order I had to ask her if I could? Seriously?? She had an attitude and besides her continually looking at her phone she kept coughing. Gross. Cover your mouth Please! Upon getting my order I walked over to the soda machine, wondered when the last time that (or anything else in this location) was cleaned? Noticed the condiment pumps were nasty with dried up product. Sigh. The restaurant was completely empty yet had dirty tables, food on the floor and yet they had 5 employees standing around doing nothing? The food was just as bad as the dirty floors. After one bite it went right into the trash. I will not ever be back!! I'm surprised the health department has not shut this place down. See photos.....
