Ordered a whopper with everything except for the onion. I got a burger with a small amount of mayo, a drop of ketchup and 2 small pickles. What's going on with no tomato and no lettuce. Very disappointed.

Ordered a chicken sandwich... the lettuce was old, turning brown, the mayo was just put in the middle of the sandwich. They weren't busy, so there is no reason for it to have been put together so sloppy. Management needs to think about having a "no cell phone on the line" policy.

Why did I only give it such a low rating ? The service was a one because they didn't get to order right , which led to a two on the food . I give the atmosphere 3 even though I'm news in the Drive-Thru . Which layer 2 going down the road and realizing my order was not right ! Gone are the days of them listening and have your way, replaced with you rule . All I wanted was the Whopper combo without onion and no mayo but add mustard . Medium sized Coke . Dishwashing a speaker problem , it ended with please drive up and me explaining what I wanted. Before I drove off I should have checked because I ended up with a piece of onion and all the Mayo normal followed by a dab of mustard. If all these companies have time to slow the line down by them doing their spill , then I think it's time for us as customers to make sure they get it right . In hold the window down and not drive off until you know you have what you ordered . And break these companies of this crap .

I had to pick up a replacement order here & I wasn't to pleased with the food; it tasted like it had been cooked, refrigerated, then cooked again if not a repeat of that. The manager on duty was such a sweetheart though & was running her little legs off to keep everything in working order. I only seen two other employees & they were working, but they were extremely slow.

I called to say smth they were mean and hung up the ABSOLUTE worst

Come in to get the new sponge bob pack and they was out of everything! Learn how to order truck so you don’t run out of things … lady up front was not pleased to be there either

The staff is steal patties or money. I know that sounds crazy, but there has been 4 different times that I came by and ordered a burger, for it to be missing a patty, if you order more than a single. Idk if they are taking them home or what, but I will not spend another dollar there. I was charged for a double whopper and got home for it to be a single. I was not given a receipt, but I can see what I was charged through my card.

I was suppose to get the buy one whopper get one free. The manager or whoever told me that all they got was one whopper and was super rude and never acknowledged the problem... this chain in Corinth will fail with that management. The worst customer service in town. If it were me in this person's shoes I would've made sure that the customer got the extra whopper, but I'm just the customer right?

Overcharged thru drive thru. Went in store showed the receipt. They argued me it right. It indeed was not right. Very rude people working there. Rude when taking order at the drive thru the manager sat in office would not even come out and talk to me. Will pay more next time for better service. Get some manners or don’t work with the public

I just had my husband go through the drive thru and order me 2 8 pc buffalo nuggets with 4 packs of ranch. When I opened my food instead of the regular buffalo nuggets I got regular nuggets with what looked and tasted like a packet of buffalo dipping sauce was opened and just poured on them instead of the oily red sauce with the red pepper flakes in it that's usually on the nuggets. They didn't even put a lot of buffalo dipping sauce in it either it was on the corner of one nugget only. The buffalo nuggets are my favorite thing at Burger King and they're usually amazing. Idk If the employees were just feeling lazy tonight, were out of the buffalo nuggets and didn't want to say anything or if they randomly changed the buffalo nuggets last minute. But I'm really disappointed and that was a total waste of money. I'm never coming here again.
