We went to Logan's as a family and had a great experience. Our server Danii was wonderful! The food was great. The rolls were delicious. Service was excellent. The manager Wesley came by to check on us and make sure everything was perfect! Great experience!

From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly inviting and took us back right away. Our server Presley did a stand up job he was patient friendly and made sure we had the best experience possible. The food was beyond good it was great absolutely will be back! Presley thank you brother you did an amazing job!

Two visits now and no complaints either time! Great food, Wonderful staff, radio a little loud, but we visit early so it’s not crowded. P.S. Abbie’s perfume smells AMAZING! Ladies should definitely ask her about it!!!

It’s been a spell since we visited Logan’s Roadhouse. The dinner was great. The steaks were super tender and flavorful! (Great salads) Nice family restaurant for our family. Our server Mark was super, friendly and organized. When going out to eat we enjoy the experience of being waited on and at Logan’s Roadhouse. I give it 5 stars from beginning to finish!

Very Great. Honestly was indecisive to eat here. They blew Texas Roadhouse out of the water. The food,service and drinks were amazing!! I loved Abbie our server! Very nice and helped recommend a lot of things. Also try their new nachos. They were delicious!!

We had the best service tonight! We were out to celebrate an anniversary and our waitress KailynnG was so phenomenal. She was kind, attentive, and had a smiling personality. I want to add, that we eat out a lot, and I am very critical of waitresses as I used to be in food service myself. She was great at her job, seemed happy to be there, and made our experience the best! She brought things we asked for, checked on us, and did it all with a smile. Our food was on point, so A+ to the cooks also. The restaurant was clean and all the staff from hosts, wait staff, and bussing were working so hard. I am so glad we chose this place for our anniversary dinner. We will be back!

When we walked in the hostess was very bubbly and kind .Had an amazing server! (Abbi) She got us everything we needed, and was very friendly & kind. The food was very good ….although there was a hair on my food. Other than that; service, atmosphere, and food were AMAZING! They also do military discount. Overall it was an amazing time :)

Went to Logan’s for the first time. Friendly customer service. Great, fresh food including made homemade yeast rolls and a cinnamon apple dessert. Macey was an excellent server, and the kitchen Manager Wes came out to say hello. I highly recommend Logan’s in Conway!

Fantastic service! I had Lea as my waitress, and she was incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure everything arrived right on time and with a smile. If I come back, I’ll definitely be asking for her again. The food was excellent too!

Came in late on a Saturday, was immediately seated. Lindsey, my server, was very nice! Drink was always full, got my food very quickly. Steak was cooked to perfection, and medium rare is a difficult steak to perfect. Lindsey nearly talked me into a dessert though I was too full to eat anything and she was very attentive throughout my visit. Will definitely be back!

When I initially walked in, I was enticed by a southern style sweet lemonade, which Was delicious. I visited the restroom, which smelled just like soap and Samuel Adams himself was Doing a toast to me as I Used the urinal. As I walked out of the restroom, I saw a sign that was of Route 66, and it made me want to go on a road trip, just like the rest of the place Very well decorated. The food was also good. The ranch is acceptable. I got exactly what I asked for. My date Had her order very undercooked initially, but they redid it quickly and it looked amazing and was also tasty.

We came in right at closing and weren’t sure if they were still open since chairs were stacked, but the staff immediately welcomed us and explained they had just finished power washing the floors (hence the air movers making it a bit chilly). Service was stellar - friendly, prompt, and attentive, even though we were the last table. The rolls were amazing!The steak was good quality, though the seasoning wasn’t really to my taste. Overall, a solid experience with excellent staff who made us feel welcome despite the late hour.

We stopped for dinner while on business trip.Food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. Atmosphere was comfortable. Waitstaff was little off. Our waitress was sweet but having an off night. Staff were not on the same page. Took a while to get checks and then a while to get cards ran and paid. Was an average visit.

Music very loud!! Wife's steak suppose to have been well done and very red. Wife's steak and bake potato was on the cold side. My steak and bake potato was good except steak very tough. Took about 35 minutes to get meal. First time in a year eating here. It has changed. Was one of my favorite places in Conway to eat but today wasn't what I was expecting.

You Are Special!

My husband and I took our grandkids here today and had the worse service ever! They were not even busy at all. We were seated at a large table and was told the server would be right with us, but nobody came. I finally stood up to go find some and this lady was coming from the back all puzzled cause nobody had given us anything but menus and she was very apologized and got our drinks. A young girl came and took our order then disappeared for long period of times. She brought us our bill then diapered again and we got tired of waiting on her to come back so we left our money on the table and left! Our bill was very high for the poor serves we got. We will not be back nor would I ever recommend this place to our friends and family

Seriously shocked at how bad our experience was. The music was so loud that I could not even think. The server asked us to repeat ourselves, we asked her the same- 0/10 experience. I’m not some old lady- I like music as much as anyone but that was bar level loud. I even wore loops to try and reduce the volume and it was still painfully loud. Ridiculous. We asked them to lower it twice and of course nothing was done. Food was just okay but we will never be back. Horrible first and last experience.

We just had lunch in Conway and the experience was terrible. We were never asked to refill our drinks. Our baked sweet potatoes were so hard you couldn’t stick a fork in them, we were not served the side of rice we ordered until we asked where it was and it was too cold to eat. We told our waitress about it and she never offered to do anything to fix it. Will never eat there again.
