The service was the best I've ever seen at any restaurant! Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. Food was fresh and hot. I absolutely loved it here! I will become a regular. Thank you for having me.

My husband and I eat here often, usually for takeout but we have dined inside and outside before as well. The food is always good, and staff are always friendly. We use the app for rewards points, which add up to a free entree, and aren't location specific. I love their pico de gallo.

Great food without taking a long time to receive. Food is cooked fast and well done. Staff is helpful, never have an additude. And the atmosphere is fun and colorful with retro paintings and stickers murals covering the walls make for an all around great place to eat and be with friends.

I got the blackened chicken quesadilla with everything on it. I got some different sauces to try ( they have a hot sauce bar!). The ambience of the restuarant was neat too. Kind of reminded me of a bowling alley back in the day. My only complaint is the music was a little too loud for me but thats just my preference anyways. Excellent place. I'll be frequenting this location specifically alot more.

Second time here! Now Sadia was at the front, awesome girl and outstanding service. Thank you for having a great staff, even being Sunday near closing time -> Rocking a smile and great VIBES. First time here, will definitely come back. Had the two tacos with chips. Everything was delicious. Just walked up to the register and said: First time here, I want tacos surprise me. Josh had it under control, very kind and great customer service. Came around the table later on and asked me how did it go. Thank you for service and great tacos.

Went on Cinco de Mayo. Restaurant was extremely, however our food came out fairly quickly. The burritos weren't hot. I spoke to the manager and they remade them. The margaritas were good and reasonably priced. 2 for $5. All in all it was delicious. Will go back again.

One of the things I look forward to doing when I visit Ft Lauderdale is get tacos on Tuesday it’s the best part of my vacation - T-Flats does not disappoint . Bought 3 bottles of sweet sauce to take home . It’s awesome !! Highly recommend !!

Many years ago, this was one of our favorite places for a quick lunch or dinner. But then something happened and the quality wasn't that great, so we stopped coming. And now again, they've made some significant changes, the food is excellent, plentiful with lots of choices. As a pescatarian, I had a few choices and I would say even a vegetarian would find something to like.

Service always friendly and prompt. Occasionally chips or shells are not fresh but overall food is usually great. Great deals all the time. Earn rewards in the app!

I believe you can tell a lot about a company based on how they handle bad situations. Last night, I ordered pick up through the website. I arrived home to my pregnant wife and the queso and chips were missing. That's what my wife wanted the most so it was very upsetting to have paid for an item but mostly that we didn't have the queso. The refund doesn't help missing of an entire item and the reason why we ordered here to begin with. I called in very upset and spoke with a manager name Matthew. He couldn't have been better. He apologized and mentioned there isn't anything we can do to help but kept apologizing, refunded one of my taco orders, offered to have me come in so he can apologize in person and offered a free queso next visit. It wasn't the freebies that had me impressed, it was the way he handled me as a very upset customer. He didn't make excuses, just said they dropped the ball and offered to make it as right as he could. I was went from being mad to understanding as we all make mistakes. Matthew mentioned the other store managers too just in case I wasn't satisfied. Matthew did an excellent job of taken accountability, apologizing, and doing whatever he can to keep me a customer. I will check the bag next time before I leave the store, but the way this complaint was handled makes me want to keep supporting this location.

Not exactly a Megajuania taco with everything that I've had in the past. Manager stated, "it's double meat not extra produce". Not the normal friendly service we've come to expect after being a 10+ year 100 plus visits, customer. No offer for refills, or anyone checking on the quality of food. Hopefully just an "off day" . Update: Pleased to say, went back today everything was fantastic as usual. Very attentive to all the details.

The food was excellent. Service to order was slow. It took four people to find their code for Teacher Appreciation Day. The person taking my order didn't even know they had a special for teachers that day and it was on the screen behind her. Had a bit of a wait for them to figure it out. I really miss the Plantation location.

They offer deals on different days of the week. Unfortunately, lately, the last two visits have been less than stellar. The bowls are mostly rice with just a smigeon of chicken.

Too small of a building so it gets crowded quickly. They have outside seating, but how often in Florida do you want to sit outside to eat? It's either too hot or it's raining more often than not. Food is good, not enough choices for mild sauce whenever I go. They focus a lot on the severely hot ones. Service isn't always great. Long line at the register, lingering guests, not enough employees outside of the kitchen area.

Ordered the smackin burrito and it was alright , it had like fried chicken chunks and the nachos came in a big portion. Food was average and the place was unique but not so much kid friendly. The art and menu names weren't kid friendly. they do serve alcohol.

The signature feature of this place is their hot sauce bar. I came by to try their new ground turkey option. I ordered the ground turkey burrito with all the veggies. It was pretty good. However, I also tried their beef burrito and the beef was too greasy. The staff was excellent, very friendly, and courteous.

Decor is really awful. Very small space with large, miserable excuses for wall art. Paintings on walls are shouting "miserable." If I hadn't liked the food at all, I would not enter from seeing through the windows. I never eat in, only take out. They do have a variety of beer. Believe it or not, they even carry beer not made by ANHEISER-BUSH!

Your average Tijuana flats. Long standing location. Tried their new fish tacos and I was unimpressed..food came out cold, ordered corn and received flour, fish was meh. Would recommend getting chicken or steak.

We haven't been here since last year. I ordered the steak flauta, and it was hardly no meet. I unrolled one of the flautas it had 2 tiny pieces of meat , the size of a chickpea and little cheese. Lots of tortilla empty inside 😔 the other order was a chicken burrito, lots of rice, and hardly chicken. Few were not clean, and the place was empty .

We ordered 3 different meals... spent $30. We ordered 2 sides of sour cream. We ask for a 3rd and get told “you’ve already ordered 3 (untrue), you will have to pay for another.” This is after we were told to ask for any sauce we’d like at the counter when ordering since the bar was closed because of the virus. They also got 2/3 orders wrong. Horrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Ordered from here the other day and towards the end of my meal I realized a piece of my chicken was pink. Didn’t even think anything of it, I just had removed that piece but at that point we were all pretty much at the end of our meals. My other two family members had the same exact meal and the next day we were all throwing up and basically had food poisoning!! This is so unacceptable. Will not be eating here again.

The food was cold. The steak was hard and tough like it had been sitting all day long. The service was okay. This location is not the best.

I wish I could give them zero stars! I ordered at 1:15 for food at 6:15. They accepted order. Charged credit card and then say order in process. Can't cancel. At 7:44 they finally say sorry, we don't have what you ordered so we will cancel. My sons birthday-all he wanted was tacos so why I ordered so early in day so would not be an issue. Then they make us wait over an hour and a half after our 6:15 time before telling us they don't have what we ordered. They don't even offer to give us anything else! We ordered beef and steak tacos for 6-how hard is that!! Tijuana Flats-Cooper City on Stirling just west of Pine Island. Don't go there ever!

Your motto is leave no taco unsauced that is not true i had take out of a hard taco and a soft taco and chips no sauce was on the hard or soft taco it was dry the small amount of chicken was dry and their was no sauce at all nothing was in the tacos it was terrible it was very dry whoever made that didn't care about the customer this is my first time and my last

I wish I did take photos this time. I tried the new street corn chicken tacos. It took a while to come out and when it did the tacos had almost nothing in them. I had to peel them apart just to see if anything was really there. If you're going to serve tacos make sure you serve something that looks like your ads or just be proud to charge 17 dollars for. The price was my drink and a side of queso included but still. If I was the owner or manager I would be embarrassed to serve what I got!!

My lady had chicken tacos they were so so,the chips n dip was good. the lighting in this place sucks reminds me of an old record shop from the 70s, the decor, well, its decor. Customer service was decent. The young person at the register was very shy and spoke low.. thanks for the experience, but I won't be recommending this place for anything wasted my money here.....

My lady had chicken tacos they were so so,the chips n dip was good. the lighting in this place sucks reminds me of an old record shop from the 70s, the decor, well, its decor. Customer service was decent. The young person at the register was very shy and spoke low.. thanks for the experience, but I won't be recommending this place for anything wasted my money here.....

Got home and noticed the tacos were cold, one of them were runny (gross) and the chips were stale. This is unacceptable.
