Of all the times I've been, they've already made me two pizzas with no ingredients other than cheese, the service is terrible, they serve you reluctantly and always want to sell you whatever they want, so it's best to order through the app, and just pick it up. Everything else was fine (the one in the photo was supposed to be a four (4) in one, they only put cheese on it (also I didn't check until I was going to eat it) and they never answered the number they have on Google

They give you pizza that has been prepaid and hard, instead of fresh and soft,U can't add extra sauce or cheese which is unusual when ur paying for what U want,Not what they want,I don't have the receipt anymore,I never save them,But I ordered the Hawaiian Duo,I asked if they could switch the ham for bacon instead and they said they couldn't because it was pre made,I asked them if they could put extra sauce and cheese and they said no,I told them I wanted a fresh pizza and that I would pay extra for the extras,They said no,I ordered the pizza in Cordoba,Ver.,Mexico, I'm from the United States and have never had a problem ordering pizza at Little Caesars,They even make ur pizza Infront of U fresh and give U exactly what I order,But the people here were rude,refused to make my pizza the way I wanted and it was not fresh,It had been sitting in the incubator for a while, When it's fresh, It's soft and hot,When it has been sitting for awhile,It hardens,I have no teeth on top, That's why I asked for fresh,Not ready to go,I love ur pizza,But when I pay for what U want,U should get what U want,Am I right or wrong??

Esperando casi 40 min formado Para que salgan con que no tienen pizzas de $99 que por que rappi los esta consumiendo mucho, pero te ofrecen otras pizzas mas caras que son las que tienen la mano El sabor es bueno pero el servicio es pesimo al darle prioridad a los servicios de entrega a domicilio en vez de a los que llevamos rato formados esperando Actualizacion Domingo 5 de marzo 2023 Mismo cuento despues de 10 meses volvi a little cesaers y salen con su "ni tinimis di pipirini" te tienen esperando por un ratote afuera formado para que te digan eso 🙄

El lugar está bien, el sabor de la comida está bien lo malo es la atención y actitud al cliente, tardan mucho en esa sucursal en atender incluso para solo entregar una pizza pues nunca hay disponibles más que de queso o hawaiana, llegándose a tardar hasta más de una hora para entregar solo una pizza, la vez pasada tenía contemplado comprar una rápido o esperar "de 10 a 20 minutos" como dicen y esperé una hora y media, encima de que pregunte tres veces si ya la habían hecho y cuando les dije que ya llevaba más de una hora una empleada fue a checar a la cocina con mi ticket y resulta que apenas la iban a preparar, me parece muy desagradable, fuera de eso tiene potencial. Quiero pensar que el encargado de sucursal no supervisa de forma correcta o alguien no lo hace como debe deberían eso

Little Cesar interior de Sotiana pésimo servicio, nunca tienen pizza de Peperoni te hacen esperar 40 minutos, te dan las pizzas que tienen frías y todavía les molesta que les digas que sus pizzas estan frías!! Lugares para comer super sucios, esta muy antihigienico el lugar, yo enferme por comer en ese lugar !! El baño esta horrible.

Las pizzas son exquisitas, pero el servicio es pésimo, la app muy bien lo malo es que dice una hora y el pedido está listo una hora y media o hasta 2 horas después, necesitan mejorar su servicio y darle prioridad a sus órdenes en línea, para está la app y si no, mejor que ni vendan por ahí.

Bad service, orders take forever. It took 5 hours to get 2 pizzas, and the people behind us got their pizzas before us. Just terrible service. Oh, and we saw Dembélé.

Crappy pizza and terrible service The last time I went I stood in line for like 40 minutes, when I finally got there I ordered a pepperoni pizza with a cheese crust to which they told me I would have to wait another hour for it, so I asked what other ones they had to which they told me the pepperoni pizza was $99 and others that I wasn't interested in, I had to buy the $99 pizza but when I finished eating it I felt a slight stomach ache and nausea, for this very reason I decided to never buy here again and besides that they want to sell you whatever they want

Today I bought 2 Super Cheeses at the window (drive-thru) in front of Shangri-la Plaza. They charged me $338.00. I paid with a card for a party with my daughter. 30 minutes after the party, when I opened them, I realized the SCAM they had committed on me by giving me 2 pizzas for $89 pesos, and poorly made, making me feel embarrassed in front of their guests since it was not the type of pizza they wanted. It is unfortunate that they do this type of actions, defrauding the consumer who gives them preference. And for a change, there is nowhere to report it and the published phone number is useless.
