I was reluctant to stop because the drive thru looked busy, but I was 7 cars back and was back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Nothing like customer service that is efficient and respectful of your time. Host 656 was friendly, thanked me for my business, and provided truly exceptional customer service. I ordered the pastrami sandwich, she confirmed all the toppings, and would not hesitate to order it again. I have had many items from this location and they never disappoint. If you are in the mood for a great sandwich, stop in and try Potbelly at Loop 336 and I-45.

This location is always so quick, and service is always great! The sandwiches are always so fresh, made to order, and so flavorful! I love that they sell zappos chips because those are some of my favorite! The chicken club is my absolute fave!! I 10/10 recommend this location.

My husband and I ordered Potbelly's for the first time last night and our experience was out of this world. Food was delicious and taste amazing. I had ordered the BLTA with baked lays and my husband had the veggie melt and medditerian sandwich. We will definitely be ordering from there again.

Sandwhich maker, Foster and peers provide friendly service with a smile. Kisha the General Manager does an impeccable job demonstrating to the workers great customer service. This location is fast, clean, and the staff is both welcoming and friendly. I have always had a love for Italian subs and Potbelly makes them perfectly. Double meat, the works, hots, and oil. Perfection.

Nice fast food option if u are looking for something beyond the typical burger and fries. I especially love their loaded bake potato soup. What I dont love is having to pay extra for cheese and bacon added when it is suppose to be a "loaded baked potato soup". So actually it is a plain baked potato soup unless u choose to pay extra for toppings. I also really like their roast beef and provolone sandwich there. I tried their Italian sandwich yesterday and it was just ok I guess. I would give them 5 stars if they would advertise their soup properly, just irritates me. The service in drive through is usually friendly and never had too long of a wait.

We hadn’t been to Pot Belly in years, but always have enjoyed eating there. We were out running errands and decided to have dinner here on Friday night. Needless to say, our years of way inspired us to order way too much food for one meal, but led us to some delicious and other not so delicious tastes. I ordered the steakhouse beef combo (with jalapeño Zapps potato chips), mac and cheese, and half an apple walnut salad. My husband ordered the Italian combo (with salt and vinegar potato chips) and a cup of chili. We both wanted tea, but there was no tea out for self-service. We asked and they did have fresh tea for the drive thru menu which the staff kindly filled and refilled for us. I just thought it was strange to not have any for the main dining room at 6:30p on a Friday. The steakhouse beef was just a disappointing sandwich. :( It’s described as “angus roast beef, crumbled blue cheese, provolone, horseradish aioli”. I love all of the words in this description and was really excited for my sandwich. Unfortunately, the beef was very fatty, as in just full bites of fat that I couldn’t eat. The blue cheese crumbles were incredibly overpowering and completely detracted from the taste of the sandwich. Other toppings were fresh, but I couldn’t even taste the provolone, don’t even know if it was there. And the peppers seemed different. Not sure if it was just my sandwich, but we could’ve sworn the hot peppers used to be a green and red pepper mix, I just had green peppers. My husband, however, enjoyed the chili and the Italian. I enjoyed the mac and cheese and took the salad home. The restaurant itself was clean, there was plenty of seating, and the young people who were working were friendly enough. They repeated our order back to us and were efficient in moving us to the register.
