Visited at 10pm to get pizza, garlic knots and brownies as takeout. There was no queue, the guy was very friendly. Preparation was fast. Prices are good. And it was quite tasty.

something went wrong with the tech side of the online order i made, and the staff here, particularly Mario, made sure the issue could be fixed and that everything was seamless. of course there was a small wait due to the mixup, but he made sure that my order came out promptly and threw in a sauce for me due to the inconvenience. his customer service, as well as the customer service of the staff member/cashier who was wearing a pink mask, was amazing. love this location, and will be coming back

I actually live closer to the Papa John's located at Bird Rd and 67th Ave. But after repeated disappointments with their pizza making (order extra sauce, double toppings...ONE employee there knows what those things mean, but others insist on minimal sauce and single portion toppings). So we ordered 2 pizzas from this location...what a superb difference! The pizzas were perfect! Exactly how we ordered! Unless they disappoint us in the future, this is our go-to location for Papa John's pizza!

While I prefer mom and pop style pizza, this Papa John’s is conveniently located and the staff on shift went above and beyond to ensure my pizza was delivered after a mishap. The service during my experience was 5/5. Papa John’s pizza is a 2/5 for me.

Famous but a very bad pizza

Ordered 2 pepperoni and sausage pizzas on Uber Eats- there was a promotion- and called and asked them to not put toppings on one of the pizzas, (even though we paid for it) and I wasn't asking for a price adjustment either. (uber eats doesn't give you an option to comment requests.) The girl on the phone said they cant 'touch' our pizza because we ordered it on uber eats and that i would have to cancel and re-order. I asked if she can just put the toppings on the side and she said no, my daughter doesn't eat meat and now will have to pick it off. It's just annoying that they wouldn't put the toppings on the side or not at all when they're getting the same amount of money for it... ridiculous.

Ok, I come to this establishment to spend my money because we have always liked Papa Johns pizza and supposedly they are open until three and when you want to enter they don't let you in and they serve you from a window and you have to ask for your order from outside on top of that They treat you as if you were a dog, they don't even let you enter even if you have a bench to sit on to wait for your order. Inside, I would have given my life for something to happen to me or my family outside waiting for the order or they would rob us or a car would deviate and accident to one of us so that they could see the great demand that we were going to put on the establishment to the chain and the workers because going to consume and spend our money and being left out as a customer is very, very Badly, at least me and my family will not return again and I hope someone from the management sees my review and does something because how are they going to leave someone standing outside and the room inside empty when it was barely 9:45 at night in Miami? Workers increasingly believe they are the owners of the establishments. I understand that they are taking care of crime, but so are we and we are the clients. If they do not want to deal with the danger of working at night, they should change jobs.

"Adrian the store manager" decided to cancel my order at 730pm tonight but the store closes at 8pm. And when call him to ask, he had major attitude emphasizing its Xmas eve. Not fair to customers. Otherwise, they should have posted "this store stops taking orders at 730pm".

I ended up calling the police because of the poor service and how verbally and physically aggressive they were. I called to place an order and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called again and they put me on hold again, this time for over 30 minutes. I went to the place to place the order thinking that they didn't know Spanish and when the person working arrived he was doing absolutely nothing and spoke both languages perfectly. I told him to place my order and in a very bad way he says, "I'm sorry, I can't right now, I have a lot of orders." I say, "Okay, but take my order." He says, "I'm not going to take anything." I say, "Okay, I want to speak to your manager," and he closes the window in my face. It turns out that the manager was the number 0 for this place. They should have changed staff now. How is it possible that they allow this treatment towards customers and continue working as if nothing happened? 👎

Placed an order online for delivery to celebrate with my students. When I called the store I got "I'm sorry" I'll make it up to you" Well, that is impossible. Today was the last class! Very irresponsible, careless and the worst service from a pizza place. Do your job well and you don't have to apologize! I will never buy pizza from Pappa Johns. Worst customer service EVER!
